Absolutely great service! Ive been coming here since last year for haircuts and am always satisfied with the service. The staff is friendly and professional, always paying attention to detail. This was my first time at Logan Bros., and this place came highly recommended. I was pleased with the speed and quality of the cut. I was in and out within about 30 minutes. Roc was professional, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a clean haircut in the area.

Ive been going to this place for a year now, if that doesnt speak more how professional these guys are. Specially for me when i really appreciate the work done for me no matter if i move out oc county id still go back to here. And this guys here is the best compare from all the places ive gone to. The staffs are friendly and really knows how to what they are doing. A lot might get intimidated when you call for appointment or when you get there but its totally fine, thats just how men are but once you sat on that chair whatever first impressions you get will be forgotten. Some people might say its above avg for the price but try it first and youd understand what im saying.

My son was in town and I wanted to get his hair cut before flying out. I looked on the internet for a bit and found Logan Bros. He wanted a specific type of cut and through reading reviews and pics it seemed like the place to go. I called hoping to leave a message before they opened at 10. Marquis answered and let me know they happened to be open early for a wedding party and for me to head on over. We walked in and he greeted us and asked if I was the one who called. He let us know they were almost finished and had one ahead of us. We waited outside and were offered drinks while we waited. Not too long after, Marquis came and got my son and when he was finished his cut was so perfect. The shop is cool and has a good vibe. The whole time was about an hour and well worth the money. My husband will be checking this place out soon too. We are extremely happy with our experience here and even more happy we ended up with Marquis. Thank you!

Hidden gem. Great haircuts and prices. They have three chairs and a ton of regulars so I’d recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. They do accept walk-ins but they’re not like larger shops so if it’s busy you’ll obviously have to wait a few minutes but usually no more than 10-15. My only complaint is that a straight razor shave on the neck is not included like most shops.

Marquis is an excellent barber and the only person Ive trusted with shaping my fro for the last few years. This shop has great ambiance. Everyone is friendly and down-to-earth and they stay busy, but offer free drinks to customers and move through the line pretty quickly.

First time customer who will definitely be back. This boutique shop is a true barbershop in every sense of the word.Shop is located in the Vantis City Walk area and has three chairs. The menu of services offered includes haircut, beard trimming, shave and others. There was a good energy in the shop with fun conversations and regulars all around (known to staff by name). Younger kids were in the shop getting cuts too. There is a seating area inside and outside the shop if waiting is necessary.I came by appointment and was promptly seated. Marquis did my haircut and very clearly understood what I wanted. He was friendly and executed the cut with care and precision. I ended up with more than I expected as he put a sweet spin on the style that my wife loved. The price is what surprised me as I spent nearly the same as a haircut from other mainstream haircutters. Also I went during lunch break from work and the cut was completed expediently with enough time left over to grab a bite and head back to the office.TLDR: This is a great barbershop for both old and young men alike. The price for a haircut is very competitive to other mainstream haircutters. Where this place truly stands out is the experience in the chair and the quality of the cut. I look forward to my next visit.

Went there without an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in, with just a 15/20 minute wait. I also wasnt sure what I wanted done, going from long hair to short, and they were able to help me out with that as well. Overall quick, great quality, for a great price!

But seriously great cut great atmosphere. If you are in a hurry get a five dollar cut. If you want it done right, get it here.

Ive now had my hair cut by every barber that works here. Every one of them have been fantastic! Theres always a wait, which should be an indicator of how great these guys are at what they do. I never wait kind, but if youre waiting for someone in particular you can expect to wait a little longer.

Great barber tucked away in Vantis. Prices are more expensive than a Supercuts but this is a classical barber and has he look and feel of one. Lots of regular customers, free drinks (even beer!). Cash discounts. Three seats for Fast Service. You can call ahead to get in line virtually.

Sunday your only day off? This is the place to go. Wait time wasn’t that long. I been other places for haircuts and the don’t know what to do. This is the best haircut I got in awhile. I went on a Sunday and the guy to the left when you first walk in cut my hair and very impressed. Next time I will bring cash.P.S. bring cash. Using a card cost more.

I used them once and liked the haircut. Called them today and asked if there is availability. Man on the phone asked me how quick I can get there and I said five minutes then he said come .When I got there I was told soon as one of the barber finishes you will go in, I seat outside for half an hour at that point another customer just walked in and they give him my spot .They don’t know nothing about customer service at this facility!

Just like everyone else says, this place is awesome. I havent been this happy with a haircut in years. This is my barbershop for life. If youve never had a barber do a hot towel shave, you gotta try it. Feel like a new man! Rock, Marquis, and Allen (hope I spelled their names right) are all stand up guys. I’ve been here three times. Absolutely worst customer service to new customers. They do give good haircuts but they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in unless they know you. I called in at 11:30 am and was told to come in at 2:00 pm. Got there at 2:00 pm and none of the barbers said a word to me. After waiting there until 2:30 pm with other customers that they know walking right in and getting taken care of I left and will never go back. I was recommending this place because of the good work but will take that all back and do whatever I can to badmouth this classless establishment that knows absolutely nothing about taking care of new customers.

My wife is a hairdresser, but she works all day and wants a break when she gets home.... that means I have to get my haircuts somewhere else. Which sucks because she always gave the best haircut I ever had.... until I went to Logan Bros. Ive had my haircut by each of the guys there. They joke around and have a good time, free drinks while you wait, they work quickly and do *top notch* barbering. My wife is always very impressed with their work. Which is strange cuz with other barbers she was always very critical. I dont remember all the barbers names, but Marquis and Rock are the 2 chairs on the left, and the 3rd chair rotates between a few different barbers on different days -- theyve all cut my hair and theyre all great! Yes, theres often a long wait... 3 chairs and LOTS of demand. Bring cash cuz plastic is a few bucks more. Enjoy!

Everyone in the shop is amazing. The second you walk in, you feel like you are in an old school barbershop. Never had a bad experience here and generally dont mind the long wait times as the barbers and the staff are always so talkative and funny.

Good haircuts, very terrible customer service. Talking to the barbers is like going to the DMV. I feel like I’m bothering them when I call, and everyone who’s ever answered sounds bored. The atmosphere in here drips testosterone, in a really unwelcoming way. My barber said literally no words to me for 30 minutes, except to thank me and then gave me an arm-wrestle handshake... You can’t make appointments with anyone if they’re not physically present to talk to you because there’s no infrastructure to do so. Appointments cost extra, and are only available between 10-11. This isn’t a *business* so much as a place where a collection of barbers go to cut your hair. BUT... if you’re alright with that, then they make you look good.

This is not a review about the skill set of the babers at Logan Bros. This is a review about the absolute absence of customer service, communication, or general goodwill. My son received a fantastic haircut here and despite our 45 minute wait (after calling ahead) we loved the results. So, my husband called for his appointment and was told to come in an hour. He arrived at 12:30pm, as advised. He waited while 3 people were served before him. As the 4th person sat down, my husband was asked if he wanted to take an open seat with a different barber than he was schedule for. Assuming he was NEXT, he said he would wait. Then a 5th person went. After over an hour of waiting, he got up to leave. The young shop assistant advised him there was only 1 more person. Meaning...a SIXTH patron before him. As a result, my husband called Boardwalk Barbers in Mission Viejo, off of Alicia. He walked right in, was kindly greeted and got a fantastic cut. I wish I could give Logan Bro a review that matches their skills. I get they are in demand... but thats no reason to be reckless with customer experience.***in response to the owner. You have absolutely missed the point of this review. The men are TOP NOTCH barbers. The flaw is the system. While I understand you do not make appointments, I have personally observed several people being fit in by contacting a barber directly. Further, upon entering the shop, a person should be greeted, checked in, and given an approximate wait time. They should be advised where to sit, offered a drink, etc. Your response that waiting isnt for everyone is patronizing and assumes people even know they are WAITING. This is a problem with communication breakdown, unclear expectations and, in my personal opinion, a lack of customer experience knowledge. I would be happy to email you directly if you are open to feedback. There are a myriad of ways to easily fix this one issue in the business model. Again, the problem is NOT the skill or dedication of the barbers...but the paradigm they are forced to work within. Finally, I do not want a free cut. Those hardworking, talented barbers deserve every dime you charge. I want someone to acknowledge the flaw, the poor experience and care enough to find future improvements.

Marquis is awesome! I found out about him yesterday and went to Logan Bros after work. Its a really chill and laid back place. They got beer, snacks and the whole traditional barber shop theme/feel going on. I was having to drive up to Irvine until I found out about this place but Im really excited that I found a place right by where I live and work in Aliso Viejo thats 10 minutes away. Great job. -Wes

It took me a long time to find my favorite barber shop in town, here we are! 👦UPDATE - just changed my 5 star to 1 star and this was the last time they see me there. SO DISRESPECTFUL! was waiting 1 hour and a half after all the people came after me got shaved, and asked them why it took so long for my turn since they told me it takes less than 40 mins, the guy started almost yelling at me saying this is what it is??!!! WOW ! you dont treat your customers like that, learn how to deal with customers!

I was visiting from Vancouver and I visited logan bros without any expectations. Turns out the guy is a friggin hair genius and I got the best fade of my life. I also had been using some pomade that would never come out of my hair, and they sorted me with a nice product that has a good hold and comes out. No pressure to buy the product either like salons.Its a shame there is nothing of this caliber in Vancouver. These guys truly are masters of their craft.

I love this company for haircuts a family friend recommended and I was not disappointed they did really well taking care of your hair they offered me a beverage during my haircut which is nice not many hair places do that the only reason why it’s 4stars is it can be hard to get your hair done and there only three stylist working at a time and it’s a small facility so it can be tight if crowded I would not recommend coming here if you looking to get in and out really quick or if your in a rush
