WARNING ⚠️ THEY STOLE MY 8 GB RAM, CERTIFIED THIEF.DO NOT BRING YOUR PC NOR LAPTOP HEAR. IT TAKES MONTHS TO GET FIX AND IF YOU GET IT BACK WITHOUT THEM FIXING IT THEY WILL SOME PARTS OF YOUR PC OR LAPTOP, LIKE WHAT THEY DID TO ME. THEY STOLE THE RAM OF MY LENOVO THINKBOOK 14. WASNT ABLE TO CHECK THIS PART SO PLEASE INSPECT YOUR GADGETS BEFORE LEAVING. JUST OPENED IT AGAIN TO GET MY STORAGE AFTER 8 MONTHS OF STOCKING IT.

Family run business, with a prime location and great costumer service. The owner did an excellent job explaining the procedure of the repair in terms I could understand. My only gripe was the repair was suppose to take 1-2 days but took 5 because they closed early for the weekend. Other than that, super easy and seamless transaction and I will happily come again

My son and I were looking for a local computer repair shop and happened to find this location which turned out to be such a wonderful blessing. Unfortunately at the time Andrews wife Teresa had just been involved in a automobile accident and Andrew had to leave to pick-up his wife and children so we understood completely and came back another day. Thank goodness everyone involved were okay. The next time we went Andrew had advised us on what computer was the best to fit my needs. He was by no means pushy nor was he rushing me into purchasing anything until I researched computers. 💻 With this in mind, with the information he gave me I knew to begin with that Andrew was an honest human being, which in these times is hard to come by given the fact that many people are looking to make the quick buck and could care less about whatever happens afterwards. Andrew and his wife Teresa are genuinely honest hardworking people with two amazing children. I will continue to go there for all my computer needs and I highly recommend that you do the same. There are plenty of small computer repair shops you can go to, but not many honest people you come across that are willing to give you the information you need combined with the honesty you deserve so please by all means, stop by and head on in and meet these amazing people and patronize their business. I promise from the bottom of my heart, you will NOT be disappointed!💖

Absolutely love this place. I first discovered them when I was having issues with my android phone, and I called and spoke with Andrew extensively. He gave me some extremely expert advice after discussing the issues I was having, and I knew I would return again when I needed repairs for phones or computers. Fast forward a couple of years and I have consistently gone to their shop whenever I have any sort of computer issue - be it replacing a hard drive or fixing/removing bugs etc. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, and always very reasonable with what they charge. Ill be returning here for any and all tech repairs in the future.

Very generous owners - consulted me when I had issue with my computer, helped me find another business that could provide the service I needed for my computer, and didn’t charge me. Good people.

Ive been patronizing Loco 4 Tech for most of 2019, and as far as Im concerned, they will be me go-to tech resource for as long as theyre in business. Andrew and Theresa, the owners and the entire staff, are as helpful as people can be, and there doesnt seem to be a tech problem they cant resolve - PCs, Macs, any kind of laptops.Not only are their prices very reasonable, but they are consistently clear about them upfront - no surprises from these folks. If they discover an unexpected problem, they call for approval before moving on and racking up costs greater than what they advised to expect.Great service, great folks, great prices!

I came here several months ago because my laptop stopped charging. I brought it here, they had pandemic hours, and they were able to get my laptop charging again and fixed some slight physical damage that it had to prevent the same issue from happening again.Loved that sometimes they had their kids and dog there! Definitely will visit them again when any tech issues arise.

If I could give zero stars I would. They advertise as an internet cafe but then said they werent one when I asked them to keep the noise down as I couldnt here my boss om the phone. Their kids are playing in the store which is a place of business, not a playground. I love children but I was trying to have a business meeting. At the end I told them that not only did they not keep the noise down but they seemed to be doing it on purpose. This place is horrible, they verbally attacked me and even got their kids in on the action. Awful place, glad to be out of there. Would never go back. I never complain about companies but this was a joke. They accused me of being rude about their son being autistic. Had absolutely nothing to do with that. He wasnt as noisy as they were and definitely not as rude. What happened to customer service?

Andrew was awesome! I called for help regarding my mac because suddenly it was having viruses and pop-ups just like windows. I was going crazy because quickbooks wasnt working n outlook wasnt opening n whatever else could have gone wrong that day... did. He said to bring it in for triage n I was there in no time, he fixed my mac within 45 minutes n the price was priceless. I will be using them from now on instead of trucking myself all the way to apple. Oh and no appointment was needed and I could definately live without those long lines.I would defiantly recommend these guys to anyone who needs computer repair or technology services n wants to stay local.
