These guys have been in the industry for a long time and know the ins & outs of mobile, location, messaging and sensor technologies as it applies to business use cases. They help us meet our logistics and mobile workforce management needs. Others use their platform for mobile advertisement, fraud prevention, road side assistance etc. They are sound technologists, thorough in their support, and committed to the success of their partners and customers.

I called the provided number on the website to inquire about their services. Pressed the number for sales, after about a minute of ringing, I got connected to someone. I said, Im inquiring about your services, are you a sales rep?, she just responded with some canned script answer about all the services they provide (which I couldnt even understand because she was barreling through it) and she ended with something like if its an emergency contact your local police. I was confused at this point, and said I was a small business owner inquiring about location based advertising, and asked again if she was a sales rep. She said she was the receptionist and asked for my name, I gave her my first name, she insisted on my last name as well, which I provided, then she asked for my phone number. I said, so what your telling me is that theres no one to speak to right now? Very snotty, she replied, thats not what Im saying, may I have your phone number? I explained that I wanted to speak to a sales rep right then, a I dont want to give my number for a callback...mid sentence she starts talking over me, saying, well, we cant help you then. I said, youre right, you cant help me, thanks, and hung up. Obviously, this company has too much business, since they hire anybody with a pulse to answer their phones, and wont even put a sales rep on the phone until you give all of your information first.Dont do business with these people, if they treat you like this BEFORE they have your money, imagine how they will be after they already have your business.
