Called Local Service Pro Plumbing for a couple issues that needed fixing and was able to book an appointment for the next day. Gabriel came out and was absolutely fantastic. Did a great job diagnosing my various issues and was able to take care of them fully within an hour or two. He was incredibly friendly and very informative about what was going on. Im already working with them to help me out on a couple additional projects I have and am very grateful to have found these folks. 10/10 would recommend. Prices are incredibly fair as well.Thank you Gabriel!!

Im a newly hired(30+ days) employee of LSP, so Im not sure if this really counts, although Ive been requested to post review, and so I will.Its a first of its kind for me. With 15+ years of service and repair, never have I seen a company, so WEB/APP integrated. Allowing the customer to be more informed and practically have eyes on the job, before, during, and after. Not to mention the ease of payment, ETA, contact, etc, that APPs bring forth. WE OFFER FINANCING! Unheard of for family owned and operated plumbing companies. Thats huge and says a lot about Robert and his family. Making it a possibility for so many more. We all know plumbing can be quite expensive, given the right circumstances. Above all, its importance to maintain a healthy living. That said, Local Services Pros does more than most competitors, for their customers. Truly putting them first.

I found this company online while i needed a plumber on a Sunday because we had a really bad leak coming from the ceiling. The guy who answered the phone was very well informed and explained everything very well. The plumber came to our house on time and was also very nice. He was able to fix the leak within a few hours and the price was really fair. OVERALL, I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THOS COMPANY AGAIN.

I would not recommend them at all. They sent a guy to look at a leak and he said it will be a huge task will cost me thousands and will affect ceiling and bathroom floor I will have to get a construction contractor once leak is fixed.Then asked me to pay $65 as consultation fee. When I talked to customer service they said if I want the fee waved I should give them good review on google. I am sorry good review for what? Your dude didn’t know a thing.Called another plumber he fixed the leak without causing damage to ceiling or floor for $150.Do not take their service.

I dont ever leave reviews but this has been stewing for a few weeks. I had this company come out to look and hopefully unclog my bathtub drain. They couldnt figure out the issue and proceeded to give me an estimate for re-piping the house for over $6k and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the re-piping? Meanwhile for some reason dropping profanities in my house in front of my kids. Left my house in disarray. Bathroom was a mess. Dirt, dust everywhere. Left the craw space wide open after he left. Called the phone number and said someone would get back to me and never did. The person on the phone, in my amazement, said its really not there responsibility to clean after themselves. $150 for what? To come out and give me an estimate to re-pipe my house.One week later, called another company. Walked in with booties, did the work and fixed the issue in 15 minutes for $90. Cleaned up the mess that he made and left. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Reading some other reviews, it sounds a little like mine.

Made an appointment with LSP for same-day service, Juan Castro showed up on an 11 to 1 appointment at 11:15 sharp, great, He evaluated the problem and I questioned his judgment but he was right and I was wrong. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and was very reasonable with the pricing. I reschedule him for next week for another issue Im having in my kitchen, Juan you are a fantastic guy to do business with, and thank you LSP for having hired a great team member, it shows why your Yelp ratings are so high !!!

I contacted Local Service Pro to fix my kitchen sink. It was leaking and the filter tap took forever to fill up a water glass. I called and from the phone they were so knowledgable, kind and understanding. A plumber came that day, Jonathan Yoro, and he was very practical. The job ended up being more involved than we initially anticipated, with him having to cut holes in the wood under the sink to create a space for the new pipes. He was an excellent worker and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend this business and will use them again, requesting Jonathan!

My garbage disposal stopped working and I requested a few quotes. Local Service Pro responded quickly and had someone out the same day for a free diagnostic. Excellent communication, technician arrived on time, etc.The problem ended up being so simple that it was fixed in the diagnostic process - as the technician was trying to diagnose the problem, it was fixed. The technician was very knowledgable and gave us some tips on how to prevent this from happening again.The issue is that I was never given a heads up how much the repair was going to cost because the it was such a simple fix, and after he left I received a bill for the minimum amount for a service visit - $150. I understand that the technician needs to be paid for his time, and there are overhead costs associated with running a plumbing business, but it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth when the free diagnostic turned into a $150 repair - esp when it was such a basic fix that took 5 minutes. This was partially my fault - I should have checked youtube first before calling a plumber.Anyway, I would still recommend their services but Id keep in mind that the free diagnostic might be misleading.

We called Local Service Pro Plumbing for an emergency plumbing issue we had in our home on a Sunday night so they were the only company that had any availability that night. They dispatched a tech who said he could be there by 9:30 that night. After MULTIPLE calls pushing the ETA back three of four times we were told “ he’s 10 minutes away” or “ he’s right around the corner, 15 minutes.” Finally the tech showed up at almost 11pm (after giving us an ETA of 10:30) He took one look at the issue and gave us an estimate then left.We then scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday from 11-1 and at 1:15 there was still no one at our property. I work out of town and my wife works from home so it’s very important to us to have a reliable, on time service. At 1:20 I reached out to the office and was told the same thing as Sunday night. 15 minutes way, 10 minutes away and so on and so forth. Finally at 4:30, a full three and a half hours after our scheduled appointment we were forced to cancel the job for the day. I then requested a different technician since Jesus had proven himself unreliable and we didn’t feel comfortable having him work in our home.The following day, right before our appointment, we were told that all of a sudden Jesus was the only technician available. Seeing as we hadn’t had hot water in 4 days I felt we had no choice but to continue with Jesus despite the disappointments of the earlier days. My question is why wasn’t the office on top of their schedule? How did they not know who was available that day? All around unprofessionalism on all fronts.Jesus finally arrived (again 10-15 minutes passed the end of our appointment time) when I was not home. He took one look at my wife and smiled and asked “Are you mad at me” and then laughed when my wife said we just need to get this job done and we’ve been waiting. What else are we going to say? This man is about to be in my house with my wife there alone.Overall I’ve just been stunned by the lack of professionalism exhibited by this business and their employees.

I normally dont write reviews but I manage an apartment building. On Saturday afternoon I had an emergency as one of my tenants called because her shower valve broke and she could not turn off her shower. I raced home and called several plumbers who either did not return my call or said they were too busy. I finally called LSP. They were very professional and immediately worked to help set up an emergency appointment. David arrived within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem including the price and time needed to fix it. He worked super hard to help me turn off the water in the tub without having to turn off the water to the entire building. He then was willing to come back on Sunday and fix the shower. He came on time with the parts needed to fix the problem. I have to say that there was a possibility that he would have to open the wall because the valve cartridge would not come loose. David worked until he was able to fix it without having to open the wall. I was super impressed with David and his manager, Jaime. They were very open and honest about the work needed and the cost and didnt take advantage of someone calling in an emergency on a weekend afternoon. The price was fair and the work was super professional. I would definitely call them again and ask for David! Thanks again for saving what could have been a headache of a weekend!

This is by far the worst company weve ever hired to come work on our home. We had an emergency plumbing situation and were bound by the fact that this company was the only one we could find to come out. We called and spoke with someone at 6:30 and were told that Jesus would be at our house by 9:30. At 9:30 he told us he wouldnt be here til 10. At 10 he said he was 15 minutes away. At 10:30 he said he would be here at 11. Finally, after 11 he showed up and claimed there was a traffic accident. He took a look at our plumbing and just gave us an estimate.Afterward, we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday to fix everything. I work from home and my husband works out of town so we trusted that Jesus would be by the estimated window of 11am-1pm. From 1-4 we began to receive the exact text we had received the first night. Im 15 away. Im 10 away with a new excuse oh my car battery died. by 4:30 we were forced to cancel the appointment and requested that for the next day we would need a new technician since we no longer felt comfortable having Jesus come to our home.The following day arrive and 2 hours before our window we were told by management that Jesus was the only technician available despite the promises that they made. Did they not know that no one else was available on our previous call just 16 hours prior? They didnt have a schedule in front of them when they guaranteed us a new technician?We did not feel comfortable with this tech but felt like we were in between a rock and hard place since we hadnt had hot water in 4 days.Jesus arrived while my husband wasnt home. He was smirking as he arrived and got out of his car he asked me what are you mad at me? and proceeded to laugh when I said we just need to get this job done and we have waited a long time. I felt immediately uncomfortable, something that I had wanted to avoid.Overall, just a terrible experience we were forced into due to the unfortunate circumstances. Do not go with this company unless you want to have multiple missed appointments and creepy people at your house.

The plumbers were very helpful once they arrived I did have to spend three days waiting for their service as I know they were busy. The faucet had a defective part and they came and changed it. Both plumbers were very competent and I appreciated what they did in a bit of an emergency. Id suggest getting two estimates of time and date for them to come out as they get very busy, which is a positive because it means they are getting calls. Ruben and (I dont remember the other person) were very understanding and the office staff was very helpful and easy to reach.

The initial quote I got was higher than I expected, but the plumber, George, was willing to work with me on price and we got to a number that worked for both of us. Local Service Pro Plumbing has been an absolutely pleasure to work with, in more than one case. They are timely, polite, and go out of their way to exceed all levels of expectation. My husband and I have had a number of plumbing concerns in our new home, and they have been so helpful in understanding these issues, supplying quick remedies, have never over-charged us (in fact, made one visit for free, because they felt that the issue wasnt a plumbing concern, but instead an appliance concern), and have supplied a level of service that will keep us as loyal customers. They have even supplied other vendors outside of the plumbing market to help with other issues, and these vendors have been equally as helpful. To say the least, this team is amazing, and I would highly recommend this company for an any and all plumbing needs, as most importantly, they are honest. I cant say enough about how wonderful they are--Joseph and Ray were our technicians, and they each deserve 5 stars as individuals as well!

I would be happy to recommend this plumbing company to anyone. I was able to reach their customer service representative when I called instead of an automated answering service. The customer service representative was attentive, professional, courteous and eager to assist. My appointment was set for the next day at a time convenient for me with a short window of time of arrival for the technician. I received a text when the technician was on a way and a telephone call. The technicians were professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed my plumbing problem immediately. I received a call back from customer service to make sure all my needs were met. I must say that this is the best service I received in a long time. Service person did an amazing job hooking up my bidet, like really great, he had to get creative with my old pipe setup and old toilet. My only criticism would be he rarely wore a mask. Every time he came out to talk to me he had no mask on and would occasionally pull his buff/bandana back over his mouth. Other than that it was very good work.

So far I like these guys. I recommend them and will use them again.I called to make an appointment and Fernando came to my house within a couple of hours. He was professional and polite.I had a problem with my outdoor pool drain. He did the detective work (went under the house) and accurately diagnosed the problem. I didnt want to do the expensive solution of fixing or replacing a pump or, the other alternative, break through concrete. He was open to discussion for other solutions and was a pleasure to work with.

After going back and forth with LSP Plumbing customer service, they accredited me a refund of a little over 17 percent of the entire job total, due to my frustrations with very high pricing and quality of job performed (sink garbage disposal installation, replace valves and some pipes under sink).I appreciate when companies reach out to speak with dissatisfied customers. My sink was installed slightly crooked, and overall I felt that the price was very high. They failed to provide me with a breakdown of pricing, as I was told it doesnt work like that. While I expected more of a refund, I will give them the credit that they deserve in that they care about their customers and their reputation.

John, their technician, came to my house and gave great advice and prevented something very costly by making the right and proper suggestion. Not only did Ruben arrive when I was told he would, but Jackie called me to let me know he was on his way about an hour before he arrived.Even better, he unclogged my tub in record time and I was able to take a leisurely shower this morning, without worrying that the tub would overrun. I needed a new garbage disposal for my rental unit, and because I have had bad experiences with my previous plumbers, I decided to try these guys out. And did they put my prejudices about plumbers to shame. I managed to get a plumber 1.5 hours after I called them. From the moment I called them, I spoke to a guy called Pedro, who promised to assign a plumber to me within a given 2 hour range. 15 minutes before the plumbers arrival a lady from their office called to inform me that plumber Joseph would arrive shortly. And when Joseph arrived - on time - he clearly explained the cause for my issue, what was needed and a fixed price for everything (unit, parts and labor). No nonsense - and the work was performed perfectly. I wish all my service providers were to the point like this. And the price was reasonable. I will use these guys for sure ongoing forward.

These guys did a great job. Unfortunately, we ran into a very bad plumbing issue. Outgoing main line cracked. Lenny came up with a game plan of attack. He brought in Juan, the digging beast! Cleared the line fast to get us back up and running. Then moved onto the repair. They kept our down time to a minimum. LSP did a great job for us. We initially called them out for a clogged main, which they took care of. In the course of unclogging the line, they pointed out a problem with the main that needed to be repaired. They were able to make the repair for us quickly and at a reasonable price. Throughout the process, Pedro and Oscar were easy to communicate with and very professional. They did great work and left the property in clean condition. I would highly recommend.

My mother hired this company. They are an absolute complete fraud and scam on a plumbing service - Plumber Alex and manager Girard are in cahoots. My toilet had a slow leak because a bad flapper. This company came - the plumber pretended to replace everything in the tank and then said they could not fix the leak because the whole toilet needed to be replaced. Then they charged for their work and time - and fixed nothing. We had a second plumber come - he showed us all the old stuff was still there and replaced the bad flapper which fixed the toilet. A complete scam. A complete fraud. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Sam came on time and was so honest and personable. I had a broken toilet handle and he said he didnt have it on the truck because it was Kohler but he went to hardware store and came back and fixed it perfectly. I also showed him shower drain that seems to have an odor coming out of it once in awhile but was not stopping up at all. He told me to use Drano and he thought that would fix the odor. He didnt try to oversell me and was so honest and nice. I have put their phone number in my cell and they will definitely be the ones I call first when I have a plumbing problem.

The service I received was fantastic. James and Pedro came out to fix a leaky faucet, they ran to get the part and coming back to replace found out it wasnt what I thought. They stopped the leak anyway and only charged me for a service call and not a repair since the repair parts are the entire faucet, which I will purchase and they will replace. They were super nice and very polite. I recommend this service company!

I made an appointment with this plumbing company to replace my kitchen faucet. The appointment was for a Friday between 8 AM and 12 PM. They texted me to confirm and I responded with a confirmation. As 12 pm approached, I got a call saying the technicians were delayed on a job but will probably show up around 1:30 PM. I waited. At 3:30PM no one showed, no one called. The night before I cleaned up under the sink, and got ready for these plumbers who did not even have the courtesy to cancel. I took a half a day off from work and lost a half a day’s pay for nothing! Big waste. Maybe they double book and just blow off people if their schedule calls for it. I would not call these plumbers if I were you, my hunch is there are a whole lot more reliable and more professional plumbers available. Nuff said.

I was very pleased with the service i received from LSP. I had an emergency where none of the bathrooms at my office were working and I have 17 employees. They answered their phone immediately (no automated frustration) and scheduled an immediate appointment for me. They then diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me good advise and options to fix the problem. They were very fairly priced and their service people were professional and fast. Carlos fixed two of my toilets that had been a problem for a long time. He was prompt, neat, professional and even made suggestions that I think will save me in the long run. Was charged over $2000 for a clogged toilet but upon research found out that the average highest rate for plumbing job is $585. The toilet was left unsecured and without caulking and is now moving and tilting.
