Update: I was extremely irritated when I received the boiler plate response to a review submitted on another platform asking me to reach out to them after I had already directly submitted my feedback on their own platform and have an account. It added insult to injury. However, Ive updated my feedback rating to reflect my appreciation that they did indeed go out of their way to make things right as stated here. While Im not likely to return anytime soon, the fact they truely appear to care about their customers experience has left an impression.What a collosal waste of money. $40 for burnt up chicken jerky on a bone advertised as rotisserie, a crunchy equally dried out pulled chicken sandwich that was still dry even with slaw and mayo, and fries that were actually the highlight of the whole meal. How sad is that!!! They forgot to include the honey habanero sauce I requested and included onions when I requested none as well. Fail. Been to other locations and similar items have been good, but this location was HORRIBLE. Do NOT recommend getting Proposition Chicken here. We will not be back.

Found this place while visiting the area from out of town. The food was great for this casual eatery. Turkey BLTA was loaded with meat and grilled for a tasty crunchy bread. Fries were well seasoned, crispy and came out hot. Place is causal so the interior is rather plain, but we enjoyed the company and the staff was very friendly and served us well.

The gentleman cashier and amazing lady chef graciously accommodated my friend’s request even if the kitchen was already closed. The staff are really kind, amazing and great people. Excellent, fresh food and very good staff. Really really good idea!The entrance smells really bad: if I could suggest a minor update — investing in a high quality air purifier at the entrance could greatly help with distilling the overwhelming food smells — the smell was a major turn-off for my kids.If the smell issue is fixed, I would say the atmosphere is 5-star, can see myself ordering several times a week. The food quality is stellar.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The food is fantastic, and the staff is incredible. I arrived very late, around 9:58 pm, just 2 minutes before closing time. In many other places, I would have expected the server to inform me that they were closing, but not here. The team welcomed my order and prepared it quickly. The meal was not only delicious but also served with a smile. A big thank you to everyone! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the customer service is truly priceless.

Incredible!! That one word is enough to describe the concept of local kitchens! My mom and I got the option choose food from multiple different restaurants. We got the mac daddy from The Melt, chicken shawarma bowl from Sajj and the cheese pizza from Fiorella. Everything tasted amazing and hot and fresh.

Ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken taco and prep time was really slow and food was cold and the meat in the taco was extremely overly salty and almost inedible!!! I noticed as I came in the restaraunt that the people serving the food were not wearing masks and the tables were not clean and the floors were dirty too. The burrito was large and not bad for flavors for being cold. The taco had plenty of toppings but was extremely salty and cold too! Staples were used to close the bag and made it very easy to scratch yourself while getting your meal from the bag!

Convenient for pick up/take out. I thought it was going to be set up like a food hall/market but there isn’t different restaurant stalls just one counter to order everything at - or really to order at the touch screens inside. Makes sense to order in advance because you can’t see the food to choose from anyway. There is some seating inside but no outdoor seating. Large free parking lot which can be busy as it is shared with other places. Food was good. Took it to go.

Feel very misled by these places advertising themselves as actual restaurants. Was looking forward to a nice sit down dinner after driving 30 mins to get there. Instead we ordered at kiosks and were served terrible food from Sajji Mediterranean and Proposition Chicken. It should be clear that this is a take out joint with junk food to match.

I love that you can get a wide variety of food here, from refreshing Vietnamese/Mediterranean salads to hearty and warm grilled cheese dipped in rich tomato soup to sushirito. Highly recommend local kitchen. I ordered a beef Birria burrito from nopalito taqueria. First of all, it was giant!! Definitely two meals for me. It wasnt soaking wet like some Birria is and I dont feel like it had a heavy Birria flavor but the red salsa on the side (not spicy) definitely kicked the flavor up a notch. It was ready really quick and the manager/owner/staff are the nicest people. He said because I was a first time visitor, hed give me a free drink. Was not expecting that and it was such a nice gesture!! There was a lot of open seating and it was peaceful but I went next door to also grab a coffee and a place to work. Will be back, I really liked this place

I’ve seen Local Kitchens around and wasn’t sure what to expect; glad I finally stopped in.This location is very clean and staff is friendly. They seemed fairly busy but ordering at the kiosk was fast and easy (you can also order from the app). Food came out quickly.I got Chicken Curry from Asian Box and the flavor was really good but it wasn’t as hot as I’d expect (I dined in) - not cold but definitely didn’t seem fresh. I still enjoyed it quite a bit and would recommend it and return despite that.

The kitchen staff and front counter employee worked really diligently to ensure our food items were expertly prepared and served on time. I intend to return and hope you try it out too 😊I’m really impressed with the caliber of work going on here. It’s not easy to prepare several types of cuisine on the spot. The staff are wonderful and care about the quality of the product and they care about checking in with customers. I was so grateful and thankful. Randomly found this gem when looking for a dinner option after kids gymnastics class. We’re a family of 4 - two adults, two kids (8 and 5). Each found something in the menu they liked and all were happy when we left. Variety is great given the way this place works (different popular menu items licensed from other local restaurants). The only downside is that they mostly focus on takeouts. There are enough tables if you like to dine in, but they don’t have plates. Food was tasty and prepared very quickly.

I recently visited a local kitchens that offers a variety of different cuisines under one roof. The concept is great, multiple restaurant options in one location. We ordered from 3 different restaurants and all the food was excellent. However, we waited a very long time to get out food and quite a long time after the video board showed our food as being ready in 2 minutes. Also, glad we checked our order before leaving the parking lot, as there was an item missing. It was ready, but just wasnt put in our bag. They were extremely busy with the huge video board completely full of names of people who had ordered and going on to a second page. The staff (literally the one poor guy at the counter who fills the bags) seemed very stressed. We will definitely try it again since we really liked the food and there were so many varied options. Maybe it isnt always that busy... heres hoping :)

First time customer and have to admit that I was really impressed with the service and the food! Ordered an Original Chicken and Rice from Rooster and Rice and was totally satisfied! It came with delicious chicken broth which I didn’t expect. The chicken was juicy and tender - large portion! The rice was as good and the sauce was so yummy! Definitely will try this dish again but am looking forward to trying a lot more other options, too. Bonus is that this place is open late!

Update 8/29/23 - Ughh! They went back to the check the box form on the app, so you are no longer able to order more than one of each add on. It was so much better before. So, so disappointed.I love the build your own bowl from SAJJ! I provided feedback stating that there were issues in the app with ordering and customizing my bowl and Andrew from Local Kitchens texted me a few days later saying that they fixed the issue in the app and credited me with a free bowl. Tried this for the first time and was delighted end to end. Easy to order from a diverse selection online. Twenty percent discount for first time users.Took 25 minutes from placing the order, for three different items from different cuisines, to be delivered to my doorstep....super fast! Sushi burrito, southeast Asian steamed chicken with chili sauce, and tempura shrimp. What a great addition of these choices for our food options!My only wish is that, diverse as the choices are, even more types of cuisine are available. Expand this successful venture!

I like how easy it is to order on their app, and that you can mix and match different cuisines. There are a few tables inside where you can eat, so you dont have to take your food home and let it get cold. Today I tried stuff from The Melt, and it was good, although the fries were a little soggy. I think they need to turn up the temp on their fryer; the longer they take to cook, the soggier theyre going to be. I like how close and convenient it is.Update: I went back again after being contacted by a team member over my disappointment over the fries. I tried them again a couple days ago and they were much better, much to my delight. This is definitely a place Ill visit fairly frequently, I believe.

Ive noticed these things on Door Dash. Ghost kitchens was the term Id heard. You can come to this one location and pick from one of 6 or 7 restaurants (I forgot to actually count them).I have eaten from half of these restaurants before. At this location, though, I can have an amazing salad, my husband can have a great burger and my son can have an amazing ethnic combo from sushirrito (seriously, who thought of making sushi burritos 🍣 🌯!?) Im not going to lie, I love The Melt and thats party why I love this place, because I can get my grilled cheese w/o having to drive to Palo Alto :) Staff is always very friendly here and support is great if there is a problem. I noticed different locations have different options... Im hoping this location switches up occasionally or adds a few more options as there is a lot here but few that Im actually interested in. The environment is good the folks who work there are efficient and for the most part the food is good but the fried chicken sandwich is horrible. It is packed with such a thick layer of breading it’s very difficult to look at let alone try to eat. I was really hungry and able to eat half of it throwing the other half away. This facility is really clean and located in a nice upscale plaza in Los Gatos. They have indoor seating that is also nice and clean and in a well lit environment. You can even place your order on site on ipads and they have a really easy to understand system showing where your order is and what the status is.

So excited that this place is open effective June 8, 2022! It’s where Firenze Pizza used to be, right next to Philz Coffee and near Super Duper. Parking is easy in the lot although it can get a little busy. This is actually a collection of several restaurants and you order from any one of them through o line or the kiosks! There’s also some tables if you want to eat here as well. Can’t wait to try every single one of the foods here. Five stars for the experience already!

My husband and I came to this location because we looked up one of the partner restaurants, Sajj Mediterranean. When we got there we discovered that there were several restaurants all hosted under this one roof and you can order from any of them on the same order. One kitchen does it all.
