I reached out with a large custom order. Local Copies was able to print and have ready the next business day. One order was cut off of alignment- but they were able to reprint at no charge within the hour. I will definitely be going back to for reprints.

I sent in a request to have a picture printed and asked if be printed multiple times on the same sheet. I went to pickup my page and they tell me its 7 something when I asked why I was told they were charging me $5 to duplicate the image. I told him no one informed me of that charge. The response I received was well you dont have to take them. So I left! So rude and crazy to charge a fee like that!

I was very disappointed with this business. I when there for a life scan checking the website and was told that there website was not updated and had to make an appointment. So I made a appointment for the next day. The website stated a life scan was 25 dollars. I did my life scan and was charged 74 dollars because I need a FBI and DOJ screening. I knew that I need FBI and DOJ screening, but please let the customer know what they are getting into first. I felt like I went to a crooked mechanic for an oil change and was charged for a cracked blocked in my engine. Im giving it 2 stars because the people who work their was very nice. I will not be going there again.

I always use Local Copies for our copying needs. James handles all my jobs big or small. He is kind and patient which is important because I dont always have my act together! The prices are also very competitive and the quality is very good.Keep it local--use Local copies for your copying needs.

So easy to work with - emailed in my file they took care of it and called me when done. Seems simple, but that does not always go according to plan at other stores. They also saved me $40 over the big box store I normally use!

Local Copies is who we use for our printing needs. They are always very helpful and provide great quality products and service. They even have a Notary service as well! Great job to all the team!
