He is honest, trustworthy, and patient. As a homebuyer, you’re already under stress and, if you’re new to it or it’s been awhile, there will be many questions. Rob at Loans Direct is the best! My wife and I just completed our first refinance and Rob made it easy throughout the whole process. He was very attentive and had quick responses to any questions we had along the way (even on the weekends). The whole process was super quick because Rob new exactly what he was doing and what was needed from us as the borrower. The type of customer experience that Rob offers is second to none and I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Rob went out his way to make sure that we got the best deal on our loans. When interest rates went down, HE contacted US to suggest a refinance. I have a hard time trying to understand money stuff but Rob took the time to explain it to me which was really nice of him to do. I feel better knowing that Rob is always watching out for us on new ways to save money when buying a house. I cannot recommend him or LoansDirect enough!

Rob is hands down the most professional, reliable mortgage broker I have ever worked with. I was referred to him after having zero response from my current bank that funded my home loan, and I was fed up with it.Not only did Rob answer every question I had no matter how silly, but he’s incredibly quick to reply and made the entire process painless. The best part was he got my the LOWEST RATE, twice as low as the bank I already had refinanced with once was offering me, AND he got it LOWER just days before closing!I 100% recommend Rob for any and all needs related to your home mortgage, he is the best around.

We recently purchased a new home, during this time there is a lot of paperwork and items to decide and confirm. Rob was extremely helpful during this process. He was always available to answer my questions about the process. Weve refinanced in the past, but buying a home hasnt happened in a long time - we are very happy with the process and the assistance that Rob provided. We locked in a low rate just in time - I would work with Rob again if it goes lower to refinance. We would definitely recommend him.

Had a wonderful experience refinancing with Robat Loans Direct. The whole process from start to finish was complete in a little over 2 weeks. We have used Rob twice now to refinance our home, and the process could not have been easier. Rob is extremely responsive, and takes the time to make sure that all questions are answered. We had an issue with our Home Owners insurance the first time that we refinanced, and Rob stepped in and made sure that the Home Owners company corrected their mistake. I would definitely recommend him, and we will be using him in the future if the need arises.

Rob makes the home loan and refinancing process an absolute breeze. Having had past experience with a different financing agency I can say that, hands down, Rob is the ONLY way to go. He is extremely responsive, which is exactly what you need during the fast paced (and stressful) process of home buying, and he is extremely knowledgable about the various options available. Rob has a way of explaining everything in laymans terms without making you feel silly for not knowing or understanding certain things... even months after our purchase he was still available to answer any questions we had on our loan. My husband and I also noted the closing fees were significantly less with Rob than with other companies we looked at.Shortly after my hubby and I bought our house (using Rob for the loan process), Rob reached out to us for a no cost refinance and now we are saving almost $300 a month and it cost us nothing to refinance! It is one of the most complex elements of the transaction and one that the average home buyer cannot possibly be an expert at, given that they don’t do it every day! Issues associated with varying loan programs, income and values ratios, the appraisal, lender approval, PMI, rate lock matters, fees and costs, and loan documentation, are just a few of the aspects of the loan transaction that a home buyer has to factor in.
