We were told the main reason the seller accepted our offer is because Melissa had done so much to make sure our financing was solid. Our agent also told us how great it has been to work with her. As first time buyers she has made the experience as easy and painless as possible. She’s always available to educate and reassure us. She’s the best!

Laura has been awesome. Initial interaction with her went very smoothly and she provided me with everything I needed to do and explained how the process would go. She is on top of everything and calls me if need immediate response or to congratulate me on getting a house to buy. She has been there every step of the way. Her emails are very concise and to the point. I really appreciate her partnership on getting me pre approved for a loan and now getting all the final paperwork completed. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Melissa is fantastic and I will recommend her for everything from new home buys to refinancing. She made the process for us being a first home buyer so simple and worry free. Every time we had a question, whether by phone or text she would respond and walk us through the question. And I definitely was not angry about her advocating for us with her managers and getting us the best rate.

If it wasnt for Deone Jacobo. I would not have ever bought my first house. And because of Deone and the Loan Depot staff that she works with. I am now in the process of buying my second home.
