2021-11-03 17:02:55Working with Loanbase has been the smoothest loan experience Ive been through. I get a few commercial loans every year through different brokers and each time its a headache of emailing back and forth documents and filling in spreadsheets. And worse, I have no visibility into the lenders the broker is recommending, I dont know if its really the best rate. Loanbase has a nice platform for document management and underwriting. You just drag and drop your files in, enter numbers right into the platform, and get a list of dozens of different lenders with their terms clearly displayed. My one complaint is that the platform lacks some features like bulk document upload but I see that they are upgrading the site all the time and hopefully that will be added soon.
