I have been a patron of L’moon for years, I’d share this location with all of my friends and family. Recently over the last year the place has really hit a downward slope. From the consistent B rating greeting you at the entrance, the worsening of the hygiene of the place, and the last straw, expired products.The place has really lost its charm, everything is dirty and it looks like the place hasn’t been deep cleaned since it opened. Literally stains and grime from the floor boards to the walls. They have a sign by their front sink stating “little black flies are starting to appear”. I am truly disgusted that this establishment runs like this and owners have not taken the time to do something as simple as a deep clean.For me, the last two times have resulted in a less than appetizing experience. I order the Thai Fighter which comes with a sweet cream crème brûlée style topping. This is my favorite part, so I usually start there. My sister ordered the Fire Rabbit which is the milk tea version. To our surprise, we tried the sweet cream and immediately looked at each other. It was SOUR. We went back inside and explained to the girl behind the counter, she shared the cream was a day and half old. For a product that constantly being pulled in and out of refrigeration in a plastic container, this should not be still in use. Also, their cookies which used to be delicious, now just look like lumps of flour and are more burnt than usual.I gave them two stars, simply because the girl behind the counter offered us refunds or a different product. She could’ve used a little more pep though, for an empty store, the customer service could’ve been better.I’m adding the photos of the hygienic state of their store and am reporting them to the Department of Public Health. They have a new location in Pasadena and I hope that one is not heading this in the same direction.

Located in a small strip mall, plenty of parking available. Absolutely love their Thai Tea soft serve. They do have other flavor drinks available, both hot and cold. Home made cookies and ice cream also for sale. You do have the option to make the soft serve into a float with different tea options. I opted to get the “Trophy” which includes all the toppings except for Oreo crumbs. No tables or public bathroom, just a single bench seat while you wait for your order.

This is such a cute little shop! Love stopping by whenever i’m in the area. The decor is very cozy chill vibes. It’s a small shop so there’s no where to sit really but it’s not a concern to me at all. Love the soft serve boba from there. It’s the perfect about of sweetness and everyone is very friendly. 10/10

The match was super good but the fire dragon was actually so horrible like I took 2 sips and it tastes so bitter and unlike any milk tea I’ve ever had. Like maybe the milk was bad because it tasted sour not even just bitter.

My niece and son tried this place for the first time. They liked it and will be returning. I did taste my nieces drink and it was pretty good. My first time tasting a boba tea- Thai milk tea latte. I would like to go back and try some more. My son got a soft serve vanilla ice cream and he enjoyed it too.The service was good, the young girl working was quick and friendly.

I used to frequent this location a lot until I moved out further to LA and now I go to the Pasadena location. I came back to Upland to visit some family for Memorial Day and thought to get them some soft serve. Man, this location has really gone down hill. It’s like when parents birth a new child and neglect the first born. You can tell the owners of this business really favor the Pasadena location over the Upland one. The Pasadena location is so much cleaner and well decorated.I asked the workers why they had a B rating and they said it was all public information and I could go onto Yelp to see what they were docked points for. I tried to ask why they were having problems with their health score and they said it was “out of their control” so I’m assuming it has to do something with management not caring.I will say customer service is always a 10/10. The workers here are always very friendly and you can see they do their best even when it’s busy.I hope management does something and improves the state of this store.

Introduced to this place by my cousin who lives nearby. Super cute. Fast and friendly service. Was suggested the soft serve with boba. Definitely worth the hype. The tapioca boba was the perfect bite and chew. Soft serve was delicious. Why more places don’t have Thai tea soft serve is beyond me. Also tried the raspberry l’moon milk. It was good but the soft serve was the star. Found myself craving that the past few days, especially in this heat wave. It’s a must visit now when I’m in the area.

I’m very lucky to say that i reside about 2 minutes driving from this place. This place is a hidden gem. It’s right next to a German deli, You can’t miss it. I’ve always been a fan of boba & lychee jelly. To top it off the thai Soft serve is tremendously delicious. I believe they have 3 sizes. The options are amazing. Lots of dairy free options. The cookies are my absolute weakness. Every time i stop by i tell the cashier to add one. I don’t regret a single thing. Cookies are breathtaking & prices are amazing. i hope prices never change. Id be pretty bummed out if they do. Their LMoon Thai coffee is pretty good. The bobas are not too sweet and they add the right amount of ice. Looks like their menu has a lot of variations besides whats shown on the menu.The place does have a B in health though.

I love Thai Tea and I love everything they serve here. Im glad its nearby and I dont have to go to the 626 area for quality drinks and ice cream. I love the soft serve! They are lenient with their stamp cards, a full 10 stamps can get any size drink or soft serve with 1 topping for free! They give you your full stamp card back - if you save your full stamp cards you can get a shirt or hat.

We came in for the first time wanting to try something unique and fun. We found it! The Thai tea soft serve was so amazing. I love Thai tea so that’s what I ordered, my wife ordered the soft serve and I ended up eating more than half of hers. Whoops. Next time I’ll get the soft serve. To top it all off the shop owner goes above and beyond to create a cool environment that I know they worked hard on putting together for their customers. Very cool place I highly recommend and I will be back in myself.

First time to try soft serve Thai ice cream! I have never tried it before, and it actually got me to go visit the place first, as I try to look for some nice boba places around the area. I would like to note first that the person helping us was patient and helpful to choose what to try as a first time customer. We were even told that if we didn’t like the drink, we could try something else, which was extremely nice! Remember that if you do check in, there are some perks like free topping. They do have Square pay there so you can use contactless pay with Apple Pay.We were recommended to give the Thai Tea Soft serve with corn flake toppings, and the Fire Dragon with boba. We got both of them at 16 OZ.The Thai Tea Soft serve was pretty good! I dont even remember the last time that I had corn flakes, but it made it taste a lot better. Wow when was the last time I had cereal? The crunchy and the texture was great, and I would recommend you to add it there.The Fire Dragon is very similar to other boba places. The cool thing is that they do have this Cheese foam topping that they torch before they give you the drink.Again it was a pleasure to be able to try this place, but I didn’t feel personally that it would be a place that would make me want to visit on a regular basis. If you are into Thai Tea, then this seems like THE place to go for that.Maybe if I am in the area again, and I am craving for boba, I can stop by again. Until then!

Favorite boba shop! I recently discovered this place a few weeks ago. I used to go to another place down the street, but the wait was always too long, which led me to the discovery of L’moon! The shop is freaking cute with so much color and personality. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. They always offer samples.I’m always on the lookout for boba places that offer dairy free options. They have almond milk available for a small charge. So far, I’ve only gotten their Thai milk tea with Almond milk and boba. So good! They also have Thai milk tea soft serve, which I haven’t seen anywhere else.Make sure to grab a stamp card after your purchase. You also get a small discount if you check in on yelp.Definitely a hidden gem in upland. Can’t wait to try their other menu items!

Hidden gem in the city of Upland! Its hard to find great tea in the Inland Empire. Their Thai tea is smooth and not overly sweet. It has the perfect balance of flavors. Their strawberry matcha drink is great too! Ive been looking for something like this for a while and love how its close to me. The service was on point and he offered samples on the tea. I like how he explained he uses actual tea leaves and not powder. I also like that theres a lactose free alternative. Cant wait to come back!

This is one of my favorite boba places! It’s definitely my go to for their Thai tea and their fire rabbit (which is their black milk tea with crème brûlée topping!) and their Thai tea ice cream is so unique and yummy, I love that they put the time into their tea because you can really taste the difference between theirs and a lot of other places. My favorite boba place! Their boba is always consistent in quality - always chewy and delicious! They also have a variety of flavors and specialty drinks to choose from. Thai tea fan? Make your way over to LMoon for their scrumptious soft serve. This place came up on a Yelp search for ice cream since we were in the area and the good reviews influenced us to stop by. Youll find a small shop with just a counter where you place your order and take it to go. I had perused the menu before arriving and had decided to go with the popular Thai tea soft serve with boba. It was ready in no time and tasted just like a creamy, frozen Thai tea. I had ordered the medium, but should have gone with the small which would have been quite enough. I would certainly return for more of this dessert and its a good spot to know about as the weather heats up.

The staff doesnt seem organized and focused on service. The last two visits, the cashiers were cold and seemed distracted and not really listening to the order. Resulting in both of my last experiences in remakes (which werent made properly either). Odd because we verified the order at the end of the transaction. Product and branding taste and feel fresh and hip. Love the Thai Tea Trophies. Being that its near by and the only place with Thai tea soft serve I will give it another shot. The cookies look good but maybe be a risk at that price point.

Lmoon Creamery is a unique tea and dessert shop in Upland. You wont find a wide array of different kinds of teas, flavors, and toppings like other places, but rather only a few drinks they specialize in.The cashier was incredibly friendly. She gave me a sample of their thai tea soft serve, which was rich in taste and creamy. I wasnt looking to get soft serve but I appreciate the gesture. For drinks, she said their best sellers are the thai milk tea, thai tea soft serve float, or the strawberry midori matcha. I asked about the fire rabbit and she said that is another great choice, but its more like a dessert since its made of milk, honey boba, cream, and burnt brown sugar on top (no tea).I decided to get the strawberry midori matcha at 50% sweet. It was a delicious drink and very reminiscent of the strawberry matcha at Boba Guys. However, while I dont like my drinks too sweet, I would say that 50% sweetness wasnt sweet enough. I would recommend getting it at 75% sweetness (if they can do that). The drink also had strawberry chunks instead of just strawberry syrup, which was delicious. Their honey boba was also soft, which I prefer. The price was $4.75, which is about average for most boba places now.The interior is rather small with only 1 table with 2 chairs and 1 bench. I wouldnt suggest bringing a large group of people to hang out there. But parking was easy with lots of spaces.They also have a stamp card. After 4 drinks, you get 1 free topping, and after 9 drinks, you get 1 free drink.Overall, it was a nice place to get specialty drinks and Ill be back to try their other drinks!

I usually love this tea shop but in the past few times that I have come here, the drinks have been really disappointing and don’t taste the way they usually do. I have contacted the shop in numerous ways to see if they could replace my drinks and the owners are not easy to get a hold of. I went again last night, hoping that the drinks would taste amazing but I had the same issue again where they taste like tea leaves and milk and have no sweetness or flavor. I called again to let them know and the girl on the phone was very sweet but she didn’t offer to replace my drinks, which I feel is an industry standard when someone has expressed disappointment. I don’t feel that I will be coming back for that reason. Spending $5-7 on a drink and hoping that it will be made properly is not optimal when there are plenty of other shops.

They have great boba tea, but also have tons of tea options including more sophisticated matcha or the very sweet Thai Tea (also available as a Thai tea ice cream with boba!)They also have caffeine free options, and In-house made fruit syrups. This place is growing on me. The 1st time I visited, I wasnt a huge fan, but my daughter wanted to try it again, and this time I liked it a lot more. My favorite menu item is the chocolate chip walnut cookies. They are AMAZING, especially warmed up!!! The Thai tea soft serve is unique and very good. The Thai tea floats are my favorite drinks. You can choose vanilla ice cream OR Thai tea soft serve, which they pour Thai tea over and then top with honey boba. Both are super yummy, but I like the vanilla float slightly more than the soft serve float. As for the other drinks, Ive tried a few of them and disliked every one. From now on, I will only order the cookies & Thai tea options, and will return often for those!

So I just found out about this place when the owners came in to my job and bought their wood bench from me at living spaces for their tea house. They are such wonderfully nice people! Rarely do I take a sip of a boba drink and immediately regret that I didnt get a large size. Next time, Im going for the 24 oz!It was my first time here since Im never in this part of town and the owner (I assume) swiftly handed me some samples, which was a Thai tea, a Thai tea soft serve, and a Thai tea made with almond milk.Im not a huge Thai tea fan because I usually think its too sweet but all these samples were very good! The least sweet was the one made with almond milk.My love drink is matcha though so I was there for the Strawberry Midori Matcha and with a yelp check-in, I got free honey boba added in.The drink is beautiful with its triple layered colors but more importantly, is the taste! High-quality matcha with a subtle sweetness from the strawberry jam. Omg! And the boba has to be the softest/chewiest boba Ive ever had.Its a small storefront with one small table and bench seating, so youre not meant to linger, but wow, Ill definitely be back for more!

If you like Thai tea, this place is a no brainier: you have to come here. I got the Thai tea soft serve with boba, and it was delicious!!! The warm boba really helped me avoid any brain freeze. My friend got the Thai Fighter, which had creme brulee cream on top of Thai tea, and he really liked it, saying the topping was much creamier than others he had had!

If we only had the Thai Tea Soft Serve with Boba this place would be a 5, but unfortunately I had a Unsweetend Matcha Strawberry with Almond Milk and the drink was bad. Before anyone says to themselves well thats the problem, Ive got to say no. Ive ordered that drink at other quality places and the drink is good because they use Califia Farms Almond Milk, ceremonial grade Matcha and real strawberries. This drink wasnt that. It did, however make a beautiful Instagram shot so not completely wasted and E loved the Thai Tea soft serve which we havent had the pleasure of enjoying anywhere else.

Jet let me try samples before I committed to a drink which made me happy because it was my first time there. I work at a rheumatology office right across the street and wanted to stop by here for a quick drink on my lunch break. Net and jet are friendly, attentive, and have great customer service. Because they were so friendly, they deserve 5 stars alone.They let me even sample their chocolate chip walnut cookie which was fresh and full of flavor.Will definitely come back here for a yummy snack or drink alone, with family, or friends.
