Local business, using the Sonic backbone. Youre at the mercy of the infrastructure though, so youll need to also deal with AT&T if theres a problem. Would be much easier if they had 24/7 support, but no dice. Just normal business hours (keep that in mind if you have to cancel service and return equipment). Had several problems over 4 years, and often a whole weekend without service until they check messages on Monday morning.If you get a chance to use their fiber service, that has the potential to avoid all the horrible infrastructure issues that I ran into... Give that a shot.Service is hit and miss. Some of the people on support know what theyre doing, others are not as great.Always watch your billing if youre told that youll get a credit for service outages. I never got credit for almost a month of total outages (over 4 years) until I closed my account. On the plus side, the person in charge of that is very friendly and helpful (even though I was stopping service). So theyre not malicious, they just have some bad internal communications.

These guys (and gals) are great. Excellent service and customer support, and 1/2 the price of Xfinity for much higher bandwidth. Ive purchased Internet services, both business and personal, from a variety of providers for at least 30 years. LMI is the best Ive ever had. And, I can walk into their office because its close, and there are real people that you can talk to. Bonus.

Omg!!! I wanted to cancel Comcast because their Internet services costs are outrageous!! One day last year my sister put me on to Lmi.net. Everytime and I mean, everytime the interaction with the employees are professional & pleasant.I recently called to address a connection issue.Lets begin with Ms Jackie. She has a way of making you feel appreciated & goes over and beyond to make sure your concerns are addressed no matter how many times you need assistance. She gives off a sweet demeanor, down to earth kinda gal with a nice sense of humor.Im sure she is a cute as her personality!😁Lets talk about the superb tech assistance. Julio is amazing. He is nice, patient and keeps his word. If he tells you he will call back to make sure your service is good..count on it.He called me multiple times until he reached me.🤦🏾‍♀️😂 He gave clear responses to my questions and offered solutions to address the issue. Usually when your experiencing issues with your internet your frustrated and the person on the other end sometimes complicates the situation. Not with LMI.Their willingness to help and get you right is on point.You can tell this company treats their employees like family and not just an employee. It just happens to trickle down to the customers and I appreciate that. Yes! If you need affordable internet service, pls check out LMI!!! Ion if their in your service area but it doesnt hurt to ask💯Thank you Jackie and Julio for the awesome experience! And to all the other colleagues, I appreciate you as well!!Im pleased with my internet service and the price is affordable. Now I dont feel like Im crushing my budget for wifi😂😂

I had AT&T and other providers in the past and all were mediocre at best. I switched to LMI.net and they deliver. Fastest internet ever (now with optical) and reliable WiFi. If you have a problem they respond immediately and fix it. Great people, great company. Oh yes, best/lowest prices also.

These people and their service are great - I only needed a consultant when my knowledge wasnt up to par, and I certainly cant blame an internet provider for that. They are human, not robotic, and I dont have to wait on long phone holds to talk to them. Their rates are decent, and the consultant I use is intelligent and is not constantly replaced. I hope they live long and prosper.

Customer for 6 months, needed a service tech 4 times in 6 months! The service provided is good, but all I heard is that San Francisco is soooo far away for the service techs to drive, and I never got a response to the last messages I left about my modem overheating and, sure enough, my modem burned out. Not a great company for San Francisco residents- and VERY expensive!

Ive been a customer for at least 5 years, and always had great, fast internet service and wi-fi. Any time there has been a problem, it was easy to get a hold of a tech and they helped me solve the issue within minutes over the phone or sent someone out to reposition my dish. Its so refreshing to deal with somebody local who isnt reading from a script. Highly recommend their services!!

Our business is saving a lot of money with LMI in comparison to what we were paying for AT&T. And the customer services is SOOO much better. I cant tell you how much trouble I had with AT&T. With LMI, I just call or e-mail, and if someone doesnt answer the phone right away, someone calls back very shortly after. They have walked me through setting up my voicemail system over the phone, gone through the extra effort of researching a reconfiguration for our fax machine which didnt initially work after we switched to fiber, and they have visited us in person as needed. Great phone and internet service. Great customer service

Superior customer service today when an old router failed. Painless phone help, courteous help at the office, plus a quick purchase of a new router. Gold star for the immediate follow up call to confirm that all was well. Three cheers for a local internet provider who employs kind, helpful, patient, and easily accessible human beings.

Better than Comcast in the area, it really depends on where you live in relation to their AT&T service, the closer the better. We get a dedicated 1.3Mbps down 0.73 Mbps up where were are at for about $50.00 a month. The Comcast service was spotty at best here might of maxed at 19-21Mbps down 3.5Mbps up with Blast, which is supposed to be up to 25Mbps down. Comcast now worth the $125.00 a month at the time after all the local taxes etc. At least its not like trying to get on the freeway at rush hour only to slow and go traffic, that would be Comcast. The real reason for leaving Comcast is that after trying to resolve a service issues in this are for months, we gave them the axe, and never going back. We have a tenant that uses Comcast here basic service package, recently checked his service just to see if things have improved, if anything its worse now.
