I waited over a year to finally file for bankruptcy because the thought of it scared me and made me anxious. I finally decided it was time and I am so glad I found Aaron Lloyd because he made the process so easy and stress-free. I first spoke with a lawyer about filing in 2021 and they sent over a file to fill out that was overwhelming and was really what made me hold off on filing for bankruptcy. All I can say is WOW!!! My wife and I were super scared to file bankruptcy. We never thought we would ever have to do something like that, and Ive always heard horror stories about the process! I was doing some research online about the financial situation I was in and I ran across Lloyd legal and booked an appointment based on the many great reviews and satisfied customers they have had. Once I set the appointment I let them know if I could get an earlier appointment to let me know as I had so many questions and was getting stressed about my situation. Where should I start…? I was looking for someone who could represent me for a bankruptcy. I got myself in a rut and didn’t want to go through bankruptcy. I got served with an over 10k lawsuit that I couldnt afford to pay and that was on top of other debt that had been accumulating over the years. We got served with a court order on Christmas Eve and being that it was during holiday season I feared I wasnt going to find anyone to assist us. I originally found Aaron on Yelp. He responded very quickly to the messaging when I clicked the link to talk with him, that was really awesome. He told me to call him when I was available to talk. I am currently being sued by two different debt collectors, and I was really in panic mode when I found out I was being sued by the second one by a letters I got in the mail from other attorneys wanting to represent me. I called Aaron the next morning, and he took my call immediately. I was so thankful he did because he put my mind at ease, and calmed my nerves big time after talking with him. I still had yet to be served the lawsuit by the second debt collector, and was currently getting legal assistance for the first lawsuit with a trial date already set for April. I decided to wait until I had been served with the second lawsuit to decide what I wanted to do from there on. Aaron was very patient with me, and assured me he was there ready to take my case if, and when I was ready to do so. On Wednesday night Feb 26th I was served with the second lawsuit. I called Aaron the next day and told him I was ready to file bankruptcy. Aaron told me what I needed to do, and he set up appointment with me the next Tuesday afternoon which was yesterday March 3rd. Today March 4th he told me he had already filed the paperwork with the bankruptcy court. I got to say I was not expecting him to file it so fast, that is really awesome. Aaron is smart, very courteous, answers any questions I have had, and has really put my mind at ease. I thought it was really awesome he texted me to confirm our appointment, and than from then on we have been texting back and forth when I have had any questions, or when I needed to share some info with him. He also has been available to talk on the phone when needed. Aaron really makes me feel like I am talking to a really good friend that knows his stuff, and has really got it together. As a disable veteran it is harder for me to open up or trust someone let alone a lawyer. I will have to say Aaron made me feel so comfortable through my situation. He was overly knowledgeable on every question & everything I researched about my legal issue. He knows the law very well including the new laws passed by Trump that helps veterans. To say the process was fast and easy is an understatement. Everything was explained to me how fast it would move and it did I called less than a week ago and already he has filed and gotten my garnishment stopped which were really weighing on me.
