They are great at what they do whether it is web design, marketing, logo design etc...you name it! The entire team is so helpful and understanding! They won’t stop working on any part of your project until you are 100% satisfied. LiveWebMedia created my own business website exactly how I wanted and since the launch, I have received numerous messages about how professional, clean, and user friendly my website is! Also, Alen is amazing! There isn’t a problem he can’t solve and he is so patient throughout the whole process while making sure he delivers on everything you need. MARCH 2023:Alen went above and beyond in helping me to get the mobile version of my WIX website to display correctly. He exceeded my expectations and turnaround time was amazing.Alen is easy to work with. He analyzed the website that I had built with WIX and told me what needed to be done and what could be left as is. I appreciate his honesty and excellent customer service.2020Alen is a prince. He responded to my request for a Wix Pro as soon as I reached out and asked what problem I was having and LISTENED. He offered to look at the specific difficulty and within minutes messaged me that he had fixed my problem and very generously said there was no charge. And then he checked if I was having any other issues.Wow! Service first before sales pitch. I was blown away because he helped me immediately instead of trying to sell me on his capabilities to create a new website design.Because of his service approach I will reach out to Alen and LiveMedia when I am ready for a major redesign. It made my day to be helped and treated so well. Thanks Alen and LiveMedia.A little background: Wix has added a lot of capabilities and along with that some changes to the interface since I built my site six years ago. My site hasn’t needed tweaking until new laws affected my business on Jan 1 and I needed to make some quick but minor changes.I had not kept up with the changes and was totally frustrated when Wix’s online tutorials did not work as described and I could not find a phone number for Wix technical support. When the tutorial kept directing me to a Wix Pro, I thought I would get a sales pitch for assistance that I expected to be part of Wix’s own service. Alen came to the rescue.

We signed up with Live Web Media approximately ten months ago, after reading a lot of great reviews about them on Yelp. I met with Alen and Chelda and we had a sit down meeting. They discussed the various options with me and set my company up with a great marketing package, based on our budget. Since then, we had a great experience with them. They really are the real deal. We are a family owned business and have been around for over 30 years. I had the opportunity to work with many different marketing companies. Many of them sweet talk you or show you fake reports of how well your business COULD be doing with them, but NEVER follow through with their promises. Live Web Media is a whole different story. They have been working extremely hard to get my company where It needs to be and their hard work clearly shows. I get reports on a regular basis showing how the marketing is progressing with real links and screenshots so that I can see the results! I am so happy I found them and I recommend them to anyone looking for a hard working, result driven, and honest marketing company!

Working with LiveWebMedia was fantastic! If youre not a computer graphics person, or coder, or web builder, you want to be able to talk to some who understands your vision, even if you dont speak their language, supportively, without condescending. I worked with both Chelda and Alen, the owner of the company; and both walked me through every page, every step with a weekly status review. This, for me, was so essential to our successful collaboration. Some designers work on a monthly subscription basis, yet have no way of showing you their work, therefore, no accountability. Not the case with LiveWebMedia. They provide you with a shared page called basecamp to share progress, notes, tasks to complete and completed tasks. Once a week I met with Chelda sharing our screens which enabled her to show me whats been done and for me to share my notes and thoughts. For a creative, visual person like myself, it was perfect. They worked with me every step of the way. Also, once the work is done, youre welcome to call and ask for help, which they are very happy to provide. In other words, their door is always open. Once my business takes off, I will most definitely hiring them again to handle my growing business. Great people to work with, I am very happy to provide them with 5 stars!
