Booked Livery Studio for a one day retreat for 30 people and had an incredible experience, both before and during the event. Yvonne and Michael are incredibly helpful and run a smooth operation. The space itself is pretty flawless. the room is large, looks great, and has a diversity of seating options. the sofas are comfy and designed for use during meeting, not just for lounging during breaks. the kitchen set up is well thought out, with a large, island-like counter providing a ton of space to put out food. the AV system is probably the best Ive ever used, simple and effective. clear images and excellent sound, both for presentations and music playlists. lots of other amenities that they will tell you about (like whiteboards). there is a small conference room that came in handy for a few attendees who needed to step out for a bit to get on a zoom or phone call. and the location in Pasadena is incredibly accessible, both by car and for those staying in nearby hotels. 10/10 will use again!

Had the absolute best experience hosting an event here! Yvonne was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The space is very versatile -- within our event, we had panel discussions, live music performances, an art gallery wall, vendors, catering, and interactive art stations. The space is clean, beautiful, and modern, with endless ways to combine their furniture and resources. Thank you Livery Studio for providing such a wonderful space for our community to flourish in!

My company hosted our mini conference and networking social at the Livery Studio and I couldnt be happier with this choice of venue! Yvonne was lovely to work with and very helpful throughout the planning process - from arranging our floorplan to accepting deliveries for us the week of the event. The inside of the space is great for an intimate gathering - I really enjoyed the open concept so our guests could flow freely throughout the space, grabbing some food and sitting down to mingle. The star of the show is definitely that rainbow couch. Furniture can be a big expense for events so it was a big bonus that this seating was included and it looks great in photos. The kitchen is perfect for lunch and a bar set up. Highly recommend the Livery!

A small team I work with needed a space for three days of focused meetings. We rented the Valley Conference Room in Livery Studio. It was cost-effective, beautifully appointed (like the rest of the space), comfortable, and had all of the amenities the team needed. Yvonne and Michael were kind and attentive hosts. We would rent space here again without hesitation.

Extremely comfortable work area, a lot of conference rooms, strong Wi-Fi, and many beverage/snack options.I also hosted a client appreciation event with 50-60 guest and had a great turn out. Hosted a Mastermind event here with our clients and Yvonne and Michael were amazing! The venue is also perfect for any client meetings, masterminds and small live events.Our clients were very pleased with the location, access to a coffee machine, ice and filtered drinking water, on the house!

I’ve been at Livery for more than 6 months now and I can’t recommend it enough. Right off the bat, its clear this isnt your typical co-working space. The vibe is like walking into a friends creative studio (if your friend was good with design and generous with snacks and drinks). Yvonne and Mike are this amazing couple whove poured their hearts into making the place feel welcoming and, honestly, it shows. Nice adjustable desks and chairs. Comfy corners perfect for brainstorming. You can tell they’ve thought of everything. Top-notch coffee and tea, reliable wi-fi, private spaces for important meetings and conversations. But the best part is definitely the community. Yvonne and Mike have a way of bringing together cool, smart folks who are easy to chat up and can be potential new friends.

Lively Studio Vibes at Livery Studio! I was there for a workshop last weekend and my whole group kept commenting on what a nice vibe they had there! The owners are SO accommodating and there’s even a wet bar with coffee/tea/water. They had several different work stations available for solo and group meetings. Highly recommend!

I was in Pasadena for a few days working remotely and just happened to see an interesting looking building walking around - Livery Studio. I came the next day, met the owners and got a tour of the place, then bought a day pass to work there all day. Gorgeous building, great coffee and snacks, great location near lots of lunch spots, fast stable internet, plenty of spots to take calls. Liked it so much I came back the next day! We recently rented the Livery Studio for our SoCal ASHRAE Holiday Party and was extremely impressed with the service and the space. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the day of the event.The venue itself was very flexible for the layout we had in mind. The lighting and sound system were top-notch as well. Everyone at the party had a fantastic time, and I couldnt have asked for a better location to host such a special event.I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a memorable and successful event. Livery Studio is a beautiful co-working/event space in the heart of Pasadena. Their website is user-friendly, so booking a reservation is easy and Yvonne is kind and incredibly helpful if you have any questions. Their amenities are upscale and a nice touch. When you need an afternoon pick-me-up, their coffee machine can make just about anything you would order at a local coffee shop. Its also spacious and designed beautifully. My job has used several of the rooms/collaboration spaces at Livery Studio and we truly enjoy utilizing the space. Mostly, we appreciate the calm and cozy ambiance.

Really grateful to Livery Studio staff - responsive and ability to accommodate. From booking to 50th celebration date was outstanding. We loved the architecture, ambiance, furniture, acoustic and sound, amenities. Our guest enjoy the well presented venue from projector, modern furniture, silverware and coffee maker. Service and event manager was really flexible and team were helpful. Feels like a special venue to use, and will definitely go back.

My husband and I chose Livery Studio to hold our baby shower and we absolutely loved it! Yvonne, the owner, made the planning and setup of the venue smooth which we appreciated. All the guests were in love with the venue and how easy going it felt. We had a total of 75 guests and there was enough space for everyone to spread out, especially on the couch that was in the venue. The venue came with everything that we would have need to set up for the baby shower: tables, chairs, fridge for cold drinks, and more than enough countertop space for food.My husband and I are definitely keep Livery Studio at the top of our venue list for future events. Highly recommend Livery Studio for anyone hosting an event!

We rented out Livery Studio for my sons first birthday party, and I couldnt have been happier with the experience and venue. Its way more spacious than I initially thought. There was enough room for 70 people to sit / eat and had plenty of space in the middle for a backdrop and activities. It also had everything we needed - tables, chairs, sound system, refrigerator, bar counter, etc.Most importantly, Yvonne, the owner, is amazing to work with. She was helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Made the event way less stressful for me!Overall, would highly recommend Livery Studio! Its so versatile and would be a great option for any event.

I love this place. First off, its a wonderful place to work from (I have a private office on the 2nd floor). The interior design is exactly the type of inspiring and creative energy I was looking for in a co-working space. Second off, the downstairs event space is amazing! Im actively trying to find an excuse to rent it out because its so great. Third, the location rocks. Fourth, the owners--Yvonne and Michael--are the greatest! If youre thinking about renting the space and/or joining the office, stop thinking and just do it. You wont be sorry!

I cannot say enough good things about Livery Studio! I held a three day event with here and the space provides such a wonderful, fun, and colorful atmosphere! Its a good sized space-- we had ~30 people and it felt full but not crowded, but we needed the big tables for activities. If you were hosting a social event or even a lecture/performance where you only needed chairs you could accommodate many more. The kitchenette is very convenient, giant couch is comfy, and the coffee maker was a big hit. Its also awesome that its right on Old Town, which for our event made walking from hotels and going out for food very easy. I was a tad concerned about parking for local folks at first since they dont have dedicated spaces, but there are several lots and garages very close and we had no trouble at all. The best part is that working them is a breeze. Theyre incredibly professional, friendly, interested in your event, and they go out of their way to make every aspect go smoothly. I definitely plan to hold more events here in the future.

Yvonne was incredibly responsive when I expressed interest in viewing the space, and working there for a day. She was kind enough to show me the grounds as soon as I got there, and let me work at a dedicated desk (since I expressed interest in getting one). The space is overall very pleasant with all of the amenities you need (coffee, tea, snacks, etc.) Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a coworking space in the Pasadena area!

I found the Livery Studio while searching for a reasonably priced banquet room in the Pasadena area to host my mothers memorial reception. I am so glad that I discovered it because it was much better than any traditional banquet room could have ever been. I had never planned an event before and to have this be my first experience with it was even more stressful than I could ever imagine. Yvonne and Michael were very compassionate and understanding of the difficulty I was having planning such an event. Yvonne accommodated every request I made, including several scheduling changes. Michael was at the event to help make sure everything ran smoothly and also to help with hosting duties and clean-up at the end. All of the guests were very impressed with the space and the kindness of our host(s). For those reasons, many of them expressed interest in having their future events at the Livery Studio. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Michael and Yvonne. They are both excellent hosts. With their help, I was able to make the memorial a beautiful tribute to my mother.

Livery Studio is the best co-working space Ive ever tried, and its because of the care and dedication from the owners, Michael and Yvonne. The location is awesome -- easy parking, walking distance from restaurants, a park, and the metro station. The space is clean and well-maintained, I could always find a seat, an outlet, and could easily take my meetings in the phone booths or with my headphones. And everyone is so friendly, I met so many interesting people and even some potential clients and collaborators. So many creatives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners, its a great vibe.Im a freelance artist and filmmaker, and I typically work from home, but when construction noise made that virtually impossible, I was desperate to find a quiet, reliable, and affordable work environment.WeWork seemed to be too busy and at capacity, so I gave Livery Studio a call, after comparing a few other boutique coworking spots nearby. Yvonne immediately picked up the phone and said I could come in that day, for a free day pass on them. I signed up for the $275/mo coworking membership. While they sometimes have events downstairs, they always grant us access to the upstairs/dedicated desk spaces, which feels like getting a free upgrade! Yvonne and Michael have been nothing but generous, considerate, and accommodating -- I really enjoyed seeing them every time I came in.Alas, Ive since moved and am riding the ebb and flow of life, so it makes financial sense for me to cancel my membership and come in with the day passes on an as-needed basis. However, I hope to come back one day to rent out the space for an event, or to rent one of the offices as my business grows :)If youre looking for a coworking space, a dedicated desk, or an office, I highly recommend Livery Studio!

Livery Studio was the location of my company retreat this last Friday. The space is absolutely gorgeous it is large, well lit and with a good distribution of chairs and tables and booths. The owner was very accomodating and helpful the entire time. They had a very fancy coffee machine which he was happy to help with explaining. The space is 2 floors and there were other large rooms that people can stay in to work together. Highly recommend!

Livery studio is a true gem in Pasadena. We hosted a weekend event with over 60 women and the space was perfect. The setup and aesthetics were beautiful, the screen and remote projector made our seminar look professional and clean and Yvonne was incredible to work with. Of the many coworking spaces Ive tried in LA, I feel like Livery is such a hidden gem. The space has never disappoint. Its a ensemble of great service, location and amenities. The building has such a rich history of being a stable in its past life.Yvonne and Michael, the business owners, are absolutely lovely. The space is welcoming, colorful and extrememly well designed. While its located next to a fire station, Ive never been bothered by it.My best creative work was drafted a Livery. I was a visiting member at Livery, but am seriously considering a membership.Highly recommend if youre looking for a creative coworking space, or need to host a private event in the Old Pasadena area.There are various affordable parking options.

Worked out of this office for a week while I was in town for work. Owners Yvonne and Mike were fantastic. They were accommodating, answered my questions and gave me a tour of the amazing space. Very high quality workspace that rivals a Facebook, Google or LinkedIn office. They had snacks, drinks and an amazing ping pong table. Rooms were also spacious and tech in there was on par with the latest stuff. Prices were extremely reasonable. Would definitely visit again!

This is an exquisite co-working space with fantastic amenities. Im a WFH mom who needed a spot to do deep work I cant complete in my home office thats conveniently located next to my toddlers playroom. Livery Studio has been my haven. Ive hosted a meeting here - reserving a private space was a breeze online - and have worked in the communal areas. Everything is spotless, working optimally and well designed. As a creative, Im especially happy to work in such a beautiful and thoughtfully-designed space that has preserved so much of the propertys history. I pay $25 for the day and will upgrade to a membership when my schedule allows. Parking is easy and the staff is kind and accessible. This is a no brainer! Just go!

Working remotely this week with a colleague and we decided on Livery Studio and I am so glad we did. We were greeted by Yvonne this morning, who is just a lovely and sweet person. She made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in and gave us a tour of the space. I asked for a pricing sheet and she went over all the ways we could utilize the space. I highly recommend if working remotely or if your company fluctuates in size this would be a great option. There are tons of dining options that are a short walk away. Great location, environment and kind staff.

Just checked out Yvonnes co-working studio and this place is such a gem! It is in the heart of Old Town Pasadena just walking distance from all the restaurants and parking wasnt hard to find around the block. The space is so well designed, charming, and equipped with everything you need for meetings, office space or space to step away from home. In fact the place had got a homey, comfortable, & quiet feel. Will definitely be going back again! Rates are affordable.

Livery is truly one of a kind!My wife and I were looking for local coworking options in Pasadena and stumbled upon Livery. We were walking through Central Park in Pasadena one day and noticed it next to the fire station. After being weirdos and peeking through the window, we both decided we should contact them to see if we could check out the space for a day!I emailed them via the contact form on their website to see if we could get a trial day. Yvonne (co-owner with her husband) very quickly messaged me back saying they would be more than happy to host my wife and I for the day!First off, I just want to say that Yvonne and her husband were super cool! They showed us around the space, gave us some snacks and coffee, and told us that the space was created, owned and operated by them! Truly a power couple!While having great owners is a huge plus, it would all be for nothing if the space didnt deliver though, right? Well, let me tell you! This space is incredible! They have gone over and above to make sure that every little detail is designed to give you an incredibly productive work day.The kitchen is nice and spacious, the work space is clean, bright and comfortable and the space in general is oozing with charm. Yes ooozzzzing! It is extremely apparent to me that this work space is a labor of love!I literally could fill another 3 paragraphs about the merits of this place, but I wont. Instead, Ill leave you with this. This coworking space has to be one of the best I have visited in Pasadena! And Ive been to most of them! Their pricing is transparent, their space is charming and clean, and theyre locally owned and operated. What more can you ask for out of a coworking space?

Livery is hands-down my favorite shared-office space in Los Angeles / Pasadena. Basically, its a Google office! Their rates are wonderfully reasonable (far better than WeWork or others), you get access to their micro-kitchens stuffed with great snacks and drinks, the environment is quiet, temperature controlled and very clean, and they have all sorts of different set ups for any kind of team or individual needs. Private offices, phone pods, conference rooms, whatever.If youve worked in a Google office or similar space, you probably already know what to expect. For all intents and purposes, its exactly that. I was supremely happy with my experience here and will always come back when Im in the area.
