Cody helped me out, she’s incredibly professional and assisted me with a couple fringe requests with ease (Haven’t visited in a while needed to work out my access code “”have you invoice and id handy”” & I left my key at home didn’t want to make the trip back for it) to get all this solved in a few minutes on a weekend is a 5 star I’d throw an extra one on there if I could. Now a days everything is so smooth with a couple clicks online but you do have to interact with people for specific information. It’s a holiday weekend and Tim was super prompt with following up with my rental. Super easy to talk to, informative, and answers vm promptly. Faster than promptly for a holiday weekend. We all agree that moving is stressful and I appreciate the A1 service that was stress free!!

It is move out day, and my experience was seamless. The price was competitive and consistent, my belongings were stored safely as I waited for my new home to be completed, and Cody at the front desk made this a great experience. I would recommend this storage to anyone looking in the area. If I ever need it again, there’s no question where I am headed.

I rented the space here several years ago and this is my 2nd time to rent the space here. Property manager is pleasant and courteous. Unlike Public Storage theres only one person, property manager I needed to talk to for all I needed. Bad experience from PS makes this place deserves all the star there is.

This place offers competitive prices to get you to move in, then start sending price increase letters. In the 2 years I was there, rent went up 5 times.Most other storage facilities in Livermore raise their prices once a year in the 6-9% range.

After hearing about Livermore Storage from a friend who rents a unit there, I was able to acquire a smaller unit for a few things that I couldn’t keep at my home. I had another storage unit at a “competitors” business in another city in the Tri-Valley, and the price of my 10x10 unit had a rate increase that left me questioning why I was there.Upon talking with Cody the Manager about possibly upgrading to a larger space, she was able to put me into an outside unit which allowed me easier access to my things, and didn’t cost me my arm OR leg, and left me with enough money to eat at a fancy shmancy restaurant!! Above all, it’s been a great experience renting a storage at Livermore Storage!

I have rented units at this location for both business and private storage. I have seen management change hands half a dozen times in the last 13 years that I have been storing here. I am very please with the new on site management. A problem came up with a couple of my unit having water leaking in from the roof and before I had a chance to notive the office they had the problem taken care of. Cody was very easy to talk with and as far as I can tell she knew just what to do if I felt the need to make a claim. Thank you Cody

This place is SO awesome: very clean, secure, and easy to move into. Ashley was so attentive and helpful- even when I had to take a work call in the middle of paperwork! The prices are definitely the best value in this area, and the facility is easy to move around in, even if youre in a truck. I moved into a 10x15 with no issues at all. After some quick paperwork, my rental, insurance, and safety lock were all taken care of. I feel so relieved leaving my stuff in Ashleys hands during this next chapter. FIVE STARS!!!

This is a great, secure location with easy access. The staff are very courteous and helpful. In fact, Joseph has been great with looking after the units. One time I accidentally forgot to lock my unit, and Joseph promptly notified me before any potential problems. On yet another occasion, my car battery died and he offered to jump start my vehicle. Now thats going beyond the call of duty and shows his commitment and concern for the property and its tenants. Thank you all for your attention to detail, very clean facility.

Moving is a nightmare! Self Storage literally made the process of finding a not only convenient storage facility but a affordable one pain and hassle free. Even move of a plus dealing with Ashley at the front desk was very reassuring. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. What can I say? Decent rates.The customer service is pretty good. It has proved to be a SECURE property. My only criticism would be the gate hours, more specifically the 7:00 pm exit time. Most storage facilities usually have a 9:00 pm exit time, or will at least facilitate a one-time exemption, such as on a move-in/out. I was told that a late exit was impossible and that I would be subject to additional fees if not out by 7:00 pm. However, I dont hold the on-site management accountable for what I believe is company policy. To said company, may I suggest going that extra mile and making a reasonable exception to a very general rule. Keep the gates open until 9 pm! Allow tenants to request a reasonable one-time late exit

When I needed to find reputable place to store my things, I went to the police first. I was told that every storage facility has some problems, but they would use Livermore Self Storage for their own things. Ashley is friendly and helpful and patrols regularly. When I went in to rent a space, it was a great experience and I have not had a problem with my unit at all. It is clean, dry and secure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for extra storage.

I walked in close to 5:30p. Outside, a truck full of boxes and rain about to soak it all. I was greeted with professionalism and a smile even though they were closing shortly. This is our third experience at a self storage place. We have a 10 x 20 spot. We like Livermore Self Storage because it is a locally owned business, friendly and customer oriented. This is the opposite of our experiences at some of the big brand places. It has fresh paint, security cameras and security gate. We left the other places because of large annual monthly increases every year to the point that our rental was no longer affordable. Livermore Self Storage also increases their rates annually, but it is a very modest increase. The property and units are older, but well kept up. The big brand name locations are newer but the customer service was terrible. We have been renting at LSS for the last five years and are happy with the storage unit and the owners.

One staff member in particular named Joe took care to lock up my unit after I absentmindedly drove off without locking it up.
