Love Dr. Kuntz and have been coming here for over 20 years but they recently started using the Rayban and Oakley lenses rather than a more affordable option. So we continue to get our eye exam there but need to go elsewhere for the glasses.

My wife and I have been with Livermore Optometry (Dr. Abramson) since the early 80s. (40+ years) We referred many of our friends to the practice. Got to know Dr. Abramson on a personal level. When Dr. Abramson retired, we noticed a decline in customer care services and more of a focus on purchasing new eye wear. On my last visit I was directed out to the new glasses department and went through the usual picking out eye wear. Once I had determined a couple of possibilities, I indicated to the professional I would have my wife choose the one she liked, as she was scheduled for her visit the next week. When I went to check out, I was charged a $20.00 fee for an eye wear fitting. I decided I would let that go, and then yesterday I was scheduled for my yearly eye visit, confirmed when I received the notice. Drove from Tracy, checked in 10 minutes early, only to be told my appointment was cancelled because I did not confirm the appointment. Of course, I was told it must be my equipment because they did not show any indication I had confirmed. (I assume they do not make mistakes, only the customers) However, they said they would reschedule, as they were fully booked for the day, so it would be in the next few weeks. At that point I elected to end our long-term relationship, and requested our records be sent to a practice in town. Sorry Dr. Abramson, not a reflection on you or the wonderful practice you had built all those years. Priorities seem to have changed, so time for us to move on.

Great experience, highly recommended, all the staff members were very professional. Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained/addressed all the concerns.

Just had my eye exam done here. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in! The doctor was amazing and gave a thorough contact lens exam/fitting; she made sure I got all my questions answered before I left!! Highly recommended :)

Ok so this is a revised/updated review, my last review was 10 months ago since then the reception and other areas have gone way down hill the reception staff makes you wait, they dont seem to care like they used to, lots of new young people that are not very good at customer service and do not seem to know what to do. Still love the doctors but this office has changed so much very disappointing. I have called and been in for a visit more than once so this is not an isolated incident.-Old review from 10 months ago, This place, very professional, very nice staff sometimes the wait is a little long but they have acknowledged it and made up for it and I appreciate that. Wouldnt go anywhere else, my husband and 6 year old daughter come here as well and they take such good care of all of us I wish all offices ran this well 💜

Every eye doctor Ive had is absolutely fantastic and I cant say enough good things about how friendly and precessional and lovely they are. The doctors easily get five stars.The front desk is also very good to work with and do their job wonderfully.But when it comes to buying glasses Ive found the purchase staff to be rude, unkind and difficult.I went in with my wife to pick out glasses one evening a few days after my appointment. We find frames we both liked and asked to make our purchase. The technician did we would have to make an appointment. But while doing so, she was sitting at her desk doing nothing. I asked why she couldnt do it now and she said she was waiting for a customer to finish their eye exam and she needed to be ready to help him when he finished. So I made an appointment for the next weekend at 9:20am to compete my purchase. After arriving on time I watched one of the three technicians help a customer while the other two were doing paperwork. At 9:40 I asked about my appointment and they said it would be a few minutes. I was helped five minutes later. My transaction took 5 minutes and I was done.The combination of appointment requirements combined with unhelpful and unkind staff bring this review to two stars despite the extraordinary doctors and front desk people.

Ordered safety glasses they said it should take 3 or 4 weeks.5 weeks later I checked on them (because they don’t pick up their phone), and was told it was still in process.8 weeks later I went there to cancel order.waited for 20min just to talked to opticians. She said she would call to the place they order glasses from. Another 20min For her to come out with my glasses saying it was delivered last Saturday and they didn’t have any technicians to open the box! Ridiculous!No apology. No text. No email. No nothing. Deadbeat optometry.I give 2 stars for this terrible time frame and coustomer service.

My family and I have been patients here for over 10 years. We’ve seen several changes but one thing remains the same, their patient care is awesome. From the first time I worked with Dr. Yim I knew this place was “home”. And for the last several years Christina has been a family favorite with her skills and humor embracing you as soon as she makes eye contact. I strongly recommend you make this your “home” too.

Dr. Faith has been excellent with me and my family for over 15 years now. Listens with intent to make changes as needed and educates along the way! The staff is always pleasant and efficient.
