I had to write a review after my experience this week. My filling fell out and I called to get an appt to get it fixed. I was very crunched on timing and they managed to fit me in. They even made sure to block time to be able to fix it and not just examine. I couldnt coordinate by phone so they changed to text abd that was perfect. I also got a recommendation for a helpful fix in the mean time. (I didnt need it so I cant review the but the idea they were even willing to recommend something in the meantime was pretty great.) Then I showed up for the appt and there was no wait. I was greeted well and great attention was paid to the small details Id mentioned in the past about anesthetic wearing off and my sensitivity to epinephrine. I know accomodating all that can be a workflow crunch for offices and demands more close attention and swift detail. They were sensitive to my pain levels and sensitive to my time crunches. Everyone worked well together and overall it was a great experience. Dr Gibson, Jessica and Justin were so wonderful. This office has gone through many changes but I think its been worth it because this was a great experience and who says that about a visit to the dentist to get a filling?

I have always hated the dentist and for no solid reason.....nonetheless, hate going, even for checkups. Livermore Dental Care, and Dr Gibson specifically, were recommended to me by a neighbor. Have to say I no longer get over anxious about cleanings, and happily return every 6 months. The staff is friendly, gentle and compassionate. So grateful to have found a dentist / team, I will actually go into for regular check-ups, happily. Best part is there are tvs in the ceiling, so if you are like me, and need the distraction, this makes the experience so much calmer. Highly recommend!

My fiance and I went here multiple times, he had to have a crown put on one of his teeth as did I. Both failed within the year. When he went back to have his crown fixed it threw his bite off so bad that his teeth became painful. We moved out of state and found a new dentist, our current dentist say that neither of the crowns fit properly which is why the crowns are failing. The staff is very lovely but always get a second opinion on any major work.

I have always had an excellent experience here. On my first visit I had an impacted molar emergency and the doctor cleared his entire schedule to take care of me. They have taken excellent care of me over the years since. I highly recommend to everyone who asks.

What can I say, it was great as always! Everyone is always welcoming and I loved my hygienist. Stephanie was very sweet and extremely thorough. It was very easy to feel comfortable, so much so I almost fell asleep during my cleaning. Dr. Lim came in for my exam and I appreciated her being so informative, I’m excited to see her again for my crown! Highly recommend 👍

There is a reason this dental office is so highly rated. Ive been a patient for 20 years and the staff has never been anything but kind and reassuring. Kimberly is by far the best hygienist Ive ever had work on my teeth. She is extremely professional, but at the same time friendly and comforting. No one cleans my teeth besides Kimberly from now on. You can tell that she is passionate and cares about patients. Thank you Kimberly!!!Martha and Lisa have also been incredibly helpful in accommodating my complicated work schedule. Lisa helped me get in right away to complete my cleaning, and made my life so much easier. Ive never been to a better Dental clinic than Livermore Dental Care. Thank you guys so much.

I am a registered nurse. I have been with Dr. Gibson for about 20 years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is both personally and professionally and technically. Just everything !!!even his office is beautiful, his staff is always pleasant and kind . I started with Dr. Gibson because I had a terrible fear of the dentist that he cured me of. I have since moved away from his area and still see him as my regular dentist from fillings to crowns to tooth implants .His work is excellent!

I initially came to LDC for my routine cleaning. I was fortunate to be taken care of by Shawn and Dr. Chau. They did a thorough evaluation of my teeth, and did a wonderful cleaning. I came back today for a crown, and April and Dr. Gibson made an amazing team to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. Everyone here is so nice and professional. I am happy I came across this office.

I always dread going to the dentist. Murrieta Dental is not one to dread. Every patient is treated well. Every procedure is explained thoroughly ahead of time. The staff is always nothing short of spectacular. I appreciate that my time is always valued. For any visit, I always know that they will take the time that they need for my visit, but not pull me around the office for hours for a cleaning. Its refreshing to find an office that wont try to convince me that I need more than I do, and respects my concerns. Im very happy that they were a recommended office to me, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking.

I highly recommend Livermore Dental Care. Kudos!! Ive spent half my life on a dentists chair and know when Im getting good care. The doctor and the staff are super professional. Quick at accommodating appointments. The doctor made me comfortable and kept verbally explaining every little step through the process. Did it hurt? Yes! But the point is, I had exposed nerves so it had to hurt, not the doctors fault. Transparent in their billing as well. I quite like them and recommend them to everyone. - Rajat

Just got back from my third visit for the year...two checks ups and a crown. The entire staff from the receptionists, to the hygienist and dentist make visiting so comfortable. There is a great feeling there, that in my experience, is ALWAYS there. I recently moved and finding a new dentist is scary all by itself. After years of dentist hopping due to rough treatment and negligent work resulting unnecessary pain and the extraction of a perfectly healthy tooth, I have been extremely reluctant to see another dentist. Luckily for me, I found Dr. Gibson and Dr. Aziz! They are so very kind & gentle and experts in their profession. They continue to make me feel cared for and I could not be happier. April is also so very competent. I had reservations with assistants working on my teeth, as others (not at this office) have left me with serious problems with my bite. I find this staff to be the very best I have ever been lucky enough to find! Thank you all for your dedication to your craft. I for one, am grateful for you and all you have done for my smile!!

I always used to hate going to the dentist until now. After having bad experiences with previous dentists, I am so happy to have found Livermore Dental Care after reading rave reviews from the Next Door app. At my first visit, I met Dr. Chau who is incredibly kind, honest, very knowledgeable and she really cares about her work. I know I am in good hands with her and she always does a great job! The dentists/dental assistants/hygienist always do a very thorough job and explain what they are doing. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I had an awful experience with a crown at a different dentist office so my stomach dropped when they told me the crown needed to be replaced since it wasn’t put in correctly. I was very nervous for the appointment after the painful experience I had before, but the appointment was fast and painless. I can’t even tell that there is a crown in my mouth and I have had no problems with it ever since. All of the staff is friendly, professional, positive, and all about customer service. The place is nice and clean as well! I would highly recommend going to Livermore Dental Care and seeing Dr. Chau!

This is the most professional team of dentists, dental hygienists, and other dental specialists I have ever dealt with. Doctor Gibson and his team hold the highest standards of care there is in the industry. I feel that each patient matters to them, and they are willing to go the extra lenght to make sure the job is done right, no matter what day or time it is. Today was our first visit at Livermore Dental Care! The customer service and care provided was excellent from the minute we were welcomed walking through the front door. The front office was warm and welcoming. The Hygenist, Reyne, was wonderful from her cleaning and communication throughout the appt. Taking the time to explain everything she was doing including explaining in detail any concerns! Dr. Aziz was super kind and brought much warmth when she came in for our exams. Not to mention I had my two year old with me there for an exam. Dr. Aziz was wonderful with her and very patient. We are very glad to be joining this office!

I had an emergency situation with a lower jaw infection. I have not been to a Dentist in over two years and my work means that it is difficult to set appointments outside of my job hours - I travel all over the country and the world- so I called Livermore Dental Care and they managed to get me into their facility the same day. Dr. Chau and all of the people with whom I interacted were very professional, courteous and friendly. I spoke to Dr.Chau regarding my treatment options and she was not pushy (unlike other Dentists) and was very receptive to my wishes for on-going care.So far I would give this practice and the good people involved a solid 5/5 as a rating. I shall update this as my treatment plan progresses.

They listened to me while I babbled on about my Christmas plans and took great care of me while I got examined for a wisdom tooth removal (which is never fun, but they helped me through it). I got an appointment with Dr. Gibson after reading the reviews and researching. But on my appointment day somebody else saw me.Dr Gibson saw me on my procedure day and prepared my tooth for the crown, but his assistant put the temporary crown for me which came off after a week. I went back to the office an they said the crown is ready. And again at the end the assistant was the one who put the crown and she did such a sloppy job. It is painful, sensitive and feels out of place. I went back after a week to fix it. Another new doctor saw me and try to fix it but it is still painful.I am so upset with the whole thing. They didn’t listen to me no matter what how many times i said i dont want inexperienced people touch my tooth!

I would have had to pay out of pocket anywhere else. But Im glad I did. This time I walked in the door and politely asked if I could be seen today. She asked the Dr. and I was told 1pm would be OK. I arrived and was seen shortly. Wow what a difference. I got the best service and dentistry. It was great. My tooth was fixed painlessly, fast, and even polished! To this day NO pain! Well, on that tooth anyways I think the original tooth needs to be redone also. Hopefully I get that excellent service again! Then maybe I can give 5 stars.

I have been going to Dr. Gibsons office for sometime now and still talk about how kind the staff is there! The dentist is my least favorite appointment to go to. This office has eased my dental anxieties! I have had my teeth cleaned there numerous times, cavity filled, crown and tooth bonding. 7/11/1 . I have now had 2 teeth pulled and again like always. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Both Dr. Divinney and Dr. Gibson are amazing dentists, very patient, budget conscious, knowledgeable, compassionate and extremely patient. I am one of the most difficult patients, truly a dentists nightmare patient because of my anxiety and fear of dentists and they made my experience an absolute delight. Dr. Gibson has been our dentist for many years and he always has our best interests at heart as well as providing pain-free and skilled denistry. Recently, his hygienist, Stephanie, exhibited extra care and kindness during my cleaning. I will start this by saying I went into this office with a fear that was near phobic. After 2 visits, JUST TWO, I was able to have a procedure done without sedation! Considering my first visit I broke down and cried when they asked why I was so fearful (and yes they handled that very well and were very understanding) Dr. Aziz is absolutely amazing! I had some very deep cavities and she took care of them with zero pain...ZERO PAIN! I kept waiting and waiting for it to hurt or for a nerve to get tapped or something.... I didnt even know she had given me the shot to numb me! Everyone in the office is fantastic and I am actually looking forward to my cleaning in 5 months! I wish I could give more stars!

Amazing how painless it can be when you use the best products always on the cutting edge of new painless procedure. Wow! My #1 doctor to visit and it’s a dentists. Just realized that.I may be overdoing it but I don’t think so. Just got a crown today and whitening for life. No pain! Not even an aspirin needed for me. Been a patient of Dr Gibson for many years. Coffee station for those waiting, a couple of puters with games loaded. Its a rather busy practice, but they have quite a number of treatment rooms and several dentists. Yeah, like this place.

I had to get a cleaning and x-rays done today. I had to bring both kids with me (5 yr old and 2 yr old). Shawn was so accommodating to us and I really appreciated that there was zero hesitation with me having my two little ones with me. He even had one of the other people who work there walk with them in the hallway while I had my x-rays done (to avoid any unnecessary radiation). It was not ideal for me to bring my kids but with no sitter available today it was my only option. Thanks Livermore Dental Care and special thanks to Shawn.
