I brought my son into the clinic yesterday. The provider there PA Samantha, was amazing. She took the time to help my son get over his fear of being seen by the doctor, at least for this appointment. And she talked to him on his level. She also spoke kindly and knowledgeably to me about his current condition and treatment options and what to expect over the next few days. I have never left a Dr. visit more calm than after seeing her. She is worth the wait time and is a gem of a medical provider we are lucky to have her treating our little ones.

I got double bill from them. I do paid them full at April 30 2024. I bring my son over there. And today 2 weeks after my visit I get mail from them that says I owed $140 which I already paid to them. I’m not using insurance. Definitely I will report this to California medical board. Let them know. Gather all my evidence and few google reviews which has problem with their billing departments. Stay away from this urgent care. I go to other urgent and never got double bill like this. If you read all the reviews this is not the first time they doing this to Patients.

Unless you have 3-4 hours to wait then come. I use to recommend friends and family. There is no way I got here at 5:34 pm check in right away and get taken back to a room around 6:12 and still don’t get seen by the PA by 7:32 pm. Ask how much longer and there are still 2 patients ahead of me. Easily what an hour per patient. Ridiculous, if you’re that busy hire more nurses have to PAs on site at all times. Kids come in not feeling good and then have such long wait times. Second the genie in the bathroom completely full to the top

Last year of May I brought my son in for urgent care services because he was complaining of ear pain. His regular doctors office didnt have a same day appointment and I have made several trips for urgent care services with my children here, Yes I am aware they are out of network but Ive never had issue before with the office or my insurance it always got covered. Now for some reason the office is charging my insurance as if it were a medical office visit when in fact it was an urgent care visit for an ear infection. Ive filed 3 claims and theyve all been denied!! They have records of previous visits that i always bring my children in for urgent care services. Now Im stuck with a $215.30 bill!! I really loved the care my children got here but after this I will no longer be bringing in my kids here.

By appointment only is what I was told when I brought my sick kid there this morning. I was turned away. It should not be an urgent care sign If it is not urgent care. Its just another clinic. The hours posted on Google were they open at 9am, it does not say call 1st or make an appointment they are listed under urgent care. This is false advertisement. My kid is in the car throwing up and her ear hurt. Ive been here before and this is the 1st time I need to make an appointment???THIS is not an urgent care,

After 3 hours, specifically told them which Walgreens to send my babies prescription to. When I arrived 30 min later to Walgreens they had not received the prescription. I gave it time. Yet, 2 hours later, turns out they sent it to cvs which was closed at time of checking out. Which is why I didn’t ask them to send it there! So now Walgreens cannot bill insurance because cvs filled my prescription! So much for driving to a 24 hr pharmacy, I cannot get my daughter’s prescription until morning. It is very frustrating seeing your child sick and now on top of that not being able to get the meds quickly after waiting so long at the urgent care. I just feel like they are so careless after all it’s not their kid sick right?

The wait is ridiculous, I took my daughter in as a new patient and walked out after 3 hour wait. Theres nothing urgent about this place,they cleaned the room as soon as I walked out faster than they could update me or apologize for the long wait.

Please do not take your sick kid here! It’s terrible as a parent to feel so helpless with a sick baby and to seek help and receive the treatment we did it should be unacceptable and wish no one to experience the same.We took our boy here over the weekend as his dr office was close- ran test and were sent home with little to no direction. They said they would call with results and never did. We kept calling for results of test and were given the run around. Clearly we understand it’s a busy time of year of sick little ones - however the lack of professionalism and customer service is unheard of.we never received a call with results and called back again! She gave us results of negative on all test and rudely hung up . His fever continued and he was not getting better. We seen his primary - and our boy had an EAR, an EYE and CHEST INFECTION!! How could Little Start Urgent Care not have seen this!! Please please don’t put your child through anything similar.

I dont understand why you keep telling me that I owe money. I have told you more than once that I paid in cash. After I told you twice that I paid in cash, I went to the clinic and told the front desk about it in person. I also told her that I paid in cash. You wasted a lot of my time. Whatever you do avoid this facility, even if you dont like Kindred Urgent it is still better than this place. Waiting In your car for up 5 hours its just not acceptable. We left after 2 hours and my grandson is still sick so now my daughter is back over there and its the same thing all over again. She even got there early. SHE has been almost gonna go in for almost 2 hours now but they take other people in first I guess the people that arent waiting in their cars. Apparently only one doctor and it is not good practice whether youre for kids or not I dont understand how you could do this to people and your billing is not transparent so get it together or close down .We seem to be suffering more with you open. I will definitely be reporting you to the medical board maybe they can figure out whats happening there.

This place is great! We didnt have to wait a long time, the PA was knowledgeable and immediately knew what was wrong with my son. They even called me the next day to check in on him. Highly recommend!

I gave two stars because some of the staff are so nice, like someone called Helen, I think. Otherwise, our experience was horrible. First, we arrived at 4 waiting in the line outside so they open at 4:30, and guess when we have been seen? around 7!!!I brought my daughter who had significant headache and dizziness and I wish I didnt! Staying in the room that many hours only made it worse!It turns out that they have around 9 rooms full of patients and ONLY ONE DOCTOR there the whole time. You think your time is precious but ours is not? there was no warranty whatsoever about the waiting, and they told me that they had emergencies but also didnt know that beforehand. At least respect other peoples time and suffering and bring more doctors, or a simple warning of the waiting would be is nice and shows signs of respect! My daughter suffered even more from waiting!Second, the clinic has no basic stuff like finger Hemoglobin test. We walked out with no answers to our questions. It all About it could be and I was the one giving the options.I wish we saved our time and money and went somewhere else.

We recently visited this pediatric urgent care facility and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, finding a pediatric urgent care center can be challenging, and I was relieved to discover their availability.However, there were notable drawbacks to my experience. The waiting time was from 2 to 3 hours. Such long waits can be quite taxing, especially when dealing with a childs health concern.The primary concern was related to billing transparency. I had inquired about obtaining an itemized breakdown of charges for a basic consultation, excluding any insurance-related matters which I will find out from insurance company I do understand that billing depends on Insurance and service provided. Unfortunately, the staff was hesitant to provide any information as they dont publish charges. I raised the concern that this is a black box. Despite my efforts to gain clarity, I was unable to receive any information about their charges. The billing person and I agreed that the billing will be a surprise no matter how hard I try to find out. This is not acceptable.

NP was very uncertain with the diagnosis of my son. The “ diagnosis” was way off saying that my son had HFM disease. Preparing me for a fever and mouth blisters (none which he had) and to give him Tylenol when he didn’t even have a fever. Waste of a co pay and our time. I was able to diagnose my son myself with the rash he had off of google then to take him in to this urgent care. All which was just from allergies.

We LOVE Little Star! My husband has taken my son here a few times, and I recently took him so it was my first time visiting. I was so pleased with the entire visit. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Both the medical assistant and the PA took their time and gave my toddler time to warm up to them. My husband and I have never had a bad experience. Sure you may have to wait sometimes, but that would be expected anywhere. I’m so thankful our community has a place like Little Star! I highly recommend giving this urgent care a try for your kids, especially for young children.

This is the BEST urgent care, I cannot say enough good things about it. Ive been taking my son for about 4 years and now I had a new son who Ive been taking as well. I refer this urgent care to everyone I know who has kids. I have nothing negative to say about it. Staff is very friendly, doctors always help my babies, never a long wait. Very clean office, I drive 40 mins because none of the urgent cares around me are as good as this one. I will only take my babies here.

Walking in I immediately felt safe. Everyone is friendly, kind and very patient. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I went home with peace of mind knowing my granddaughter was checked thoroughly. My granddaughter was able to sleep better that night. Thank you.

Best urgent care ever for kids! I am from the bay area and we dont have urgent cares like this at all! I was in town dropping my 4 year old son off to stay and visit with his dad in Fontana. Of course when my son wasnt feeling well I knew he had to see a doctor before I left him visiting with his dad. I found Little Star on Google and was not disappointed when I went there. The clinic is very clean, staff is amazingly polite, nurse is awesome and the atmosphere is kid friendly. Dr G was very thorough during the visit and attentive towards my son. There was also a student MD shadowing and at one point she helped soothe my son while he was crying. Everyone was great! I even received a follow up call from the nurse the next day checking on my son. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Dr. G and staff!!

I had 2 bad experience with this urgent care in a week. They have problem in time management. It took us 3 hours on Saturday to see a doctor although I was told it would take an hour to hour and half. Yesterday they had no wait time and I waited an hour in the room then I was told there were 2 patients ahead of me and it would take 15 minutes for the doctor to see us. Then 20 minutes later another nurse came and said there were 2 patients ahead of us. I had to leave and I am planning to go back no matter what.

I absolutely love this place! Ive been taking my babies here for a few years now. They call a few days after your visit to check on how your little one is doing. Now with covid. They have you check in on your phone and text you when its your turn to come inside. Which I personally love because it keeps your babies safe and its faster because it tells you when to start heading back to the office when your turn is coming up. I never take my kids to regular urgent care anymore.

The ENTIRE staff here were so welcoming. From the moment we walked in the front desk and Courtney, the RN (I think that was her name) were all so wonderful. They were genuine and caring and the RN was so sweet with our little Lincoln. Dr. G was great, although my son cried the entire time, he still was very patient and went through all of the diagnoses thoroughly. He answered all of our questions with ease and was comforting and honest and gave us options for treatment to choose from. The facility is so clean and it impressed us from the murals to the mini TVs in the exam rooms. We waited less than 5 minutes which is SO great. I LOVE having a pediatric urgent care close to us! We would definitely recommend Little Star and the staff at the urgent care.

Yesterday we came for our first visit and were not disappointed. The whole staff was so sweet and attentive, the office was super clean, and Dr G was awesome. He didn’t rush us in and out, he listened and took his time with our daughter. She even said she likes Dr G better than their regular pediatrician. We waited about an hour to see the doctor which isn’t bad for urgent care on a weekend. There was one doctor with all rooms full and between the cartoons and the awesome nurses, it didn’t even feel like an hour

My first time taking my Kids and I said wow Great service love the staff. keep up the great work the world needs more friendly staff like you guys :) it does get pretty busy, I got there right when they opened and there was a line outside. so I recommend getting there early before they open if you don’t like waiting. Waiting in urgent care can be so terrible, I must say this was a very pleasant experience. Thanks my sister in law Kim for the recommendation. We went to 2 other urgent cares today, they had terrible customer service from the start, and a 3-4 hr wait. I definitely recommend this place for all children! Pediatric only, the waiting area is very comfortable and clean. So are the rooms, I love the artwork all over, its very inviting. Dr. G was very knowledgeable about treating children with asthma. We went today, unfortunately most of the staff was sick so the wait was a little under 2hrs but we were comfortably seated in a room for half the time, so it was alright. If thats how good they are understaffed, Im sure when everyone is there its easy breezy. I’m pretty disappointed in this clinic. I brought both of my kids in that had flu like symptoms. They were tested and said you will get your results in 3-5 business day. Prescribed cough medicine and the pharmacy couldn’t give it to us because they needed authorization from the clinic and said they are not picking up the phone. I called multiple times for results, no one picked up. I was lucky enough once and was told “mam like we said you will know in 3-5 business days I did my calls for the day.”

This place is hands down the best pediatric urgent care I have ever been to I highly recommended it! first off the front staff is so sweet and welcoming and my son was seen within minutes hardly any wait time. My husband and I are in complete awe of the nurses and especially Dr. G! He was the sweetest, and most genuine doctor We have ever encountered. He was so gentle with our 10 month old baby, and you can really see that he is passionate in what he does. It is so rare to see that in the medical industry these days. Dr. G took the time to see what my son had and to listen to all our concerns and answered all of questions. I wish he was a primary physician because I would change doctors immediately thats how good he is. The best by far my son is 7 & I wish I knew about little star sooner. I went to Kaiser Sunday and they never even saw my son he had a high fever 103. we where there 3 hours people had been waiting for 6+ hours we left & this place within 20 minutes my son was called inside and less then 30 minutes seen by the doctor. Staff was kind & the doctor was amazing. I recommend this 100 % our new urgent care from now on. This place is clean & beautifully decorated & my son loved all the wall art.

Everyone was absolutely kid friendly and extremely nice. The place itself is immaculate, with childrens decorations and televisions to keep the kids busy. Dr. Ravi was amazing and explained everything in a way that our daughter could understand. He even spent a great deal of time calling around to find us medical supplies that were close by and available the next day. I highly recommend this urgent care. They have taken amazing care of my five year old. They have always been fast and very caring. They went above and beyond to know that my son was doing ok. They called me a day after my son’s visit to see how my son was doing. Even offering to see him once more at no cost just to check up on him. It wasn’t necessary but its a great opportunity they provide. The doctor made my son feel very comfortable despite his anxiety towards doctors. He is no longer afraid and says this is his favorite doctor.

This place was great. The intake paperwork was simple and quick. We were seen very fast, my daughter loved the fact that there were little TVs playing cartoons in the exam room. The doctor and staff were super friendly and my daughter who is normally pretty shy opened up immediately. This place is amazing! The atmosphere is clean, fun, and welcoming to children with the amazing murals on the wall. The staff and doctors are excellent and really care about their patients. We were actually visiting from out of town and I was frantically looking for a pediatric urgent care. When I called I didnt realize they were actually still under construction, but the wonderful doctor took the time to return my call, discuss with me my childs symptoms, and waited while we drove through rush hour traffic so he could provide care for her. I cant say enough good things about this place! Definitely the type of people you WANT taking care of your children.

Love the staff. My son has seen Erica each time and she is just an absolute God send. Im a first time mom and Im just terrified anytime anything happens to my son and Erica just makes the entire experience so reassuring. She is wonderful with my son and is very thorough. Erica explains everything in a simple manner and answers any questions that I have. I also like that they see him in my car so that I dont have to go inside the clinic.

Super sweet and fast. They closed at 11pm and we went in at 10:15pm out at 10:50pm. My daughter is 2, and was a little sceptical at first, but the ladies were so nice she had no problem warming up to them. When we got back to the car she even told me mommy I have fun with Dr. 🥰

NEVER coming here again. Would NEVER recommend this urgent care to anyone.Not at all impressed! My daughter was hit in the hand with a softball on a Wednesday afternoon. We took her to Little Star Pediatric that afternoon. After waiting 3 hours, there was no X-ray technician on duty to confirm her finger was broken. They told us to return on Thursday at 4:30 to get an X-ray. We returned at 4:30 on Thursday and at 5:30 they told us to come back at 8:30pm. Returned at 8:30 and waited until 9:30 and left because they never even called us into a waiting room. Finally took her to the ER the next day. This is no way to treat an 8-year old.

Little Star Peds has a great environment for kids. The staff are great and have lots of patience. They show empathy and seem to understand that parents are stressed when their little ones are not feeling well. Great at swabbing kids, both my kids got tested, infant and toddler, and they were not bothered by it.

No place compares to Little Star Pediatric Urgent Care! Dr. G is truly the best and makes us feel so comfortable and reassured every time we go here. The staff is also 100% excellent! Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and understanding. If your child is sick, they will take care of your child here! I cannot express enough how much I love this place. Not sure how this place has high stars. 1st they were super busy. When we got in, the room had tiny blood spat (so disgusting and you wonder how clean everything else is) on the walls in which I had to ask them to wipe down. There arent wash areas in the room, as most Dr offices have. There wasnt a chair for the parent so you are forced to stand with your sick kiddo and stand for a long time. Lastly the PA comes in, barely do tests tells you to take oc meds and then send you on your way. Doesnt fully address your concerns. You are left feeling what the heck did I waste 3 hours on.I rather go to the ED. At least there, they would run basic tests to rule anything out. I wont be back.

Was in the area visiting when my baby got sick. Started to call places and all of them earthier said wait time was 4+ hours or not sure come in and see for yourself. I called Little Star and was blown away by how amicable the staff members spoke to me and she took the time to check if they accepted my insurance. I drove 40 minutes and it was well worth it. Service was fast, staff very amicable, place super clean and super kid friendly. The Doctor took the time to check my baby and explained what was going on and what medication was going to be prescribed. Prescription was sent directly to a pharmacy super close to them and they gave me the info on how to get to it. It was scary to have a sick baby while on vacation and not knowing were to take him and this place was more than I expected. I am sooo thankful we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation with a baby feeling better the next day. Thank YOU. Mamas this is the place to take your babies too!!

This is my first time writing a review on any company. I have to say this is the WORST URGENT CARE I have ever took my daughter to. The nurse because I don’t believe she was a doctor. Did not assess my daughter in any way shape or form. She literally looked at her and said let’s try a antifungal shampoo but I don’t think that’s what it is. I have never seen the doctor/nurse or whatever her title is not assess a child by at least checking their throat, lymph nodes, heart rate or something. Just a glance and oh let me google to see what over the counter medication she can take. I hope people start writing more reviews about this useless company.

Best Urgent Care for children! Staff is amazing and respectful, Doctor was wonderful with the kids, spends time thoroughly checking them and making sure all your questions are answered, and is very knowledgeable, diagnosed right on the dot. My 7 year old broke her arm this evening. At the suggestion of another parent nearby, I brought her here. Wow! Im so glad I did! Dr G was AMAZING! So were the rest of the staff including the receptionist, the RN, and the X-Ray tech. My daughter was in so much pain and so scared, and admittedly I was scared as well. They all relieved our anxiety. I have never in the 13 years Ive been a mom experienced care this great. My only complaint is where were you 13 years ago?!? But seriously, I cant speak highly enough of my experience here.

This place is great. The one thing I value most is a friendly staff and this place definitely has that. Everyone is so kind. They spoke to my 5 year old like a person. Asked her questions and treated her with so much care. I will be returning and recommending this place to everyone. The bonus was the 5 minute wait to be roomed and 10 minutes to see the doctor. I cant say enough about these amazing doctors and the service they provide. My daughter tends not open up to anyone very easily and what this doctor managed to do in the first 5 minutes of coming into the room was beyond amazing to me. The doctor addressed my daughter and was very attentive to her and really took the time to make sure he was looking at every avenue even though I know he knew it was the stomach flu before he even began, but still he took his time and that genuine one of a kind care is very hard to find and Dr Garehgrat I would like to thank you for being truly amazing. I have 4 daughters ranging In ages12 to 6 so we have been to our share of emergency rooms and urgent cares by far this was the best experience both my children and I have ever had. The doctor was amazing making my kids feel comfortable and assuring me going above and beyond what I expected. He did extra testing just to double check everything was ok. The nurses were geat also and the environment was so kid friendly we all loved it. I defiantly recommend this place to anyone with children. This will be the only urgent care I go to from now on.

I love bringing my kids in here when sick. Staff and doctors are very friendly. They always take my kids in right away. The place is always clean. The rooms even have TVs for kids to watch cartoons while waiting!! Thanks to my aunt for recommending it.I definitely recommend as well!!

They comfort you when youre losing it cause your kid stuck a bead up her nose. They get you in and out quick. And if you dont have to come in theyll see you in your car. He took his time to ensure she was comfortable, and after we told him she didnt like doctors, he took extra care to ensure it was a good experience for her. I read good things about this urgent care and thought I would try it out when my son needed to see a doctor while his PCP was away. Although all the reviews said that the wait was short, I was skeptical because that has never been my experience at any other urgent care. So I packed my bag full of toys and books to entertain my son. But there was no wait! There was one other patient who came after me. We were in and out in 30 mins!! Ours was a simple visit. But the everyone, from the receptionist, nurse (Kat) and doctor (Dr. Robbie) were really friendly and welcoming. Nurse Kat and Dr Robbie really took the time to listen to me and my sons concerns and examined him carefully and thoughtfully. The explanation of the diagnosis, prognosis and follow-up was also thorough and detailed. Dr Robbie said they would call us again in a couple of days to find out how things were going. I really appreciated the care that we received. I have an urgent care office less than 5 minutes away from me. I would rather drive 20 min to Little Stars because they give much better care. Highly recommended.

My daughter began feeling sick today Friday, and i was already expecting a weekend of sickness and the unknown. but now that shes been seen by a pediatrician i know exactly what to expect and that gives me such a piece of mind. knowing that i have access to quality pediatric care so close to home its priceless. the clinic looks very well maintained and most importantly clean.The staff was so attentive and caring. If I could give 10 stars I would! We brought our 18 month old in with a low grade fever, a day prior to flying. We wanted to make sure he wasn’t getting sick and could travel. While in the waiting room, our sweet boy had a febrile seizure. Dr G, the nurse practitioner and the staff were AMAZING! Within seconds the team was working on my son; giving him oxygen, making sure he didn’t choke, making him stable. After the seizure was over Dr G and the staff were super attentive. Dr G even did his charting right outside our room so he could physically watch our son. He even wrote a letter to the airline for necessity of flight change due to medical emergency. We are so incredibly thankful they were there when this happened. We cannot thank them enough!

I cant say enough how wondeful they are. When you cant see your trusted pediatrician there is no better urgent care to take your child to than one who specializes in children. The facility is clean and very child friends. The staff is kind and welcoming. The Dr and PA both take time to talk to both mom and child, listening to concerns and answering questions. They go above and beyond. I arrived right at closing not realizing they close early on Sat and Sun. They opened the door, asked the issue and after finding out it was asthma related they let us in and treated my son even though Im sure they wanted to get home. It is such a relief not have to spend the night in an ER waiting room or have a very wakeful night monitoring his breathing. Thank you Little Star staff!!!

Wow....is probably the only word to describe my experience. I drove an hr in traffic to find this place because i read the wonderful reviews....quality service/amazing MD is all i care about....The facility is clean and TOTALLY focused on kids. When I walked in the door is was greeted by the receptionist Tanya and filled out the fairly simply paperwork (not pages and pages like most urgent care). Shortly after my completion the RN (not CNA OR MA) completed her assessment and was focused solely on making my daughter comfortable. Literally less than 5 mins later...i met Dr. G and he completed the most THOROUGH physical exam Ive seen in yrs. Dr. G answered EVERY question and gave me explanations and a great plan....i was impressed....i will ONLY come here for my after hr urgent care needs!!! My daughter has chronic medical conditions ...so it is very difficult to impress me when it comes to her care (Ive seen the best and the worse)...thank you little stars 🌟you rock!!!

This is hands down the best place to take your little ones when they need medical attention. I’ve been going here since they first opened and not once have I left unsatisfied or disappointed with the way our visit went. I drove all the way down from the high desert area with my little one on a Friday, knowing it would take well over an hour to get home because of Friday traffic in the Cajon Pass and this is why...My son is 2 and like most 2 year olds, he does not like going to see the doctor. Today, he did so well doing everything the doctor asked of him and gave high fives and said thank you. This was hands down the best experience I have had with either of my children at a doctors office.The staff are so friendly, personable, and compassionate and they all take the time to care for your child and make sure you have all of the information you need about what is going on and what you have to look out for. I brought my son in by recommendation of my sister in law back in January. He had a fever for a few days and red patches all over his body. The Dr educated me on what to look out for if it didnt subside within 3 days. He made it very clear that if those things happened, I needed to have my son hospitalized for treatment immediately. In less than 2 days, what he warned me about happened and I took him to Kaiser immediately. My son was hospitalized and received an IV treatment. Fortunately the illness didnt affect his heart, all because this Dr new what this rare illness was and how important fast treatment is for a complete recovery. Im so glad I brought him in. This is obviously an experience pediatrician.

We went to this Urgent Care because the urgent care centers near me closed at 8pm. I was happy that this place was open till 11pm. Truly a Caring doctor. I changed my review from 3 to 5 immediately after doctor/owner of Little Star called to resolve error. Mistakes happen to all, but it takes a great person to strive to resolve them. It is truly all about the well being of our little ones at this Urgent Care.Assisting visiting doctor did not write prescription id number correctly; pharmacist and myself called after closing hours, after 7pm Sunday. No luck. No message service for emergency situations such as this. Now, I must wait until next day after 4:30pm. Thankfully my daughter is doing well and can wait on OTC meds. Yet, she needs her antibiotic. Please add a message service and be more professional with the prescriptions. Care and service is 5 star yet a situation like this is very frustrating for a mom.

Way more than my sons previous pediatrician who is a slimeball for all Im concerned. Do not go to DR OYOMADE. The reviews on his page are mostly fake. I should know because most of his patients never see him since hes never there. He denied my son intervention when my son was clearly showing signs of regression at 2 years old just after the shots he got that left him like he was in another dimension. I hate DR OYOMADE and if I saw him in public I would definitely have a few choice words for him. My son is now 6 years old and greatly improving due to the stem cell therapy and all the care mom and dad have given him. No to VACCINES.

I know how important word of mouth is to mommies when it comes to our kiddos. Let me tell u this place is a GEM to the IE. My son experienced (what we now know) as a frabile seizure and was immediately attended to after just some important questions regarding my son. We had no idea what that was or how it can happen and Dr.G explained everything in great detail. Insurance info was asked upon us when we were already in the room. We went to Little Star Pediatrics because my son had been coughing horribly. They were not busy so we were seen right away! Much faster than any other facility Ive ever been to. Ends up he has pneumonia and they were able to diagnose and treat with a nebulizer and sent a prescription in.Bonuses for this place:1. Pediatric focus-pediatrician on staff rather than general doctor. This is SUCH A PLUS! How many times my pediatrician has had to correct an urgent care or er doctor because things are different in pediatrics is amazing. So having a pediatrician see my kids is so important to me.2) its clean and inviting- the staff is friendly and professional. They know how to work with children. The decor is totally for kids so it makes it feel more fun and less scary. Each room has a tv that had Disney junior shows on. Even from the car my son said, look! They have PJ Masks on!3) location location location! It is right behind Target so it is right off of Haven and near a pharmacy (CVS). They send in the prescription for you which is a huge plus!Before we left they made sure to give us great instructions and why they chose to treat this particular way and what the plan going forward would be. They said they would call the next day to see how hes doing but then also to call them if we have any questions or if something doesnt seem right.This is my new go-to urgent care!!!

Walked to targetThey called me in 90 minutes I told them I was on my way 10 min walkWhen I got there I they had put me on the front end of the line. I understand I wasn’t there right on the time they called but put me on the end of the line after waiting for 2 hours it’s ridiculous

The Dr.G & Staff are AMAZING!! place is very clean Dr was very nice,He was not in a rush (like alot of Doctors are )and he answered all of my questions. I didnt get the name of the nurse but she was very profecional and frendly. I will definitely recommend this place.

Be prepared to wait in your car for 2hrs+. I never got called in and they had door locked during business hours called them several times no answer. Sat in car with sick bby for nothing. Dont reccomend.

Brought my son in after he fell off of his dirt bike Dr.G and his staff were all so attentive towards my sons needs and Dr.G was so helpful he explained everything very thoroughly to me and just really made this whole experience a lot easier his staff even followed up a couple days later to see how my son was doing Im very happy with our experience here and this will definitely be our go to urgent care
