Best vegan restaurant we’ve ever been to. Coming in, you’ll be in awe of the gorgeous interior. Lots of beautiful furniture and art - great to start conversations if on a first date! The service was impeccable. We were served by two waiters because one was being trained. They’re both so kind and sweet and took great care of us. We ordered a quiche, avocado toast, and tofu scramble with mushroom toast - all delicious and had my husband licking the plate. We also ordered a coffee and tea. The coffee went with oat milk! You’ll love all the plates and serve ware being used because they’re so cute. The beautiful restaurant/cafe will make you wanna look cute for your meal. They also have a small market, selling baked goods, wines, cheeses, jams, and many other little things. During our meal, we asked to try their bread with olive oil. Both were amazing. If you want to treat yourself to clean eating with super high quality and clean ingredients while enjoying a lovely setting, Little Saint is a must!

This is a charming restaurant in a charming town! Everyone was so good to us. We ordered several things for the table. Food came quickly, and OMG so yummy! The French toast was to die for, the avocado toast was a tasty version, and we gad two lovely salads (Im not a fan of cucumbers, but they were great). My non vegan friends cant wait to go back with me!

That was wonderful random Monday found! Little Saint is all vegan lovely place with extremely friendly staff & charming atmosphere. We ordered ricotta dumplings, creamy brussels sprouts, tahini carrot dip with veggies plate& amazing moctails… My very favorite were kale salad & dessert 🥰but everything was spectacular! Fresh & quality farm to table meals with a twist… Thank you! We will be back 🪷On Wednesdays no food is served!

I absolutely love this vegan restaurant. The ambiance and the decor and design are ultra modern and stylish. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the wine and cocktail menu. We recently tried their charcuterie board with an assortment of vegan cheeses and veggies and dip— it was delicious and blew our minds away—-high end gourmet to the max! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat plant based and vegan. I have been super impressed with the quality of food and the variety of dishes.

As someone who enjoys a beet salad, I have to say their beet salad was amazing. We had a window seat with a view of the courtyard, the palm trees and landscaping are beautiful. I felt welcome by the staff, they were friendly and polite.

At Little Saint, we felt like little saints being blessed with the tastiest and healthiest food we’ve had in a long time. Love the fact that they preach their farm to table mantra and we were even able to pass by their farm when riding around Healdsburg. Let’s talk about the food. Just wow! The cultured cashew dip was SO good, the chutney was a great subtle addition that made all the difference. The Ricotta dumplings were made very well and felt filling but light at the same time. The flatbread was also really good! Want to try to whole menu now :)

Really delicious! I went with my family, but I will just touch on what I had. I ordered a Golden Milk which was a somewhat savory, peppery, creamy drink! More delicious than what I was expecting, it might not be for everyone though haha. I also had the seasonal quiche (kale and squash this season) which really surprised me! It tasted like a regular quiche with egg to me, and the texture was on point. It was soo good!! I highly recommend checking it out 😊

We were originally expecting a small coffee shop just off the Healdsburg square. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised to discover a large multi-use space that offers coffee drinks, bakery items, and a breakfast / lunch menu. There is also a bar and live music on Thursday evenings (see website). We enjoyed tea, an oat milk cappuccino, and muffins - lemon poppyseed and zucchini. The restaurant is plant-based and the meals as well sounded delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and uniquely decorated. I would visit again if in the area!

This is a review of the new second story at Little Saint. The entire experience was excellent. The service from all staff and the sommelier was top notch. The restaurant offers a fixed price vegan menu that included 10 items. The paired wine tasting included 2 white wines, a rose’, a red, a tisane and a mezcal served with the outstanding chocolate mousse dessert. Everything was great but favorites were the pea tart with a rich creamy base under the fresh peas, the savory aebleskiver filled with chard with a shiny carrot glaze, the soup of fresh vegetables in a smoked tomato broth, the truffle pithivier with the best crispiest puff pastry I have ever had ( how do they make that vegan?). And that chocolate mousse mezcal combo is hard to top. Exciting to have Little Saint reborn again with a new vision that will hopefully stick around for the long run this time.

One of my favorite restaurants. This is an experience! Worth a visit regardless if youre a vegan or not. The ambiance and design are both one of a kind and inside is stunning. You can tell how much integrity, thoughtfulness, and creativity goes into the food. Ive tried several things here and I loved it all. Cool bar area too. Highly recommend!

Delightful vegan bistro with a small market. The prices scared us a little bit as they were on par with being in a major city, however the food quickly made up for it. Mac and Cheese was creamy and light, flatbread filled with seasonal asparagus and pesto, and the bean stew had delicious textures.

Lovely set up and menu choice. Wide variety of seats that includes dining tables, coffee stands and couches. There is also a wine bar.Parking can be tight on the street but lots across the street in the lot.Bring a good appetite for their delicious plates that are all plant based and locally derived (I believe).Great for small groups who want to catch up or a spot to enjoy a meal on your own.Smells are great with the flowers and food, the place has a cozy as well as refined setting.

We visit Healdsburg often and are absolutely thrilled with Little Saint. We stop in every time for drinks, appetizers or a lovely meal. All the ingredients are fresh, the flavors are delightful and the staff is absolutely fantastic. We had the pleasure to meet one of the managers - Jill on our last visit. She welcomed us in as well as our pup. The service was outstanding and the bubbles were the best. Can’t wait for our next trip and visit to Little Saint. Highly recommend this fun and unique experience to all.

Plant-based vegan meaning no cow’s milk here. Enjoy tea or coffee with almond, oat, or soy milk. Lovely new space with great seating options indoors and outside in front. Excited to try their full vegan menu starting later this month. Very inviting and such warm people working here. They also have a whole store with fresh flowers, veggies from their farm, wine collection, and even textiles to purchase. Great atmosphere, helpful and informative staff. We got the bread + 3 spreads, and an entree to share. It was the perfect amount of food to start our day without overdoing it. The food was light, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We got mocktails as well, and they were complex, food-forward, and downright superb.Ive read the review from the SF Chronicle which didnt present Little Saint in the best light, and all I can say is that I had a different experience and would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our brunch here last week in this spacious, beautifully decorated place with delicious healthy vegan food; warm, friendly and attentive service. We sat on the balcony next to the creek (dry this Summer) and enjoyed the beet salad, mushroom tartine (not a tart, but on wonderful fresh bread), and French toast, along with a glass of delicious non-alcoholic wine! We bought some wine for home, then had a scoop of ice cream afterwards in the front outdoor section. Not large meal portions but will def return and highly recommend!

How do I even begin describing this place ? We were eagerly waiting for the restaurant opening and were able to procure one. We tried everything here from lunch to dinner and even coffee in the morning. The restaurant is 100 percent plant based and the menu is stunning. Highly quality ingredients from their farm coupled with some amazing cooking is the best combination one can expect.The overall vibe of the place is very relaxed and chill. The food was absolutely terrible. It makes me wonder if the reviews on here are real or if this restaurant changes the chef every day. Maybe they have a high turnover of personnel, or the chef is a carnivore. We were a party of 6, and we ordered a couple of appetizers and a variety of main dishes from lasagna to mushrooms stake and a dish with eggplant and wild rice. None of us could eat the food. The amount of salt was so high that it burned your mouth. I spit out the food from the first bite. It was impossible to eat it. Though we let the server know, we still had to pay for the food that was not edible. Each dish was at least $30. As compensation, the server brought two cupcakes that, guess what... were super salty. What was going on with the chef? Was he or she going through a divorce and felt the need for some salt in their life? Or they decided to use salt with less sodium that one has to use far less than normal salt. Either way, that was not the experience we hoped for. At least the bartender didnt add salt in our cocktails. Clearly, this is a restaurant to remember: salty :-)

We loved Little Saint so much we ate the tasting menu for dinner and went back for brunch the very next day. Wine pairing was excellent at dinner, loved the woman who was teaching us about the wines. The mezze at the beginning was fabulous, the dinner was exciting an imaginative, and the desserts were fabulous. Our friend is GF and they graciously accommodated her to join the table-wide tasting menu with us.Brunch was very delicious too. Very filling after a Lake Sonoma hike.Items not to miss: tasting dinner menu, the Bloody Mary, heirloom gazpacho, melon salad, nectarine tart, beet with stone fruit salad, French 75, and I recommend ordering the potato hash as a big items in the middle of the table to share while you all get your own meals. That’s the perfect way to do it.

Disappointed with my first visit here. We had dinner at 5:30 opening, so there werent many people there yet. It took over 30 minutes to receive our drinks and the server was slow to take our food order too. Once the food was ordered, it came quickly and was tasty. Ambiance and service was decent. The abysmal food makes this restaurant nothing but over priced and pretentious. Being a vegetarian all my life I found the black bean burger heavily flavored with tamarind like flavor, making it well below average. The avocado toast was made with no effort, few slices of avocado on sourdough bread with a drizzle of sweet sauce, I wouldnt rate the food more than 2 stars if they paid me to. So decided to support one of the few happy hour left in Healdsburg. What a disappointment. First the cocktail which appear inexpensive at first $7.50 are half the size of the regular ones, so NO savings. Second, the happy hour menu food item are absolutely not discounted. Same as regular menu. Finally if you order a dip, there is nothing to dip with! You have to order 4 pieces of bread for an extra $8.NEVER AGAIN.

I eat entirely vegan so I hate to leave a bad review on a plant based restaurant, but the food was terrible. Really bland, no flavor, heavy thick goo. I got the black bean burger and it didn’t come with a salad or fries, just a lonely burger on a big plate for $18. They didn’t even have pickles. Even the bun was stodgy and chewy. Everyone else’s food was a thick paste in different bland colors and forms.

This place is a great little swanky somewhat off the beaten path type of restaurant. Its not only a restaurant but a bakery and a market, a bar and an entertainment venue. Every time Ive been here, the food and the service has been wonderful. All the coffee selections are good as well. Weekdays are best as it can be very busy on the weekends. Four of us went out last night to this vegan restaurant, and had wonderful meals. I ordered the carrots with Kalamata olive tapenade, and it was outstanding! The combination of flavors was fantastic! One of my friends had the squash lasagna and she said “the flavor popped in every bite”. My other two friends had the curry with bell peppers and forbidden rice, which they really enjoyed as well. The four of us shared the carrot tahini appetizer, which was delicious. We were very impressed with the food. However we were equally impressed with the waiter- he was kind and conscientious, and made sure that we were all taken care of! I highly recommend you try this restaurant.

I absolutely love this restaurant! Its located in downtown Healdsburg and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Its a 100% plant-based restaurant and the food is absolutely amazing! The dishes taste fresh and ar very flavorful. We came here for a late lunch for the first time and both fell in love with this place. We ordered the soft lavish and lentil hummus to share. I ordered the carrot tartine. We loved everything that we tried!The restaurant is spacious and very inviting. It also has a coctail bar with plenty of seating if you are in the mood for a mixed drink. They have a great wine selection as well. We look forward to coming back again sometime soon and trying out one of their cocktails.

The concept is fantastic. One of the few campgrounds that you can stay in a vintage RV. We stayed in the cabin which was cute and quaint and came with a record player that we could check out albums to listen to. Only complaint is it had a slight mildew type odor. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Beautiful and wonderful place! The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so friendly. Informal seating makes you feel right at home, while the beautiful food and drink presentation is entirely upscale. I love the separate shops right in the same place. You can go just for a coffee, prepped small bites or straight to the bar. I fell in love with this place immediately walking through the door and wish I lived closer. We had a 10/10 experience there yesterday! Even though it was pouring, they set up a special table just for us in the courtyard with a heat lamp so our dog could be with us. The food was awesome!!! The interior design of this spot is really interesting, and the staff were all pleasant. We came for dinner and ordered 4 different mains, as well as cocktails, and everything was bland despite having a lot of intriguing ingredients and thoughtfulness behind it. None of us are new to vegan dining and know that it all could have been more flavorful while still checking all the dietary restriction boxes. The cocktails were especially average - so many garnishes and potions - and yet they tasted just like a basic gin and tonic or whatever they were based on. Bottom line, by all means, come to hang out in this unique, colorful space and maybe have some wine or an appetizer, but I recommend looking elsewhere for a satisfying, flavorful meal.

I was so glad I was able to experience this place! The building alone is perfection. So cozy and cute. Wonderful place to hang with friends or catch up on the some work. The service is impeccable. Everyone is inviting and warm and so incredibly kind and patient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I was only able to experience the coffee and breakfast pastries but I cant wait to go back for dinner. Loved everything about this place ❤️

Stopped by to check it out and got coffee and a rhubarb strawberry galette to go. The coffee was good but the galette was absolutely awful. They failed to mention that there was almond paste on it, which I do not like but good thing I’m not allergic. The real killer was the crust was salty- not a touch of salt to enhance the flavors but SALTY. If I’d still been in Healdsburg when I tried it, I would have returned it. Very disappointing.

I walked out… They closed for a month to recreate their restaurant. They barely had it together the last time and now they took forever to post their menus (i called, emailed etc and everyone always gave me a different story to why it wasn’t available). The menu changed from being something different to “meat eaters come here and try our burger, grilled cheese and Mac and cheese”. So incredibly disappointing. They got rid of brunch. They got rid of their deli style bar. The menu is unappetizing. Poor chef Bryan is just wasting his talents. This place is no longer for the vegan foodie. It’s just a matter of days before they start offering processed food. No wonder they parted ways with SingleThread. Not at all interested in this place. I only see them continuing to drive their artistic and creative menu towards carnivores because it’s easier and cheaper. They lost me as a customer.

Weve been here for brunch before they split from single thread and it was one of our favorite restaurants. This was our first dinner here and while the food was delicious the service was disappointing. First course came out quickly but then an hour passed before our entrees came out and honestly felt ignored by the wait staff while they gossiped at the bar. Hopefully it was just because it was a slow Monday evening.

Outstanding meal, among the best Ive ever had. Multiple courses were spectacular including eggplant and squash. Everything is plant-based and ingredients are sourced from the restaurants farm. Fantastic service and a beautiful setting. It would be almost impossible to top a place like this. Plentiful parking in a free lot across the street, or easy to get to from the main square in Healdsburg.

Pure and lovely, and clever, describes what these chefs produce. Additionally, the exquisitely curated wine selection is unmatched in Sonoma County. When you seek wine here, be open to how wine should be: natural, organic, supporting varietals showcased as equal or better than the typical bottle. Went for Sunday Brunch and couldnt resist taking some food to go for dinner too! Soooo good! Highly recommend the potato hash, its amazing! Very nice customer service and atmosphere. Parking can be a little difficult, so be prepared for this if you have a reservation (although we were 15 minutes early for our reservation and they were able to seat us right away). Our children loved how they have non-alcoholic wines and cocktails available for those under 21 (which they thoroughly enjoyed). Also, be prepared to stop by the shop area either before or after dining (they have some great, unique items for your kitchen). Highly recommend, cant wait to return! (We would probably eat here once a week if we didnt live about 500 miles away!)

We had been looking forward to the opening of this place for a while since we love single thread and little saint is by the same owner, but more casual and affordable with seasonal, inventive and tasty food all the same. The location is lovely, bang in the center of Healdsburg, where the Shed used to be. The dinner prix fixe is amazing and brunch is great too. Everything is plant based and sharable. Made reservations for a party of four at Little Saint about two months ahead of time. A few weeks later, I read that they were going to be closed in a news article about how their management was changing. I emailed Little Saint to see if they’d be closed when I had made a reservation. Their response reassured me they would NOT be closing and they looked forward to seeing me in a few weeks.With only a week before my booking, I get a voicemail saying they’ve decided to close after all. Now I can’t get a reservation at any other good brunch spot with just a week to do so. If you do decide to eat here, book a back-up reservation in case they decide to close without telling you. That way you won’t be left in the lurch like I was.

The food is literally exceptional. You eat your first bite and immediately youre thinking, this is vegan??? If all vegan food tastes like this, our planet would be a massively healthier place. This food is good, period. Not good for a vegan spot good but legitimately competes on its own. From appetizers to dessert, each bite was delectable, packed with flavor with each bite. I ordered the tasting menu. Make sure youre hungry yall. Theyre not messing around. Its heaps of delicious food. And probably the best way to taste the different dishes they have. By the end of it, I was seriously stuffed. But the best part? Waking up the next day and feeling *so good*. The wine tasting menu was also amazing but definitely optional. On top of it, superb service, great ambiance, and just overall great spot. Id eat here everyday if I could! Run, dont walk to this place.

We will not return and cannot recommend Little Saint to anyone.The full story:My partner is vegan, I eat vegan 5 out of 7 days a week, we live in Sonoma county, and we routinely do weekly dinners out at restaurants of similar quality and price point. Id venture we are exactly the demographic Little Saint is targeting.Made a reservation. Were seated quickly upon arrival. Initial drink order took 30 minutes from the time we were seated until we had a drink. Ordered the prix fixe/chefs menu to really experience the full breadth of the kitchens talents. 20 minutes after our food order, our server came by to cheerfully ask how the first course was. We hadnt had a first course, and we waited longer. In a completely inexplicable turn of events, our server removed my partners half-finished cocktail after we told her we didnt need another round. We were so unprepared for her to remove it that we didnt even notice until she was too far away to stop. Just because we dont want another round doesnt mean we dont want to finish the drink we ordered!Food was great, every course. Kitchen deserves credit.Our service was delivered by at least 5 different people (water, bussing, random check-ins from expeditors?, hosts?, bar?), none of whom appeared to coordinate with one another. Our server was disorganized and virtually absent. At the conclusion of the meal, we asked our server for two small items to be boxed to take home and for the check. Our items never came back and by the time we actually got a check (from someone other than our server) we were just relieved to finally pay and GTFO of there. Our dinner took over two hours, half of which was waiting for food, drinks, or the check. We paid in full and left an 18% gratuity. Total was $200+ for two people.Our drive home was a discussion entirely about the bad service and not about the food and that is the real shame of it. We didnt need a Singlethread, Matheson, or French Laundry service, we just needed competent service and we would be repeat customers.The final nail in the coffin: I hate writing online reviews and I am generally understanding of the challenges incumbent in starting a business. I called Little Saint and left a message that our experience was terrible and I would appreciate speaking to management in the next week so I could relay my experience and they could use my feedback as they saw fit. I was clear that I wanted to deliver my feedback privately (not in a public online review) and was not interested in any compensation or favors. I simply wanted them to hear my bad experience, use it to improve, make me want to return, and be a long term success. I got a call from a hostess the next day who asked me for my email so management could follow up. Following that call, Ive received no communication from Little Saint (5+ weeks) and I am sadly now writing a bad google review for a place I desperately hoped would succeed.

Let me start by saying that Im not a vegetarian or vegan. In fact, I love meat. I do wish that there was a little something more going on with the food. A little sesame or savory in the salad or roasting the cauliflower first before incorporating into the biriyani would have been great. The seasoning didnt feel balanced or bold enough. At the same time, I got a big pocket of salt in the salad. So... A little torn. Not sure if its because Im not a huge fan of veggies or if there really was something lacking. For me... I thought it could have been better.I liked the idea of having this type of restaurant. Not every restaurant needs to cater to me... So I hope plenty of people enjoy whats happening here. Made a reservation a long time in advance, and was really looking forward to the meal. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed by the food; I expected more from such a highly acclaimed place.Its the small things that matter when youre at such a restaurant. For example: We ordered some samosas for appetizers, and at $8 a piece, they werent cheap. But youll find a much better samosa at the corner Indian store for $1.50! The crust was plain dough, and not the layered, flaky crust that defines a samosa; and mine was burnt!Another example: the hummus dip (side) was literally just 2-3 tbsps, and not enough.The braised butternut squash came without any carbs (like quinoa or rice or bread).All in all: the food was disappointing. But the service and ambiance were good.Was it worth the drive from San Francisco? Sadly, no.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering Jessie Baylin at the Little Saint music venue in Healdsburg. Her LA folk-rock style, with a touch of femininity, reminded me of the band Midnight Movies. Jessie has a unique sound that merges the nostalgia of Mazzy Star with the classic rock influences of Fleetwood Mac. It was a truly enjoyable listening experience. The venue itself is also a must-see, with its upstairs indoor-outdoor space and great atmosphere. The Little Saint offers delicious elevated vegan small bites and hip cocktails, making it a perfect spot to spend an evening out. I highly recommend checking out both Jessie Baylin and the Little Saint venue.
