Decided to try this place after reading some reviews. We ordered by phone and expected the wait to be long based on others reviews, but to our surprise it was not busy and pickup was a breeze. The pizza was good with fluffy dough and no grease. The breadsticks were pretty good a lot of garlic though. The prices are fair and the food is worth it. FYI the pizza is a little thicker, so if you like thinner New York style pizza, this is not for you.

Calling the heath department. Picking up my order I saw them ALL handle cash and then put butter with Parmesan on pizzas without washing their hands. The employees have done this numerous times and I have video footage. They put you on hold for 30min and never take your order. I asked for the manager numerous times and they just put me on hold. The Manager Crystals is rude and was very disrespectful to me. I asked for her manager she told me she the manager I asked for the corporate manager or numbers she stated they don’t have one I asked for the district manager she said the company don’t have one. I understand its hard for a mom and pop business to make in this economy; however, pizza is one of the cheapest dishes when it comes to ingredients. At almost ten dollars for a large pizza with one topping, they are practically shooting themselves in the foot. Any additional topping will cost the customer an eye-gouging 3.75 for each topping! I mean how much of one topping can you add on a pizza that would cost you almost four dollars? I enquired on their meat lovers and it sells for 18.00 plus tax so I ordered a large Instead with four toppings and ended up costing me 27.00 because of the cost of additional toppings. I dont see how they are going to make it, customers will never pay that amount, especially when dominos just down the street from them sells their large five toppings pizza for $10.99.

So the place can get pretty busy. Calling in your order is a must. Just keep trying till you get through, I usually give it 10 seconds between tries. This isn’t gourmet pizza but it’s really great, really cheap, pizza! 2 large 2 topping pizzas with bread sticks and sauce ( if they still have this special) will run you just under $20. The pizza is great reheated too if you have leftovers and don’t like cold pizza. Ask for garlic Parmesan crust. Our favorite is bacon pineapple. Best pizza for your money period. Call it in! The line when busy may seem confusing but the left side is for ordering, not pickup. Line up next to the sodas. 😬

I bought a medium pepperoni for $6.00+ I was looking for a value pizza and found it. I wish they would had an online or app ordering software. Which is really the way we purchase things these days is through an app or online a couple of clicks of the button and I get a pizza. It is a small business thats trying to grow they have 2 locations which is great! Pizza is a matter of preference I normally like a thinner crust pizza this wasnt like that this was more of a traditional pizza which is OK I understood what i was ordering. The pizza got was Joey and I decided to turn on the oven and cook it a little bit more and I was OK with that period like I said before pizzas is a matter of preference what I pulled the pizza out of the oven after cooking for only 5 minutes cause I really just want to heat it up maybe firm up to do a little bit more crispy. The oven work perfectly but the pepperoni started greasing up the whole pizza because it was A cheaper pepperoni not as lean as a Better quality pepperoni. I go back to the main point I was looking for value pizza so what you expect? If you want a value pizza thats doughie, this is it.

Best local pizza place. Their pizza sauce is great! They have cheap pizza options, like large one topping for 6.99. The place do get very busy so I strongly suggest calling in to place your order and then go pick up. There is no dining seating, it is an order and take away place. I usually order their one topping pizza or one of the combo options they have on the blue coupons that is handed out at times with pizza orders. They give napkins but you have to ask. Would recommend this place for those pizza days.

I called an hour in advance to place an order to be picked up at a specific time. The person taking my order requested for 2 ph# in the event one does not pick up. They called 30 minutes before the order was to be picked up to confirm. Tell me why my husband gets there at the specified time and the pizza was not even in the oven. Really good pizza at a really cheap price. This place is take out only, no seating, no delivery. The large cheese or pepperoni is only $5. Call your order in Because it will usually take them anywhere from 15-30 minutes to make it. If you call on a Friday or Saturday night you might have trouble getting through, they get that busy, so yo might have to hit the redial button a few times. Only negative is that there is usually a long line and they do 1 line for both orders and pickups. I have had to wait 20 minutes to get through the line, but their pizza is worth it.

I seriously love the pizza they serve here. It tastes amazing and crispy at times, cooked perfectly. As a result, however, sometimes the place can be packed whereas lines could go as far as being outside. I strictly recommend calling to make an order (sometimes calls can be slow due to not having a proper phone system so making an order may take a while) and not actually making one there so that by the time you arrive, the pizza or most of it, at least, is ready to be taken.

Always satisfactory, they never disappoint on every visit that I have here. One thing in particular that I LOVE about these guys is that they use the right amount of Sauce, so your pizza will never be dry when you come to Little Bambinos compared to other pizza places

Place is hands down the best pizza for the price. But please be aware that they dont have a proper phone system. And it can take several minutes to place an order. The time they give you never adds up. They told me 20min but when I got there I still had to wait another 35mins wasting my time. They’re pizza isn’t that good most of the time it’s burnt and won’t remake it as well. You should see the pizza before paying or they won’t remake. I wouldn’t recommend coming Shakey’s is way better.

They charge extra for the smallest things. If you buy wings and ask for the sauce on the side they charge you more. . . Why? Im not asking for extra just the same amount of sauce you would add Directly on the wings on the side. . Also they are SUPER RUDE! I wish I can rate it but I can. Your manager Vitty refused to serviced me and send me somewhere else to get my pizza. I had called your business to place an order and your manager put me on hold for about 12 minutes. By the time she got back to me I had arrived to your place. I finished placing my order over the phone and ask her what took her so long. Her answer was that she was too busy. So I told her why she did not tell me to call back later instead of making me wait so long. She also asked me for my name and phone number so I told I gave it to her, so she said is it 951 area code, I said yes. When I enter your pizza place and try to pay and gave her my name, your manager Vitty went off and told me that I didnt have to be rude that she was too busy to attend my call. I told her that she was the one being rude to me because she make me wait so long on the phone. She said it wasnt that long and start arguing with me. Finally she got mad and refused to serve me and send me somewhere else to get my pizza because it was her right to do so. So I left mad and told her off for being rude and made me waste my time and gas .It is bad business to tell your customer that you are too busy to attend the call. If you as owner see that your are too busy to attend your customer I suggest to hire more employees with better training and better attitude to attend your customer. Please tell your manager that the customer need to be treated with respect at all times specially if your employee made a mistake . She is not there to tell your customers off. She is there to make the situation better. It is not a good policy to argue with a customer that is already upset for her inconsideration and rudeness and top it all send her somewhere else to be served, that is bad business for you.

Little Bambinos Pizza is rather good! Its inexpensive pizza that has a great verity of toppings. The only downside is they dont deliver. If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. Rude customer service when ordering. We have been coming here for years and recently they just have been failing with their service. They always seem to have an attitude or fail to answer our calls. When we called the first time they had us wait and then ended our call, when we got to the place they had no customers so that just makes me wonder what other things are they doing rather than their damn job. They also stay talking in the back, taking their sweet time instead of hurrying up and get the order ready. No wonder people always complain about their messed up orders because they suck at their jobs. Who ever is hiring these people need to do a better job because a couple years ago their service was soooo much better and they had way more customers. This location (Sunnymead & Perris), as mentioned by other reviews, has HORRIBLE customer service! Was on hold for over 10 minutes. Called back and let them know I was on hold for over 10 minutes and the girl got an attitude with me and placed back on a hold for another 5 minutes, so I hung up and called the Moreno Beach location. I immediately placed an order, picked up in under 15 minutes & it was ready. My advice would be to support the Moreno Beach location until they get new & better customer service representatives.

Today I sent my daughter in to pick up a pizza that I ordered over the phone with my name(Justin) and last 4 of my phone number. 15 minutes go by and she comes back out with no pizza. She then explains to me if my daughter could remember the correct name we wouldnt have had this problem. Can I request more little bambinos locations? This pizza chain is my favorite. So many well known pizza companies are all about branding but little bambinos pizza flavor speaks for itself. Their sauce isnt too strong or overpowering. Prices are amazing. My grandparents usually go here to get their pizzas.Their shop is similar to Little Caesars, you just order and go, its not a dine-in. But their pizza is SO GOOD, I love it SO much more than Little Caesars. Ive personally gotten tired and sick of Little Caesars, as well as Dominos.Little Bambinos has been my NEW favorite pizzeria, I wish I had some right now. The buffalo wings are delicious as well and you cant have Little Bambinos without getting their breadsticks which soft and buttery with parm. Love this spot! Customer service is not good. They put you on hold for 5 minutes when you call in but you can hear everything and the girl to say oh no, I forgot I put someone on hold. Then they say it takes another 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. Whoever awnsered the phone 5 minutes ago was very rude.
