My license sale was complex and required special attention by LLA/Russell Bloom. With Russells experience, operational expertise associated to the process, ABC as well as having great escrow partners, the experience has been first class and easy for me to understand and endure. I would highly recommend using LLA. With a lot of trial and tribulations in terms of a couple of the buyers falling out for a variety of reasons we finally sold our license. I would give more stars, only if I could.Here is my experience thus far with Russell:I called him because I had no idea where to begin for a beer and wine license. He tells me step-by-step what I needed to do, especially to save money. Russell actually wanted me to save money, unlike some other shady dealers out there that told me that it would cost thousands and thousands of dollars along with a BS on how difficult it is so I would have to fork over a lot of money for them to assist me with getting a beer and wine license for my shop. So I called the city, like Russell told me. The city planning department guy gave me everything I needed. Russell literally made things as easy as ABCs.

We reside in Mendocino county where many types of licenses are no longer issued by the ABC .An existing License must be purchased andtransferred to our Location. This is a difficult and complicated process.We found Liquor License Auctioneers to be invaluable throughout this process.
