I had my truck bed done in July 2021 by them. They also removed the old drop in liner I had before. They are absolutely FANTASTIC! Price, time, service, all of the above and everything in between. Just like all the others I am very happy with the work and the communication. Had a time to take in the truck and they were there and ready. Had a time to pick up the truck and it was ready. They quoted a price on the phone and the price was good when I arrived. The bed is awesome and I will use them again. Heres some before and after pics.

I went to Line X El Cajon with out any knowledge of what Line X is and how it’s built. Jennifer the Assistant manager, the owner and the workers took the time to educate me on how it works and the difference between the standard and the premium. During the process they kept me updated on the status of my truck. I ended up Line X my tailbed, step bar, front hood, roof, and front and back bumpers and had them spray my rockers and flares. The truck came out better than I thought. They were so helpful with me shopping for a roof rack and a headache rack which the sprayed the Line X as well. These guys are excellent, affordable and super honest!

They did an excellent job on my 06 Ranger. I had it painted a few days earlier and they were extra careful with the new paint. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. The also took the time to pull out all the screws and bolts so they dont get Line-X on them and put them back. I later pulled them and painted them black to match. Very happy with the work they did.

I must say that I was incredibly impressed with Line-X El Cajon customer service!!! Patrick in Jen was some of the nicest people I have ever met. Patrick was a Vet who severed in the time of War. In me being a son of a Veteran who severed in the Vietnam War, I felt the energy of respect from him. In as for Jen she is one heck of a person. She will not try to up sale you on anything. She knows exactly what she is talking about. I recommend this company to any in everyone who is reading this review!!!

Second time getting a truck sprayed with LineX, but this is my first time at LineX in El Cajon. They deserve nothing less than five stars. The application of LineX is perfect and exceeded my expectations. I’m detail orientated and this is flawless. Scott answered all my questions and even assisted in correcting a panel on the tailgate without hesitation. I spoke to Jen for appt scheduling and she was very cheerful. Overall, this was smooth and it inspired trust. Thanks guys!The running boards were purchased and installed here too.

I have sent two of my vehicles to this location. My first truck was sprayed in 2001, still to this day that liner is Amazing. I have used and abused that liner and its still holding up! Ok all you Truck or any kind of SUV or Jeep people that want protective coating then Line-X is the place you want to go. Absolutely no pressure just helpful advice and professional suggestions. All in all they are the best hands down and the quality of their work is the best. They do better than anyone else and the products the sell are the best quality. What a great company! Im from San Diego, California, and I purchased a car from out-of-state (New Jersey). Although the car didnt have many miles on it, I was still concerned about rust on the undercarriage of the car. I have been to this LINE-X twice for two different trucks. This is the best spray in bed liner on the market by far. I had the great team at Linex El Cajon line my boat interior seating and console with their product. It was older wood that they covered, and it came out perfect! Looks super clean in my boat. Jen and the Team did and absolutely awesome job . The whole process was broken down for me and explained why it was imperative to sand and use a special primer (I was having the rooftop of my 2005 F-350 sprayed). This was all done in the time frame promised and communicated clearly.To note I noticed rust (So I thought) on the top of the truck a few weeks later and per instruction by Jen if I had an issue bring it in. I brought it in and she immediately new what it might be and sure enough it was just metal partials on top of the liner which will wash off or just a gentle scrub.So they all get a 5/5 for Service and Support! Thx again!! Ill follow up in the near future with pics as it looks amazing!

Great product, and they do a really good job on educating you about the application, and ensuring you get what you want. Honestly flawless service in every way, and the best quality of life upgrade for any Jeep Wrangler that is actually used as a Jeep Wrangler. Only Wrangle kids to soccer practice? Not so much for you. The line x coating makes it possible to take your tub stops out and just hose clean the interior after you fill it with mud or sand. Wipe it clean, very easy. And it stops road noise just as well as carpet. Wranglers should come from the factory this way, or at least be an option.

These guys have been great! They sprayed the LineX with the UV protective on my bed liners for my Ram Rebel and they did a great job. Ive had it for over a month now and It turned out really well. I also decided to get the LineX bed cover through them and they installed it quickly and that also turned out well. The best part of this team was the customer service. They answered all my questions and got the result I requested. They even went beyond what I get from other companies by going over the installs and warranty. Who takes time to go over every little warranty issues? To answer your question Jenn does. She went through every different scenarios that could be covered from the lifetime warranty that I got on the LineX liners and bed covers. And if you havent got someone to explain warranty issues to you, I suggest finding a company like Line-X of El cajon that does. Im very pleased with what they provided and if I find anything else that I can think of to be installed on my truck, Ill surely look into these guys for some assistance.

Great location with a friendly and professional staff. No upsell here. They showed me all their bedcovers and did not try to sell me their most expensive one since it would be overkill for my needs. Instead they suggested a reasonably priced product that would meet my needs. I will certainly be coming back to this shop for all my truck needs. Im very impressed with the quality of work Linex of El Cajon did on my 2018 Ram. I got lucky and they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. They offer many other accessories for your truck like floor mats, running boards, tonneau covers, light bars, and rotomolded coolers too! The lounge has nice leather chairs, TV, Coffee, and bottled water. Hopefully Ill be returning with another vehicle in the near future! It was awesome to hangout with Jen while I was waiting.

We are just over a year into having their bed liner in our truck. When it chipped and we were told it is not covered under warranty. 500.00 to have it sprayed in originally. To then be quoted 300.00 in order to have the chip in it fixed. We went from being happy with the job done to being stunned when their product failed and we have a problem with the liner. This is the first time we have used line-x for a bed liner. All of our previous trucks that have had bed liners in them from other companies never had a problem.We were given a long list of reasons from the company of why it is not their problem or fault.This made me decide to go back and edit my original review. We haven’t abused the bed of the truck, we do a normal amount of hauling in it and there has been nothing hauled that is not considered normal. We have never had this problem with any other sprayed in bed liner.Edited update:At no time were we offered to have the chip repaired for free, we were not told that the cost of the repair would be 100.00 to have the entire bed resprayed. Why would you want the whole bed resprayed when there was only a small section that was damaged? It was never the intent to make unreasonable or high demands to have the damage taken care of. We wanted the damage repaired to save any rust or further damage being done to the bed of the truck.For the record it was a 50 pound propane smoker not a grill ( no tank was on the smoker at the time it was loaded) we were told that there looked like there was a bubble in the liner and when the smoker was moved over it and into place the leg had possibly caught the bubble hence causing the damage to the liner. How the bubble popped up in the liner in the first place is anyones guess. With the data the owner has stated trying to prove how tough their product is, I find it hard to believe that anything that is loaded into the truck bed could cause the damage with out a defect in the product already existing that weakened the bond. Our truck was brand new when we brought it to Linex, it was driven from the dealership to their store to have the liner put in.Paint failure leaves me wondering, because lets be honest here. Any time you pull on something that was applied to paint or over any other surface with a previous coating while trying to look at the problem is going to pull up some paint. Which is what the manager did in order to see how big of a spot was affected by the damage. Where the original chip was located and the piece that was pulled up to start with had no paint attached. The paint came off with the liner product when she pulled on it. That was when the list started with her telling us it wasnt a warranty problem from your product. It was clearly stated by her that the damage would not be covered under their life time warranty. Hence the change in my review and an explanation that was given above as to why the review rating was being changed. I am also going to clarify that there is ZERO evidence on the rest of the truck that there is any kind of paint defect from the manufacturer. No chips or bubbles in the clear coat or main color coat put on the truck. I find it REALLY hard to believe that out of the total paint job done on the truck at the time it was built. There is only a defect in the one area the size of a quarter in the bed of the truck that caused the liner to fail?Negligence on my part is the cause? You sell a product that is sprayed in to help protect the bed of a truck or any other place it can be sprayed offering a barrier against damage. I understand that there are limits to the amount of barrier any product can provide. But I can also tell you that people who buy a truck for the most part use it to haul or tow different items. Like I stated above, We have owned many different trucks over the years and we have never had this problem from other companies or products. Much less the sorely lacking customer service experience we had with your company.
