NO STARS- horrible experience, do not shop with Lindye GallowayUnethical - I posted a negative review on their website for the Ophelia Counter Stools and it was never published. Stools are expensive and very uncomfortable.

I highly recommend reading the fine print of the shipping/return section before ordering from this company. It states Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order WHY??? if you dont even have the product in stock its different if you have it in stock then okay I can see you not being able to cancel. I ordered 2 of the Fiona Ottoman in May said it would be delivered in July then gets pushed to August its now the end of August and I still dont have my ottomans. Sent an email today asking when will these ever ship with yet no response, but ALL of a sudden 1 of 2 shipped after that email was sent. What about the other ottoman?? At some point these companies shouldnt be able to keep your money due to supply chain issues make it right and do right by the customer. Customer service goes a long way I will never ever spend another dime at this company. When I buy a product I expect a product in return.

I purchased the Thalia pillow from Lindye Galloway’s online shop. The process of purchasing this pillow on the site was extremely simple and straightforward. Which makes for a great online shopping experience. The delivery of the pillow was exceptionally timely and was exactly as pictured (even more beautiful in person). The quality of the item, ease of use of the site and punctual shipping were unlike other popular interior e-commerce sites. I truly believe you can tell that they love what they do - and it shows in their service. Highly recommend!

We have used interior designers on other custom homes, but they were not anywhere as collaborative, creative or as organized as Lindye and her team. She helped us envision the home before construction started, she coordinated design details with the construction team all along the way, and during construction meetings she was the critical detail-oriented eye who pushed the contractor to do things right! It took a lot of pressure off us to force the contractor to follow the design details. And the furnishing, amazing! From built-in details, to cabinet design, to material selections to, final furnishing - it all fit together!

Purchased a few items from Lindye Galloway online with no issue however my latest purchase has gone missing and I cannot reach anyone to help either via phone or email. I have been attempting to get updates on my order daily for over a week. I will proceed with a chargeback.

Gonterman Construction had the recent pleasure of working with Lindye Galloway Interiors and her entire team and I will have to say, it was nothing short of AMAZING. She not only is an incredibly talented designer, but her business acumen is equally outstanding. In addition to being highly creative, she is a fantastic communicator, organized, efficient and through, making our job as the home builder much more smooth, effortless and trouble-free.Working with such a gifted designer, it allowed Gonterman Construciton to showcase our workmanship at such a high level because of Lindyes artistic eye and attention to detail. We look forward to working with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a high end luxury designer.

Straight up, hire her. Lindye and her team were essential in getting our dream home situated and making sure every last detail was taken care of as we embarked on a massive remodel.She worked with our budget, troubleshot when necessary and was a crucial partner in this process. She was friendly, professional and ultimately a real human when dealing with sometimes stressful situations.I couldnt recommend her higher. WORK WITH HER.

I love the vase I bought from the Lindyes online shop. It also got delivered way faster than the site said it would, which was a pleasant surprise!
