After being a stay at home mom for 20+ years I recently reached out to Lindsey to update my resume. It was one of the best decisions I could have made. Lindsey is very knowledgeable and engaging. I highly recommend working with Lindsey. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and flexible. I felt extremely comfortable with him. He helped me create my resume exactly the way I wanted it. Lindsey worked with me to update my resume recently and I couldn’t be happier. When I applied for work in my field I was 2 for 2 in getting interviews. One of the positions had 200 applicants and my resume made it into the top 6! As we were preparing the resume we discussed the interview process as well and that coaching prepared me for the interviews, I was offered both jobs!! Ive honestly never worked with anyone like Lindsey before. Doing so was an incredible, immersive experience and Im so glad I did. A career coach I know was talking me through some career issues and she simply said without hesitation, You need to talk to Lindsey, and I was immediately intrigued. I was really up for a proactive move at that point. It started with a lengthy initial phone conversation to delve into his process and get a sense of me and my history. Then I went down to his office and we were basically grinding out a new resume from scratch over three sessions, beat by beat.Lindsey has 26 years of experience in HR. He really knows his stuff in a way Ive not seen from anybody else who does this sort of thing. He isolated the resumes issues, assessed my true work path (as opposed to the one I had been doing) and focused on the most potent and accurate parts of my history and skills to highlight. He rebuilt my resume from the ground up like a masterful sculptor. He wanted *me* on display from the inside out in a way the HR people (and computerized gatekeepers) would understand and be interested in.I think hes just an immensely genuine, kind person as well with a lot of empathy for his clients and fascinating to talk to. The costs for his service are totally reasonable when you realize that youre getting a broad range of assistance (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, interview tips). I was really struggling with my interviews. My nerves always seem to get the best of me. It took a hit to my confidence every time I received a rejection email (and I received a lot). I decided to seek out an interview coach and found Lindsey. He is very knowledgable and easy to work with. He really takes the time to coach you and walk you through the process. I had my first coaching session with Lindsey on 4/25 and got an offer letter on 5/5. The feedback I got back from the recruiter was amazing. She said I was one of her easiest hires because of how quickly the team moved me forward. I really cannot say enough great things about him. If you are struggling with interviews definitely take the step to invest in yourself and hire a coach. I am so glad I did because I landed my dream job!
