I found Lindsey through reading her 5 star reviews and they were absolutely on point. I was having to sell my Grandmother’s condo after her passing. Lindsey took the listing and helped me get the condo ready for sale because I don’t live in the area. The condo was listed on a Friday afternoon and I had a full price offer by Sunday night. I reached out to Lindsey Harn after hearing numerous local radio ads about her as the number one agent in the area. I didnt want to take any chances trying to sell my mobile home for the second time after a prior bad experience. I wanted the best of the best this time, and that is what I got with Lindsey! My house had multiple offers within 3 days of listing and was sold on the 5th day, which is unheard of in the mobile home market. I wanted a quick escrow, so that also left us minimal time to find me a new place to live that fit my wish-list. From answering questions at any time of day or night in a prompt manner to even working on her birthday, I cannot think of a time in my life I received better service.In finding our new home, she kept us in the loop about properties before they were even on the market. Quick Summary: We love Lindsey! She’s super knowledgeable and professional and makes things happen!The Details: We weren’t even looking to move when we found the perfect place! We loved our first home, but always knew we’d eventually want a single story with more than a patio for a yard. That’s when we saw pictures of a home (and backyard) we just had to have! We called Lindsey immediately. Turns out the house was off of the market because the owners were travelling. Lindsey arranged for us to see it the first day they returned, I don’t even think the posting had hit MLS when we saw it that morning. It was even more magical in person.
