I took my two elderly roommates (~70 years old) to go see their primary care physician to obtain a referral for cataract surgery. My roommates are extremely afraid of any kind of surgical procedure, so I wanted to make sure they received the best quality care they could. The PCP referred us to Dr. Vu, and explained to us that Dr. Vu operated on him personally before and could vouch for her. He put his reputation on the line with that recommendation. I told my mom about their upcoming cataract surgeries with Dr. Vu and I found out my mom was operated on by Dr. Vu for cataract surgery in the past as well (turned out great). What a small world.Dr. Vu and her team were pleasant and did a great job throughout our visits and surgery. My roommates were very surprised at how painless everything turned out, and they are very happy about their vision improvement. We are now trying to schedule cataract surgeries for their other eye.One thing I’ve noticed in life over time is that people with qualities you care about never have to try to convince you of it. It’s usually the people who try to convince you they have them that don’t really have them. The two main qualities I try to look for in a doctor are whether they’re caring and competent. Dr. Vu never once tried to convince me that she was caring and competent by saying it. She just demonstrated how caring and competent she is through her actions.I was surprised at some of the negative reviews listed here since that wasn’t my personal experience at all. The initial doctor who saw my two elderly roommates actually said they didn’t need cataract surgery and could just use glasses and recommended that we wait to do it in the future when it gets really bad. I had to convince them to do it because my elderly roommates were struggling through some of their daily activities and didn’t want to always be wearing glasses.On the topic of negative surgical outcomes, I guess I would’ve probably been pissed as well if the outcome wasn’t positive on my end though, but as with all surgeries there are risks, even if those risks are very low. On the topic of positive surgical outcomes, I know my elderly roommates and my mom would’ve never been able to post a review of their positive experiences since they’re technologically illiterate, and I personally wonder whether there’s a lot more patients out there with positive experiences that face the same technological challenges. There probably is since cataract surgery seems mainly for the elderly population.Either way, I’m very glad Dr. Vu operated on the people close to me and made a meaningful difference in improving their quality of life.

壞醫生！ 不要去這裡! 我的視力現在很差. READ BEFORE VISITING! Ive been a patient at this place for a many many years, and things started to go downhill in the last 4 years (covid and after). She became more dismissive of my issues and the pain in my eyes that I was getting from Ortho-K lenses. I come back multiple times to raise the issue and each time she fails to do a comprehensive eye check, kept blaming me that I had dry eyes which were causing the pain in my eyes. Then, she kept offering me lasik. I end up going to another opthamologist who claimed that I had an eye infection and needed to get off the contacts stat or will permanently impair my vision. He was APPALLED by the fact that dr. vu kept telling me to wear the contacts because he said that I have a cornea infection and inflammation. I would have expected her to do her due diligence to check the health of my eyes as my opthalmologist but has failed to do so. Frustrated and disappointed since Ive been a patient for years. I will NOT be coming back again and I would recommend people get a second opinion on any long-term care solutions you have for your eyes. Seems like she may care more about the profits than her patients

High risk & lower quality. Bad surgery ! Many patients have been deceived by advertising of Dr. Linda Vu. Stay away. See the patients unlucky. This dr is horrible! My dad went there for simple cataract surgery something went awfully wrong and my dad ended up getting a detached retina. Now my dad is out of work and he has to depend on others to care for him. His life along with all our family is now completely different, my poor dad feels useless and will never recover his sight from that eye ever again. Dr. Vu took minimal to no responsibility for happened to my dad. Please avoid this dr. at all cost go else where and get examined by someone that actually knows what they are doing.

Great customer service!!! Linda Vista is very precise about your vision needs. Dr Vu is very professional. The office is clean and organized.I really recommend this place.

I had a stye and I went to multiple hospitals to help me drain it. None helped called multiple optemologist none were willing to help me. Dr.Linda not only accommodated me into her tight schedule but she helped me get the treatment I need the same day too. Excellent eye Dr.

I needed to get surgery for strabismus but needed to go through the process of securing health insurance. It was a grueling 5 month process waiting as I was tentatively scheduled for surgery in April but it had to be pushed to May because of insurance. Lindas team was amazing the whole way through. Big shout out to Maggie for staying in contact with me and keeping me posted with updates and coordinating all the appointments for me. Everything was really organized and in a timely manner. I had other options for an opthamologist but my parents referred me to Linda as she was their doctor and Im so glad I switched to Linda Vision.

Ive been coming here since I was 14 (11 years ago). This place has always had great service and the doctors here are very professional and friendly.A few weeks ago, after coming here for over a decade, I finally pulled the trigger on getting LASIK. I was scheduled to do it within two weeks of my request. Their instructions for pre-LASIK and post-operation were very clear to understand and follow.I was definitely quite anxious before the surgery, but during the entire procedure, Doctor Vu was very professional and kept a very calm atmosphere which helped me stay calm during it.The entire operation went 100% smooth and we were finished in about 15 minutes. Doctor Vu did not rush the procedure and made sure everything went perfectly. The only pain/discomfort I felt during the LASIK operation was when the tape was being removed from my eyelashes.Within 12 hours post operation, I went from 20/400 vision (seriously) to 20/20 vision.I cannot recommend this place enough.

I went for my lasik consultation and it was an excellent experience. They were thorough and I received lots of information that I needed to know for the procedure and that I qualified. Dr. Linda Vu is professional and friendly, answered all my questions and explained the process. Sheena is also amazing, friendly and professional, she took her time to explain the procedure, the financial aspect, and she listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. She is excellent. So far I am very happy and pleased with my consultation experience. I will be scheduling my surgery soon and I’m excited and nervous but I know I’m in good hands.

I don’t write reviews often. Dr. Vu made my eyes worse than before the surgery. She asked me to drop my eye glass frame to her office to start wearing a glass for a while. When I called the office and staff told me it would take 12 days to get the gleaned back. I can not even see at all. So regret that I went to her office to get the procedure done.

Had my Lasik done here a few months back in April 2015. Wonderful staff, Dr. Vu is great to chat with and ask plenty of questions.Was really nervous coming in, based in a friends recommendation. But was very happy that I had.Wait times can definitely be on the longer side, but you are in extremely safe hands.
