She did it again! This is our second time selling and buying a house with Linda. I wouldnt go with anyone else. She is professional and a resource of knowledge. She always there to explain any questions and concerns we had. There was never a time that she couldnt be reached and that she makes herself that available shows her dedication. She knows the market and her ability to really tailor and show us what we were looking for. We were able to find what we were looking for and with her encouragement we knew she would be with us from start to finish. I truly recommend Linda. She treats us like family and we consider her family.

I had a terrible experience with Linda who completely ignored and ghosted me throughout the home-buying process. Their lack of communication and unprofessionalism made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend working with them to anyone.

Hands down the absolute BEST Realtor we’ve ever worked with! From beginning to end we were kept informed of every step, Linda never dropped the ball on anything, and always did everything she said she would take care of for us. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She sold our home quickly and even had a great contact for us to use to buy our new home in a different state. Her marketing of our home was top notch, expert level! I truly could go on and on about her and how amazing she is. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know looking to sell or purchase a home.

I wish I had more than 5 stars to give to Linda Martin and her team. My husband and I had a very tight timeline to sell my ailing mother’s home several miles away, move our family out of our home, and purchase a new home for all of us. Linda was highly recommended to us, and she didn’t disappoint. From day one, she was always available to answer any questions we had. She walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. Her marketing plan was excellent, and she priced my mom’s property just right. Linda and her team produced an exceptional listing video and photos of the home that received thousands of views on multiple platforms. To say that the open house was a success is an understatement! We received over 20 multiple offers from well qualified buyers, and the offers kept coming! We were able to sell my mom’s house for $90K over asking. Meanwhile, she was just as diligent about finding the right home for our multi-generational family. Her years of experience on the lending side helped us tremendously during the negotiation and escrow process, and her strict attention to timelines made both transactions seamless. We asked her for referrals for contractors, appraisers, inspectors; each of whom were excellent, and reflected the same level of professionalism and attention to detail that Linda exemplifies. After we closed on the new home, I made the mistake of calling SCV Water on a Friday to turn our water on. Two customer service reps were adamant that we would have to wait until the following Monday to have it turned on. When Linda texted us to see how we were doing, I mentioned my dilemma to her. Fifteen minutes later she called to let us know she called up the agency and found the person who could have the water turned on and arranged to have it turned on that evening. That’s who Linda is. She goes above and beyond to get it done. She is a total rock star! Honestly, I could go on and on. She understood all our needs and came through every time. My husband and I are recommending her to everyone. Not only is she an incredible person, Linda Martin is simply the best broker/realtor around!
