Linda is an incredibly competent real estate agent who truly works for the best interest of her client.One of Lindas best attributes is how responsive she is and the speed at which she works. She is up early making calls to gather more pertinent information, staying up late researching to provide answers to your questions, and is available around the clock. I felt bad the few times for contacting her late on a weeknight or Saturday evening because I had some pressing questions, but every time she responded with professionalism and great customer care.How well Linda communicates extends beyond her relationship with you, her client; it also translates to the rapport she establishes between the other partys representation. This is critically important because trust and reliability in communication are hallmarks to successful home buying/selling transactions. In our case, this was absolutely true and was key to us getting our new home. Even though our bid to purchase a home in the highly competitive San Francisco Bay Area was far from the highest offer submitted (because my wife and I were set on a specific number), Linda helped us to submit an offer that ultimately satisfied what the seller was looking for the most, which stemmed from Lindas ability to build a great relationship with the sellers agent and using her experience, sound judgement and instincts to write the winning offer. We even competed against an all-cash offer (which was also higher than our bidding price), but it turned out the highest price wasnt all the seller was looking for. Who knew! Linda did. The totality of our offer was by far the most appealing to the seller. All thanks to Linda!Another asset Linda brings to the table is her colleagues at Legend Real Estate. Similar to Linda, they all work tirelessly and provide strategic insightful and client-first recommendations. “Better than the best”. This is how I would summarize our experience of services with Linda.“I can get things done”. This is how Linda summarizes her experience. She has a maturity and understanding of listing/buying process with an energetic and enthusiasm of a beginner. She has an experience of hosting open homes, listing homes for sale and writing offers to buy homes.She helped us in getting a beautiful single family home in highly desirable neighborhood of Santa Clara at a price (that was affordable) below the market and listing in this extremely competitive seller’s market. Getting a property below the market and listing price is very impressive and unimaginable. How she got it done are due to the three outstanding things listed below that differentiates her from other realtors:1. Skilled and artful negotiations – When it comes to negotiating with listing agent, Linda is the best. Negotiations are her strength. She personally spoke with and negotiated our offer with listing agent. Our offer was accepted without even being countered. I believe she negotiates with a charm and get things done.2. Writing an offer letter – She will patiently listen to you. She will be very thorough in understanding your needs and explaining everything on disclosures. She will speak with listing agent to get an idea of what the sellers are expecting. To me this is very critical and important in this seller’s market. Based on the recent sales, condition of the property, she will advise you a price for making an offer that matches listing agents expectations.3. Refunds/Credits – Depending on your agreement, Linda will graciously refund any credits or part of commission back to you. In our case, she added that in the offer letter and reduced the effective sales price of the property and thereby decreasing our property taxes.Once again we would like to thank Linda for all her help and support for making this cumbersome and painful buying process an easy breeze. Linda is my loan agent. She and her team helped me do refinancing in the beginning of 2021. She has been very responsive and the bank office Vincent was very patient when I had questions. Great Team! Great Work!
