My experienced with Lin-Lin Tsou-Otani was excellent from beginning to end. I cannot speak highly enough for Lin-Lin or the company she works for. They work as a team and make sure that every detail is completed in unison. The professionalism is probably what I admired the most. I have purchased a few homes in my lifetime and never had the kind of care that I received from this company. Lin-Lin at all hours was on top of her job and the selling of my home. I received the best price and the best service, and I could not be happier, and they absolutely took my wants needs and desires into account.

Lin-Lin and her team did an incredible job in selling my parents house in Sunnyvale last spring. I handed them the keys from our house just before we left Bay Area. Lin-Lin and Doug handled everything from that point - scheduled all the inspections, cleaning inside and outside and taking photos. She is highly knowledgeable about local markets, very professional, and always makes herself available She did a fantastic job in advertising our house before it was listed on MLS. We received multiple offers at a premium price. She has excellent marketing strategies and negotiation skills. It was truly a pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I had a fabulous experience working with Lin-Lin and her team at The Real Estate Experts. They coordinated everything, including a remodel by Revive, hauling trash we left, moving a dishwasher to my parents home, and taking glamour shots of our condo. We ended up selling our San Jose condo for over the appraised value and closing in just 22 days. Lin-Lin and her team are extremely professional and went beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using them again when its time to sell my parents home.

Lin-Lin is a fabulous realtor. She was attentive to our needs, gave us very good advice, and was pulling for us all the way. We appreciated her personal touch and how she was committed to giving us the best sale experience we could possibly have. She was even there when we signed the paperwork, and we got a lovely thank-you gift (chocolate!) as well! Plus we received a personalized memento of our family home of 60 years. This was my first experience with selling a home, and Lin-Lin made it as easy as possible. We did much better than wed even dreamed of when we were contemplating the decision to sell the home. I cant recommend Lin-Lin and her team at Real Estate Experts highly enough.

Lin-Lin, Doug, and the team did a wonderful job helping me sell my Sunnyvale townhouse. I heard about her through a recommendation from a friend, and she was energetic, excited, and insightful immediately from the first call.The team went above and beyond to ensure that other parts of the process worked out for me (helping mitigate stress from my move-out, coordinating a kitchen refresh, and helping ensure that we had the best foot forward for presenting the home).In the end, the property sold just as the market began to cool off in the second half of 2022 -- the scrambling was well worth it, and Lin-Lins expertise in pricing and marketing the property was crucial in making sure we had the most offers and best leverage for negotiation available to us (especially while other properties were floundering in the receding market).

Summary - Excels in both process (how the property is prepared/marketed) and outcome (achieving best offer with optimal terms & conditions). Will definitely re-engage if I have to sell any future property in Bay Area.We chose Brett Jenning groups Real Estate Experts firm after interviewing 20+ different realtors. Some of the key criteria we used for shortlisting was attention to detail, ownership and most importantly doing things the right way (no shortcuts, comprehensive disclosures, being humane)Brett and his right + left hand the inimitable Lin-Lin arrived for the introductory meeting (Sales pitch to represent the property as Sellers agent) well prepared with key facts about the property pulled from public records (county, Zillow/Redfin), current state of the market followed up with an actual walk through of the property highlighting areas of major improvement for getting maximum returns on investment. Some of the memorable insights shared by the team during that initial face to face meeting:A) SQ feet mismatch between County and Zillow/Redfin - this was a big revelation and potentially very impactful for the final sales price. Lo and behold, within a few days of signing the agreement, Lin-Lins team had commissioned a formal survey and interfaced with County to get the correct SQ feet reflected (turned out to be 15% higher!)B) Took copious notes + photos during the walk through and identified key gaps some of which were jaw droppingly impressive (given they had spent just under an hour while we were living here for 5+ yrs). Ex: Highlighted potential Section I Wood destroying organism almost 25+ feet up on outside back side wall - even though they were not formally trained property/termite inspectors they knew what/where to look.This initial meeting was highly representative of the very positive experience we had in the subsequent months till the successful sale of the propertyPrimary reason for such consistent high performance is the team that Brett/Lin-Lin have assembled together. Lin-Lin assisted in selling my home at the very beginning of the pandemic back in 2020. With everything shutting down and a lot of uncertainties, she guided and informed me in the best possible way. Lin-Lin was so incredibly amazing to work with! She explained and clarified everything to us. She was so supportive and sensitive to our particular situation of our recent loss. We were informed on a daily basis of how things were progressing, things we needed to do, etc. Lin-Lin worked so diligently on our behalf and we were very fortunate be able to work with her.
