Great time and fun room. Only thing is make sure you read the room capacity. If you want a private group, some of the room on the weekends are “public.” Which means you will be placed in a room with up to 10 people. I didn’t see that posted anywhere and felt they are making double the money for one room. If you have 10 people in a room, change Accordingly. Not full price. Experience is fun and we made it out. Just call and ask about your room before you book. Make sure if you any just your party in there, you get a room that accommodates only your party.

Went to an Escape Room for my first time with my two good friends. Great first time experience, I had a lot of fun. The escape room I went to was called the Morgue, it was scary and the puzzles were fun and some were quite challenging. I just wish that when we got a clue we had to figure out the clue instead of just giving us what to do next as a clue. Really good experience, the workers were cool.

Went to this place for the first time. My boyfriend and I have been to many in the Fresno area, so we wanted to check one out, out of town. We love doing them! (escape rooms) This place is great! So fun! The puzzle was good, the locks were fun, and Angel was so absolutely sweet! So friendly and welcoming and then to find out she was alone was impressive! She didnt seem overwhelmed or make us feel rushed. She was great! We will definitely be back to do the other rooms!

Great experience! The room had excellent puzzles that were challenging but not impossible. The room was really well-crafted and had lots of surprises too. We’ll definitely be trying out their other rooms.

It was fun. Our group was convinced wed escape within 30 min. We did the bank heist, but failed to steal the diamond. Definitely harder than it looked. Best advise going forward, dont over think and read all clues throughly. Definitely going back to try another room soon

Went into this adventure completely blind. My best friend picked the morgue escape room for her birthday party, 10/10 would do it again. If you like blood and gore like we do, I recommend this room. Definitely a range of difficulty in the puzzles. Some were harder than others. It made us think outside of the box. The staff were really cool and gave us a couple of hints. They even let us stay a little after to take some videos. We will be back soon to try out another theme.

This place was super fun and very welcoming for a first timer like me. The puzzles were intense but not to the point where I wanted to rip my hair out and those real life “eureka” moments where you know exactly what you need to do were sooo satisfying! 10/10, would recommend.

We had a lot of fun in the escape room and axe throwing. The staff was very friendly and helpful showing us the correct way to throw the axe. They checked on us frequently to make sure we were having fun and see if we had any questions. We didnt have to search for anyone during our visit. They were there anytime we needed something.

This was my third time to Limitless in Stockton, and like always we had a blast. I took my 14year old daughter and 6 of her friends. We did the Bank Heist and made it out with seconds to spare. We will be returning to conquer the Morgue!! So much fun!!

I’m a give 4 stars because I think a little more time should be added to solve the riddles and complete the task. I also think the more people you have the easier it may be to complete your tasks. However, we enjoyed ourselves and it is fun!

I went with my family and it was super fun. My only issue would be that two things werent working correctly. The staff were very apologetic. They did what they could to resolve the issues. All in all it was a very fun and challenging experience. I would definitely go back.

Paid for 5 of us do a room. The room would have been good for 5-6 people. There wasn’t that much space or that much to do. 4 more people were added (2 couples). One couple had already tried the room. They asked if we wanted clues. We all said no. The room took about 20 minutes. It was terrible. To spend almost $200 for my family and we spent more time waiting for our spot. I get that we have to share on weekends, but the room should be set up for that many people. I have seen escape rooms meant for 8-10 people, and they were super hard. But this wasn’t one of them. The bank heist has a cool story and a couple of really neat puzzles. But not for that many people.

Did the Harry Potter room for my birthday. Was really excited to do an escape room for the first time. The challenges were pretty fun but unfortunately multiple parts of the challenge were defective. Don’t feel bad if you tried something that didn’t work when it seems it’s supposed to. The worker revealed the ending for us because we tried everything and were still stumped. It turns out things that we had tried multiple times were defective and he didn’t seem too surprised about it when he explained that certain parts of the puzzle regularly malfunction. We expressed our frustration before leaving to which they didn’t say much. It’s not the workers fault obviously but still an unfortunate experience. I don’t think I will be returning to this location unless I want to spend money on a malfunctioning escape room. Shame.Update: The reply from the owner asking more of me is ridiculous. I gave you my honest review and complaints. Start by fixing the stuff mentioned. Contact your worker, who was fairly professional, and find out what’s not working. He seemed to be aware of the issues mentioned before our complaint, so this clearly isn’t a new problem. Have your workers regularly submit things that weren’t working during their shift, if any. If you’re having people solve puzzles, make sure the puzzles work. Accurate feedback on the puzzles after a correct input seems like it would be one of the most important things to maintain. I don’t want to spoil to much for people if they end up reading this but, if your magnets aren’t working, get new magnets. I can order a magnet overnight on Amazon in the hundreds for a few bucks. Doors were opening out of sequence. It’s a mess.

This was an 18th birthday celebration and it was perfect. Our foursome was the only group there. We went to a morning session. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed clues. We were able to solve our mystery with a minute to spare. The Sherlock room was fun and challening. Our 18 yr . old got a free t-shirt for her birthday. We loved the experience as a family and would definitely go again. 4/5 because the TV was too loud to hear the clues or each other unless close, and the room kind of dark, otherwise it awesome.

1 hr later still didn’t solve the murder mystery. We were on the last clue when the time run out. Most of clues were solved last 30 minutes. Highly recommend it for a group game. Will be back to try other games and maybe come back to finish this one.

My husband and I love escape rooms and have enjoyed all the rooms we have done here too! During Halloween they had a monster themed room and that was right up a Halloween lovers alley! The only issue we have run into is getting the 20% off offer applied to a booking. Eventually it got worked out but it was frustrating.

Weve now done every escape room Limitless (Stockton) has to offer, and were never disappointed. All of their staff are SO friendly, helpful, and accommodating (whether on the phone or in person), and their rooms are a ton of fun. We have a ton of escape room options near us, but we drive 45 minutes away to go to Limitless. Cant wait to find a reason to drive even further and check out their other locations! Their owner is awesome, and we love supporting this small business.

Completed the Monster Squad room at this location in October. I wish I would have asked for my money back. What a waste! Our walking talkies quit working during the first half of the game and the live actor/Mummy was high as a kite. He made the entire 2nd room smell so bad. Our game master was completely aware of this as she sprayed the room prior to us walking in. When we asked why she sprayed it, she blamed it on “little kids” 😂 the audacity.

Me and my team went there for a team building exercise and we had a blast. It felt easy at first but then we started scratching our heads and thought we weren’t going to make it. It was definitely challenging, but not to the point to where it would make you want to just walk out and quit. The women up front were very helpful and it’s definitely something that I would go back and do again.

The room was fine, the puzzles were alright, though I fear we have been spoiled by other escapes that have brag walls for escaping with things like Fastest time and such. Would have been fun to know how we stacked up against others...with time left on the clock. or had signs or props to take photos with.

The experience was great. We are older adults and had a hard time figuring out what to do. We selected the Bank Heist which the clerk said we chose the hardest room...that was our mistake. We did not complete the task in the 60 minutes alloted and the clerk had to help us alot along the way but we had a wonderful time

My husband and I had a blast escaping from The Morgue. Completed the room with four minutes to spare. I love a good scary escape room.Only suggestion I would make is maybe offering a small congratulatory item for groups that beat the escape room, ie specialized digital picture, discounted promo code, t-shirt, etc. All depending on time remains, ie withn 45 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. Just a suggestion.Thank you again for helping me provide my husband with a wonderful start to his bday celebrations.

So cool! This place is impressive! The rooms and decor remind me of Disneyland. Very well planned out. One one the best escape rooms I’ve ever seen. Super fun, I’ve done them all and look forward to seeing what other pizza restaurants added. Highly recommended this place for groups of even couples.

Unfortunately the worst escape room I’ve been to. Mostly due to employees. We had no set up. Our game operator was so disconnected from our game that she was giving us hints to a puzzle for over 10 min that we had already solved. Several broken things in the room that threw us off because we thought they were part of the game. When we did escape it was SO anticlimactic. Just a “congrats, have a good night.” No pictures, or excitement. The room was barely decorated and not immersive. It was an expensive experience that wasn’t worth it.

Had a great time here! The facility is decorated really cute and it was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Jared was great at the front desk and was able to get our group through the waiver and rule process quickly. We completed the Wizard room and it was so much fun! A bit more interaction from staff would have been better. They barely spoke. Also, lack of photo ops with group is lacking her. One of the props was missing a part that made it function which caused delay in completing more quickly. Found missing part in another prop not associated with it and made it work. Other than those things, it was a good experience.

Drove all the way from Sacramento and was a little disappointed. I booked two games and confirmed over the phone those two games. Then they said the other location changed my bookings so I couldn’t get into the original games I booked for. I still got to play two games which was good, I just wasn’t sure why there was so much confusion when I arrived. The Game Master was nice but she was there by herself so she was poking her head in our game multiple times to ask if we called for her (we didn’t). It just seemed like there should’ve been more people on staff. This was for my birthday and we are all enthusiasts so we were excited to play. The games themselves weren’t too bad. Good set design but the tech was a bit touchy at times. Our final item in the Bank Heist room was revealed to us too early. Again, I think if they had more people on staff and better communication between both locations I don’t think I would have had as many issues as I did

Me and my friends tried Bank Heist. Everyone had a great time! We did not finish but we had a great time trying! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to do something fun that is a little out of the box. The employees were very nice and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable. We did the escape room for our end of year work function. This place is so well managed and fun. When we arrived I checked in with Jared who had it all together. He was so friendly and accommodating. A fun place, went there with colleagues on a business trip and had a great time. I didnt think it would be as fun or difficult as it actually was. There is also an axe throwing area, and a bar! The escape room has 4 or 5 different themed rooms that you and I believe up to seven others in your party must use clues and objects found in the room to open things up like doors and drawers. We got to the last room of the puzzle, but the 1 hour time limit ran out. Lots of fun though.

We had a lot of fun in the Sherlock Holmes escape room! I went with 3 other friends, and it was all of our first time. Jen and Alex were extremely friendly and helpful, and the puzzles were challenging enough to keep us occupied for the entire hour. We were able to solve it with a few minutes to spare, but we did need some hints towards the end! The hints were helpful, but also didnt completely give anything away so that you still had to think about it. Will definitely be back to try some of their other rooms in the future, this was so fun!!

This place needs maintenance. Two of the features were broken, the mag lock door to access the dancing man key and the anchor raising cabinet. They said not to mind the dancing men but that enabled the color sequence. Frustrating. We did time out. Maybe the other rooms are not worn out.

A group of 7 of us did the Bank Heist and Wizard rooms for my sister’s birthday. It took a lot of communication and out-of-the-box thinking, but there was plenty of time to escape within an hour. Great escape room! We did the pirate one and it was thematic and fun. Jennifer (our game master) even used pirate speak in the hints she gave us! She and Rebecca were great. There was a variety of props and puzzles I hadnt seen before, so kudos for that. I would recommend it for all ages!Update: So I visited this escape room and have some new thoughts. Both trips the staff shamelessly solicited us for five star reviews which mention their names for their contest, but this seems like a ploy by management to manufacture a huge number of five star reviews.Truth is, the one escape room I did twice (not by choice) is the pirate one, and its a solid three star experience. Not super challenging, with some awkward links between the puzzles that had us scratching our heads, and not because of the intended design.Staff gets five stars for enthusiasm, but Limitless Escape Games doesnt really deserve it.

Best escape room experience Ive had! So great that we did another one right afterwards. The first time being just me and my fiance for the pirates theme. Then 30 minutes later, we chose the wizard theme with four more people. Both were challenging and fun. Had a blast with our new wizard friends. And Jared (our Gamemaster for both rooms), Liz and Fay were friendly and helpful-- it made the entire experience amazing. Thanks for making our escape a success, Jared! As we walked in the front door we were greeted very friendly, the guy at the front desk, Jared, was very welcoming and answered all our questions. While we were in the game Katelyn, our guide, was very funny and helped us out throughout the whole thing without making us feel like we couldnt do it. Overall was a great experience and I would definitely go again.

Limitless escape room can get limitless compliments from me because of their well designed rooms that were filled with clever clues. It was challenging but because we had an excellent group and phenomenal teamwork we were able to complete the Sherlock Holmes one about the baker Street five. This place is really fun and was a very team building exercise. Definitely recommend when you have nothing else to do and are just wanting to do something with family or friends.

Fun escape room, but there were a few technical difficulties with the rooms.We did two rooms, which were bank heist and magic school. During the first room a puzzle unlocked early (Im not sure if it wasnt reset properly or what exactly happened), so we bypassed the entire last puzzle (getting the actual diamond). It was kind of disappointing to be cut off early, since with a group of seven it was $210 plus fees (booking + service). For the magic school room the game master wasnt able to fully reset the room, so one of the initial three puzzles was inaccessible. Since both rooms were booked at full price (plus fees) I expect everything to be reset and work properly.Overall fun experience, but there definitely needs to be some technical work done.

Awesome place! Our company had our Leadership team building event at this place and we had a blast. I really thought it would old be Corny, at first, but when we got started, everyone got really into the puzzles. The puzzles definitely are not mindless problems you could breeze thru so you do have to consentrate. Would definitely recommend this place for a fun time with friends.

I booked the bank heist escape room at the Stockton location. The problem I experienced today was with the staff, not the physical escape room. Being the hardest room, we found it to be relatively simple, though.We arrived 15 minutes early and waited for someone to come to the desk for at least 10 minutes, even after pressing the button to call someone up front. The girl didnt greet us, introduce herself, or even say one word until I had to ask her if she could help us with our booking which was to begin in less than 5 minutes. She looked down and appeared thoroughly annoyed. She sat at the desk in silence. I told her we were all there and ready for the adventure. She said ok and then didnt stand up to take us to the room or anything. I then realized we hasnt filled out waivers. (Ive done a few rooms.) I asked her and she merely pointed to the QR code on the wall that not one of us had seen or been directed to. She then sat at the desk and ignored us until we asked if we could start the game soon. She silently walked us to the room to begin and said a few things about Walkie talkies and cameras in the room (in a very rude / uninterested tone) and then asked if we had any questions. She provided a whole 2 seconds for us to answer before slamming the door. She didnt explain anything else. We found the clue board on our own, luckily.When we were in the room, she didnt answer the walkie talkie at all or try to speak to us when we waived our hands at the cameras for help. She minimized the time clock on the computer screen to do other things on the computer so we couldnt see how long we had left. We asked for one clue, and she gave it to us in the most rude / nasty tone and seemed annoyed when we asked for her to repeat it. We asked because initially the walkie talkie volume was turned all the way down. After we escaped, we didnt really even know we escaped because no one came to tell us anything for a while. Then another girl walked out after a bit and stood there awkwardly not saying anything. I asked if we escaped and she said yes, again sounding very uninterested like the other employee. She continued to stand there in silence and didnt ask us what we thought or try to explain anything. We asked for a photo and she ignored the request.Ive done many escape rooms all over California and in other states and Ive never experienced anything like this from any staff member at any location. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. I felt like I was a bother. I spent $200 for a 6 person group and would have rather taken that money and spent it anywhere else.This was the worst experience I have had at an escape room so far and its sad because the physical escape room was set up nicely.******UPDATE*****The owner / manager responded to me telling me that my experience was invalid and never happened because “camera footage doesn’t lie.” Never have I experienced such terrible customer service and just the complete lack of communication skills. If you can’t accept constructive criticism as a business owner, good luck!*****************ANOTHER UPDATE*************************IN RESPONSE TO OWNER/MANAGER********To Michael:I’m not a liar as you heavily implied. I suggest you check your video/audio equipment again, as it is law to you, and listen for my group discussing how rude your staff was to us. Not once but multiple times, that they were on their phone ignoring us, neglected to answer questions when asked, and overall showed a complete lack of interest in doing their job.I hope you learn from this that you can’t tell people their feelings / observations are wrong and that cameras don’t always depict how a person feels. My group is not wrong in our feelings regarding the situation. Your responses clearly portray you as a person and everyone on Yelp and Google will see how poorly you treat your customers and your blatant lack of respect and couth. And how you advise them to not return. Great business strategy, disrespecting and turning away customers. 👍🏻 Good luck and take care.

Lots of fun! The rooms are creative and well thought out. The puzzles were fun and challenging, but not too difficult. The only reason it is not 5 star is the price. It is hard to justify the price for a mere hour of entertainment. Worth it to try it once, at least. Then you can decide if it would be worth it to go again.

I did the Bank Heist room with my friends, it was a lot harder than i thought it’d be, but it’s nice that they will give you clues to help you if you get stuck. We ended up booking another room immediately after we finished our first room. The Wizard room is a lot of fun, we were able to escape, although it’s a lot tricker than the bank heist!! We’ll definitely be back for the last 2 rooms!!

WE ESCAPED THE KRAKEN!!!My wife and I returned to try the pirate escape room and had an absolute blast! This time we paid a little more attention to the details and found we had more success (even if we needed a clue because we are clueless as to how keys work).Once again Summer was wonderful and amazing! My family purchases a gift certificate right at the beginning of covid for use any time. Went to use it today and they would no longer honor on the weekends despite it being sold for use any time, including weekends. The person was dismissive and not interested in helping at all. Dont buy gift certificates from them. They cant be trusted.

Im nit picking here but since Im on here rating the place, heres my perspective. The facility is clean for the most part, the girl running the place could have been a little more personable, there were a few semi-broken clues/components that were instrumental to the escape room that should be fixed. But at the end of the day, I will come back and do the other ones because we had a lot of fun.For the business, my recommendation; I get it, people are a-holes. My suggestion.. back-up pieces for pieces that are broken and maybe you could implement a $100 refundable deposit to protect your props. I didnt think about it but my son said it to me, I will mention it, he said he wished he could keep the diamond that we worked so hard for lol. Which I think would have been cool as well. But maybe that could be profitable for you, for an extra $$ amount, you get to keep your reward? But keep up the good work, we loved the room.

My group of 4 people did 2 of their escape rooms when we went there. The first one, we were assisted by Rebecca and Nasser who were both super kind and informative. The second room we were assisted by Jared (who we never formally met) but was training Kaitlyn who was also very kind and helpful, as we had several issues in a certain escape room (just a few minor malfunctions of moving parts and things that were supposed to open), but she came in a few times and got those items to work for us. Overall great experience and we are planning another trip soon!

Okay, so I have done Pirate, Sherlock, Wizard, and Bank heist. We did Pirate, Sherlock, and Bank in Livermore. We wanted to try the Sherlock Holmes room, so we drove out to Stockton so we could do it. We really enjoyed the experience at the companys other location, Livermore, from the game master to the room itself.5/5 for the room. Decoration and the set were very quality. Most of the puzzles had a good flow, and were very good too. The only thing that I didnt really like some of the puzzles. (PERSONALLY) think its very unlikely that a person will think to do that with the clue, sometimes I think it needs more direction.Staff is what lowered my rating. She didnt really seen to know what we were working on. Most places that I went the game masters usually watch you and know what hint to give. She would ask us, what did you already solve? We werent sure if she wanted to list out everything we solve or what? Because, we really just wanted a quick hint and didnt want to explain everything we had already solved. I just wished she would have like watched our game play more, and could give us a hint without us having to brief her about the things we just did.I am always impressed with the room quality at limitless escape room, at both locations, but the difference between Stockton and Livermore was the game masters.I’m not assuming that she wasn’t paying attention, because it could have been possible she was running multiple rooms. However, if that is the case, perhaps get multiple game masters.

Had a great time at this place going through multiple of the games. The puzzles range from press here and a door opens to solving riddles and getting codes for locks. I will say however some of the things in the rooms were broken(lights on switches or sliding boards) leading to us getting stuck for a while on a broken effect. The game masters were usually quick to see us stuck on somthing that was broken and get us in the right direction despite the fact the effect was broken.I would reccomend going here if your looking for escapes ranging from easy to hard. The hardest room took us 55 minutes to complete. The easiest took us 20

On rarest occasions I get to rate a place 5 stars especially in a dwelling such as Stockton California because of the amount of snowflakes here. Tonight was the exception when I stumbled upon this place tonight, I was skeptical at first until I looked at a few online videos of these kinds of places and than i was curious. Update- The owner reached out to me and wrote me a check to reimburse for the party that was cancelled because of Covid-19. I took off one star because of the 2 months it took to get this resolved.We booked and paid in full for a party at Limitless Escape Room the end of March. Covid-19 happened and they had to close. We spoke on the phone and they said wed get a full refund. Got an email March 23, saying it would take 5-7 days for refund to go through. Its now the end of May and still havent received our $262 refund. After speaking to Alexandria today, she said she couldnt guarantee wed get a refund. Then attempted to blame their new booking software. I understand times are difficult but we cant just throw that money away.

I do think that the lights could be put on a dimmer switch to allow for more light for people who need it. We were shown clues after the fact that we never even saw because of inadequate lighting. Staff was great.

Very fun and thought provoking!We made it to the Diamond 💎 but didnt crack the code in time!I feel its pricey for what you get (Not much direction, although you can ask for hints if necessary) and the amount of time you have.
