Liliana was our agent when we were purchasing our house and we couldnt ask for a better agent for sure. She was compassionate, professional, friendly and trustworthy right from the get go and I was sure that we were in good hands during the process. Liliana did an amazing job and was wonderful to work with! We needed to sell our condo to use as a downpayment on a new home purchase, so the timing needed to be just right. Liliana staged our place very well (photos were fantastic), and was very active with scheduling open houses. This hard work enabled us to sell for the right price in a short period of time. For our new home, she was excellent at negotiating with the sellers to ensure we received the appropriate credits and that the contingencies were removed in a timely fashion. Her experience, patience, and knowledge are greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!!

We strongly recommend Liliana Bristman. We are moving to San Diego from Brooklyn and are completely unfamiliar with the area. She listened to our needs, tastes and priorities and very quickly helped us figure out which areas and neighborhoods would make the most sense for our family. She attended open houses on our behalf and sent us videos or orchestrated live zoom call tours so that we could see the houses. She also got to know the various sellers agents and helped us understand their clients interests so that we could be strategic about offer terms other than price. Liliana gave us great advice on how to bid and manage through processes where there were multiple competing offers. We were successful with the second house we bid on. She was with us every step of the way to close - from choosing an inspector to conducting the inspection and follow up work, to working with our bank, to all of the paperwork. It was daunting to take on a cross country house search and purchase. Liliana made it as easy as possible and we are really pleased with the outcome!

I rarely give reviews. I say this to bring weight to a review on Liliana Bristman, our realtor we used to sell our home. This was the first time we sold a home so we had apprehension and concerns about the process. Liliana was referred to us by another out of state realtor we knew well. At the first meeting with Liliana, my wife and I knew we were in good hands. From home preparations, professional pictures, listing, to selling, Liliana lead us through the process and communicated well all the way to closing and beyond. We had a difficult buyer and she represented us in the most professional way. Not only was Liliana professional, she is a genuinely a kind person that saw us as a couple and not just a sale. We could not have been happier with Liliana through the sale of our home. If you are looking for a professional, trustworthy, good hearted person, you will not go do better than Liliana.

Liliana was a great help during our first time home buying experience. She has a lot of experience and was a great help in getting our offer accepted in this competitive market. Even though it is a strong sellers market, Liliana definitely looked out for us as buyers and made sure we were well represented and not taken advantage of through the closing process after our offer was accepted.
