I absolutely love working with Lighthouse Graphics. I have been a returning client for about 3 years now and not only is their work amazing but they are always on top of the project and deliver way above my expectations. I recently worked with Carl to duplicate our site to Chinese for our overseas clients and he streamlined the project so efficiently and was so helpful! Communication is always clear every step of the way. He was also so great to help update a few pages since web design is so foreign to me! I could not recommend Lighthouse enough! Very happy with the website redesign work that Carl and the team at Lighthouse Graphics were able to pull off. My current site needed a major facelift in functionality and overall brand appearance. The team was able to come up with creative design concepts as well as execute the development on time. What I loved most about the process was the open communication. We love our websites new modern look!! The new template & banner make it really easy for our customers to navigate and also to see what our top products are for the season. The team at LightHouse Graphics really helped our brand stand out online. We have seen a tremendous increase in online retail sales & traffic since we went live! LightHouse Graphics was instrumental in getting my outdoor rental equipment and guide service business off the ground. I knew that I wanted to share my passion for the outdoors with others but didnt know how to make that happen. Josh, Carl, and their team consulted and designed my website to help me showcase my equipment and favorite guide locations. The best part is, they taught me how to run and update my website myself after to add new products and guide locations. Very thankful for the team at LightHouse Graphics.

Carl saved the day! I had a small project and a very short deadline to update my son’s legacy scholarship website. I figured I would need to beg a freelance website designer to work with my small budget and timeframe. Carl’s patience, responsiveness and solution-oriented suggestions were amazing. Most importantly for me, given the emotional sensitivity tied to the scholarship and my son’s passing, Carl was warm and empathetic. He not only responded quickly via email, but was quick to chat on the phone. An incredible service, and now I am excited to have Lighthouse Graphics host my site and make my website and fundraising professional.

Im an author and with three published novels, the time had come to have a website to provide more information about my books and a link to my author pages at Goodreads and Amazon. I worked closely with Josh to determine what information would be included and how it would be presented. Having gathered the information, Josh et. al. went to work. Not long thereafter, I was able to review the first fruits of their labors and was impressed. The team had done such a good job that very little tweaking was required to ready the site to go live.Recently the need arose to migrate my site to GoDaddy and I again turned to Josh for assistance in accomplishing this. He was only too happy to assist me and had Carl at Lighthouse Graphics take the lead on the project. Carl was great to work with. Actually, the scope of the work went beyond simply migrating the site. Some of the site content needed updating and, more important, GoDaddy’s migration team had made an initial attempt to migrate the site and the results were underwhelming. Their approach seemed to me to be “Hey, let’s throw the files into the server and see what works.” Much didn’t. Carl went to work and had my site humming in short order.If you’re looking for great work and great customer service, take it from me — save yourself the headaches and go with Lighthouse Graphics.

I have worked with several web development teams over the past few year on different projects. They all seem to over promise and under deliver. Then I found Lighthouse Graphics through word off mouth and decided to give them a call. After reaching out to there team via email. I was contacted shortly after and had a chance to speak directly with one of the lead developers. They pretty much took it from that point forward and turned my ideas into reality. Hands down the best team I have worked with on these type of projects. they went above and beyond my expectations, helped in areas they didnt need to. They truly want to see there clients succeeded and accomplish there goals.
