First time here and had no bad vibes when I first walked in. Everyone here is very nice. Even the front desk they are super nice.It’s a clean place. Parking is great. Everything here is just amazing I really recommend it. I finally found a dentist where I would be really happy to come back! Also they have massaging chairs while getting your teeth checked out and getting your teeth cleaned. Best dentist I ever been too. I had a really go experience here. Thank you lifetime smiles!

Where do I begin…meeting Dr. Christo and Tammy was a game changer for me! The dentures that I first got from another dentist were so bad I was in tears then I found LIFETIME SMILES absolute game changer. Dr. Christo was wonderful also handsome and made me the best dentures I could ever ask for. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY DENTURES AT ALL IN FOUR YEARS that I have had them. Came here when I wanted to get my teeth straightened and have been getting my cleaning done here too. All the staff are extremely friendly, they communicate and explain things well which is really great, I’m am almost completely done with my aligners and I’m really happy with the results. Dr. Mallakis has been great and has done an awesome job walking me through every step of the process. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

I started coming to Lifetime Smiles yesterday, July 2, 2019 because Iwas sick and tired of the corporate dental experience. I have to say Im so happy that I switched! I really feel welcome and its only been one visit. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating to my needs. Not to mention it feels like a spa experience! I’ve been coming to Lifetime Smiles for over 10 years! The staff is so nice and always go above and beyond to make my dental experience comfortable. I’ve had many hygienists and all have been amazing. I even tried to find a dentist closer to when I moved but I couldn’t find a place better than this. I tried the teeth whitening today and it was excellent! No sensitivity and only took 20 minutes. I can’t wait to see the results!

Wonderful experience at the dentist...and I dont say that lightly. Grant was gentle and thorough with my teeth cleaning. Dr. McDonald was so very professional. She explained what was needed without pushing me to do something i was not ready for. Tony did an excellent job with the whitening procedure. This is by far the BEST dental office I have ever been to in my life, and I have been always searching for the best quality dental care. The dental exam with the doctor was detailed and thorough, complete with a review of my x-rays and a tour of my gum and teeth health. The regular cleaning was very thorough. The staff emphasizes patient comfort. I had 3 deep cleaning appointments and I was as comfortable as possible thanks to the hygienists knowledge and experience. I also did my whitening service here. All the staff are professional, experienced, caring, friendly, and very nice Coming to the dentist has actually been a real pleasure. I highly recommend this dental care office. If you come one time you will see the example of how all dental care should be done. 5 million stars!

I highly recommend Lifetime Smiles to others who are seeking caring and compassionate dentists and a tremendous office staff! I began my experience with Dr McDonald at least 18 years ago (seriously it is likely 20 years before she took over the practice and wow is that lady an interior decorator she fills her office with love with her home grown flowers and in the past homemade soaps and fruits from her garden - a touch of appreciation/love back to her patients) Over the years now I personally have had dental services also provided by Dr. Christo. I highly recommend both these dentists, trust me when Dr. McDonald was not working on my teeth I was a little concerned and nope, Dr Christo is just a amazing! What I like most about both these dentists, THEY ARE PLEASANT HUMAN BEINGS! THEY WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU, THEY LISTEN and THEY EXPLAIN! They make you feel comfortable, my entire family goes to Lifetime Smiles and has done so for all these years! Both dentist are exceptional and cutting edge with technology. Gotta love not only keeping your teeth healthy but having a message chair with a heater when you are having work performed on your teeth! Also Dennis and Grant take dental cleaning seriously and are there to help guide you with how to best avoid cavities and healthy gums. If you want your smile bright and white you must meet Tony! Both the front desk ladies were very nice. They were very helpful explaining information. Tammy was very sweet and helped explain everything to me. I got called back very quick, It was even early. The hygienist was friendly and welcoming. He did a good job cleaning my teeth. Then after that I got my x-rays done by Tony. He was very nice and fun to be around. He made the experience less scary. The doctor was also amazing. Overall it was a great experience.

This is by far the most welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable dental office I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in they greeted me with warm smiles and friendly conversation. The X-ray tech (Tony) was awesome. The receptionist (Tammy) was friendly/welcoming as well! The doctor actually took the time to get to know me before we ever discussed any type of treatment which was very comforting. He’s the only doctor I’ve been to that seemed like he genuinely cared about me, and not just my teeth. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say I’ve found my new dental home!

I recommend lifetime smiles to my family and friends because they really care about your oral health. They want you to maintain good habits with brushing and flossing and encourage it every visit. I have never had a dentist before that was really into such preventative measures; rather other dentists I have had seem like they don’t care if you will get a cavity because then they can charge you for fillings etc. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming as well. I’m glad my family and I found lifetime smiles!

I love this dental office! I recently moved from Atlanta, GA and finding a new office became a great source of stress for me. I am so glad that I decided to heed the advice of previous reviewers and chose this as my new home office. Tammy and the crew at the front desk are always smiling and friendly. Ill be honest, going to the dentist has always been the absolute bane of my existence. Its always cold, they ask you questions and dont care for a response, never a good time. BUT the staff at Lifetime Smiles and Dr. McDonald are the BEST. The office is always clean, comfortable and smells great. The staff greet you by name and truly remember you not just your dental history. I have never felt more taken care of at any other dentist office. They really take their jobs seriously and enjoy doing it. Great attitude and sense of humor all around make every visit a delight much different then my past experiences. Dr. McDonald employees the newest science, material, equipment and knowledge to make going to the dentist a rather pleasant experience.My wife recently had a crown replaced and was amazed that it only took one visit. She tells others it was painless, she did not have to have a temporary crown and it was completed in two hours.I am also very impressed with Dr. McDonald thoroughness and the way she plans ahead if there is even the hint of decay. Today she took an additional picture because of a shadow that looked suspicious which turned out to be nothing. Better to be safe than sorry!Stacey is our hygienist and she is fantastic. Every time I have visited Lifetime Smiles I have been greeted by a super friendly staff. Each person I encounter on my visits are courteous, professional and eager to help. Dr. Mallakis is awesome at detecting and correcting my dental needs. As an example, my last dentist had to replace a lost crown. After doing so he said I would have trouble flossing that area for awhile. Dr. Mallakis corrected the issue in minutes. Great place to go for you dental needs.

I needed to have two old fillings replaced. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen on time and I was prepared with careful attention to my apprehension and nervousness at the procedure. Dr. McDonald and Jayme took the time to explain the procedure and equipment being used at each step. The anesthetic didnt require a needle, and was not at all uncomfortable. Throughout the procedure, they kept me relaxed and at ease, they even let you bring and play your own music while they treat you. The two fillings were replaced quickly and efficiently.That evening Dr. McDonald called to make sure I was doing OK and that I had no problem eating. I did not have any soreness from the anesthetic spots on my gums.I recommend Lifetime Smiles for their highly professional manner and the relaxing atmosphere they provide. They get 10 out of a possible 10 for my score.

I heard about Dr. Mallakis of Lifetime Smiles from a friend after another dentist had done a very poor job with my teeth and left me in pain (my original dentist retired and I should have shopped around). Dr. Mallakis diagnosed the multiple problems and developed a treatment plan to move me toward a much much better (and pain free) situation. I would recommend Lifetime Smiles for their excellent service... for their working with me through a tough situation and helping me get back to my original love the dentist attitude. By the way... My experience with this dentist was insane. It seems like these 5 star reviews must be fake because my experience was awful. The front desk was so rude in person and on the phone. I made an appointment in advance for a check up. They tried to tell me they didnt have time for my appointment and could only take x-rays of one tooth...i was like, are you telling me you dont have time for my appointment? I sat in the chair a little over an hour the dentist went over the contract with me while she taught me about how to be a dentist my self as she put it, never even had a cleaning. She did manage to hit home that if I was ever late, there would be a $75 fee. I let her know I read that part about the $75 fee, she clarified it was per hour. This place even features a $$$ price tag on their website, like they are weirdly proud of being quadruple price compared to other local dentists. Their state of the art technology seems like an excuse for them to nickel and dime patients and proudly charge more than anyone. When a doctor is more concerned about you knowing how much its going to cost, not give you any options for treatment (they told me my treatment would start at 15k) than they are what they can do to work within your budget and insurance, they are in it for the wrong reasons. The rude front desk, coupled with salesy dentist and high prices have lost the business of my entire family (family if 4). Good luck. Its no wonder your office is so slow and you do long appointments funny how I spent over $200 for nothing. Do not use this place unless you have major money to waste. I guarantee youll save thousands by going literally anywhere else.Hire new front desk with customer service experience. If youre going to charge as much as you do, at least have the service to back it up.

This company/ Dental office is beyond great / wonderful. I been in pain and body aches due of my bad tooth and I called them yesterday 01/22/2018 to see if they can check me. Because I know and I can feel that I have an infection. The person who I spoke is very kind and place me an appt right away which is 30 minutes after I called and told me that I can get check and talk to the doctor without any cost, so I came about 2:00pm and they assured me right away and the younger dentist is very good and kind he took me in the back talked to me about the issue that I’m having and took a picture of my teeth and told me I have to be referred to oral surgeon so about 10minutes they got me an oral surgeon and told me that I can see the oral surgeon today. I am very happy and bless that this company don’t waste time to help me and the rest of the people. They are truly good and really care to their patients. It was my first time at Lifetime smiles and I am amazed by all the team! I spent 2 hours there and they did full examination with last technological advance machinery. After that, I had a really nasty filling and few small ones all taken care :)
