We are first time home buyers and we had no idea what was involved in the process. Eric Rodriguez is amazing! He walked us through each step in the process. Eric advocated for us with the seller to get repairs done to the property before the sale. Eric helped us to understand the loan process and how to manage the steps with the title company. Eric is very responsive and always answered our calls or called back in less than 24 hours. Eric worked with us late in the evening and on weekends. Eric helped us feel comfortable with the process. I had the pleasure of working with Cesar Diego Hinojosa and Fernando Jimenez and those guys were awesome. They sold our home within 4 days. I would also like to add that I appreciated how professional they were and they didnt lag in anything it was like the 2nd day we hired them they had sent a photographer out to take pictures of our home and get the house on the market, and after 1 open house like 3 days later we got an offer on our home and it was so good we couldnt pass it up.
