It is super difficult to get ahold of as real person. All the automated message options tell you to go to the portal on the website. Ive tried updating my insurance information multiple times and keep getting billed incorrectly. It seems like every appointment there is a new bureaucratic loop my psychiatrist throws at me just so I can receive treatment. I think the latest made the end of my time here. I was having trouble getting the required lab work done, and during the last appointment the doctor said I would have to get some kind of letter in order to get the lab order. I went on the websites of both Life Stance and my preferred lab to no effect. Instead of offering a more suitable alternative, I randomly received a text that my upcoming appointment was cancelled. There was no forewarning. I only get one weekday off every two weeks and whenever Id walk into the office, nobody is there. The lights are on, and the doors unlocked, but nobody is there. With it being so difficult to talk to a real person, Im just going to find another office so I can get my medication on time without having my appointment cancelled on me or having to talk to a doctor that makes judgmental statements about my preferences.

I was very nervous for my appointment, but was pleasantly surprised. I felt that it was made easy and I felt that my provider wanted to ensure all of my concerns were documented as accurately as possible. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders, knowing I will be receiving the help I need. From the very beginning setting up an appointment was made easy! Thank you LifeStance & thank you to my provider & the rest of her staff!

I was very impressed with Suzanne Simmons. Her knowledge and expertise makes me feel as though Im on the right track now after many years!!! Im responding well so far with the new medication and look forward to our next session. Im glad I chose her and Lifestance.

Everything went well, the Dr. was kind, efficient & allowed me time to talk. I felt super comfortable with her & would recommend her to others.

I had a good experience with my psychiatrist and student learning team. Intake was extensive. It was difficult for me to remain focused due to a migraine, so I’d prefer to complete those forms in the comfort of home.

She was great! I had trouble with my iPad so used my cell phone and we couldn’t see each other. But we talked! I will have my phon e checked! Someth8ng happened with my browser

Forms were a lengthy and complex task on my iPhone; I don’t have a laptop. I was told I would receive a call back regarding the above on 3/1, no one called until the morning of my appointment. The NP asked questions that I thought weren’t appropriate. She RXed a new medication without discussing the implications with my current medications. All and all I wasn’t happy with LifeStance.

My appointment was confirmed by phone and email yesterday. I drove an hour to be here. It took 3 weeks just to get this appointment. Whole point of the appointment was to renew a prescription that I am now out of. Receptionist tells me they can see me today because they scheduled me for the wrong type of appointment. She admits they failed to reach out and inform me if the cancelation but blames some faceless corporate team. Yet it definitely sounded like her office is the one that canceled the appointment. If you cancel it, would it kill you to call? Apparently the issue is they only scheduled me for a half hour but need to see me for a whole hour. So why not make someone wait? That happens at appointments all the time. This is a prescription Ive been on for 10 years now, so an hour is clearly overkill. So now I get to drive an hour+ home (in traffic), then Im supposed to drive an hour back another time? Why would I have any confidence my appointment would be kept? No thank you. Absolutely useless.

The doctor have been great I struggle to connect with the service at first. Had to change doctors due to missed communication. Now I have a good doctor but have to to travel approximately 60 plus miles to see her in person. May need to start with another doctor. I get multiple notices regarding up coming appointments. It gets confusing.

Excellent. Going through a rough patch and if it wasn’t for my therapist I would be struggling.
