Technically, everything worked great, I had no trouble getting to my Drs waiting room. I had a great first visit and we covered a lot of ground. Im looking forward to my next appointment. Everyone Ive dealt with has been great!

Great office. See PMHNP Dailo and she’s great! Easy to talk to and work with. The telehealth app is easy to use and makes it super convenient to have an appointment while sitting in my office.

I was rescheduled with a different provider without any notification and the new person was lovely, but works in a different subspecialty than what I needed. I had arranged my day around the appointment and left without getting the care I had been waiting for weeks. This company is one of many “factory” for profit corporations and patient health is clearly not the priority.

This was my 2nd experience seeing a psychiatrist and Doris Asombrado was exceptional and completely opposite from my first experience. She was thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cared. I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time and look forward to working with her. LifeStance is also great - efficient, portal is easy to use, communications have been clear. Thank you

Terrible customer service. Each call I’m passed to 3 people after waiting 20 minutes. Each person forgets to ask me basic questions and books me appointments with people in the wrong city or virtual when then need to be in person. I have to hold each person’s hand as if I’m giving their training. Every 6 months it’s the same thing. This time was worst, I had no idea my Dr. left their practice, you’d think I’d get a courtesy call or something instead of having to hunt down customer service reps for an appointment 2 months late

Dr. Friedman is an excellent Psychiatrist, well trained, attentive listening and very empathic.The Encinitas facility was a welcomed relief. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean. The receptionist/ business manager is warm, efficient and so very friendly.I had a very positive experience and wish all doctor visits, staff and facility were so conducive to my overall well being

Emily Wu was great and i had a very positive visit with her. Brooke Blaser was also very helpful. My biggest disappointment was when Brooke called me for my second visit, the phone rang twice and when I answered, there was no one on the line. The message then stated that i needed to reschedule because I missed the appointment.

My experience is the staff is very professional, understanding and thoughtful. My therapist is outstanding.The reason I’m not giving them five stars is their booking system is horrible. Filling out the same forms multiple times and especially they cannot get the correct information about my appointments being in person and not being Tele health appointments.

My doctor, Dr-Allison Trexler . I am always ready to meet with her and she asks questions and always has time to listen. Any changes in my health, she has a solution and keeps my medications updated! I appreciate her and her professionalism and always pleasant to see her . Thank you😀

Platform doesnt work, every time the dr entered the virtual waiting room I was kicked out, after 45 minutes of trying they told me it was my phone or my internet. I had full bars good internet and no issues when waiting in the virtual room for the Dr for 20 minutes, only had issue when shed join the session. So I do not believe it was my devise. Then they decided to just reschedule but a month away!! Never mind the fact I need to be seen and need help, but no one cares unless the technology works...which it didnt. So I got dismissed

Mental health is a battle… Dr. Trexler and her staff are genuine caring people. My experience with LifeStance Health as an organization has been pleasant… like it’s not a hassle. The online patient portal is a really efficient tool.Again, the people within the organization are experts in their care. Specifically, Dr. Trexler’s evaluation, assessment, and plan of care has me standing tall with a smile on my face… It odds because not to long ago the surly was not the case.

It was my first session last night with Sarah and she was amazing. I look forward to seeing her and working through my problems with her. She’s very attentive, easy to talk to and provided some great advice to take with me during the week between our visits. I really enjoyed my time with her and look forward to the next session.

I just wanted to say we had a virtual meeting with Dr. Flanagan regarding our 15-year old son. She was very professional and helpful. She asked my son many questions so that she could figure out the appropriate way to help him. I also appreciate that she was very nice and caring with all of us.

I I have the best therapist I’ve ever had and all the years that I had bipolar disease and that it’s Jennifer Cook she is phenomenal. She’s not only is she brilliant but she’s kind and she’s just so intuitive to listening to almost every negative or positive in my life I cannot brag enough about Jennifer, I am so lucky to have found her after many many years of not not good therapist at all I have now the best, Jennifer Cook thank you for her

Ive been very hesitant to get therapy because its really hard to open up to someone you dont know. I decided to give it a try. Im glad I found a therapist that made me feel comfortable on the first session. She listened to what I had to say.

The providers Ive worked with are excellent, and LifeStance does a great job of finding a covered provider easy. My only complaint is that I wish providers had more flexibility with the amount of time they can spend with clients. Most therapy visits are locked in at 45min per appointment, which feels a little short.

Easy intake process via email and patient portal. We were able to get scheduled with a provider quickly. Easy to access Telehealth platform using my Mac. Good idea to log in to the waiting room several minutes early to download the app. Kind and patient provider who was great with my 13 year old daughter. Overall very good experience.

Great providers! I’ve had the same therapist for a while, but be prepared to get an impolite or ill mannered customer service/ receptionist. Most of the ladies I’ve spoken to are great but if you experience the one Admin/ call support who tends to be nasty, try to focus on all the great help you’ve received this far!

Really bad at getting back to managing their patient portal. There’s almost always something wrong with it - it can’t process a payment, I can’t book an appointment, it doesn’t allow me to reach out to my psychiatrist, etc. customer service is great on the phone at least - when they do answer. It hasn’t been working and I’d rather not go in person to sort out my issues, but it looks like I might have to. Very frustrating. I’m pretty sure they’re understaffed.

For the doctor( Chantal Flanagan), I would give it all 10 stars. She is professional, kind, and easy to talk to. 5 stars are not enough.However, with the system of LifeStance Health, I can NOT give more than 1 star.It is so hard to connect to the speaker and my charge was wrong and I am having time fixing it. The normal waiting time on the phone is 45 mins.

Horrible customer service from front desk staff. If you can ever get ahold of anybody (which is rare) they are rude and condescending. Multiple charges for cancelled appointments that were cancelled well 48 hours in advance per their guidelines. Now at $60 of incorrect changes and nobody will call me back. Therapist is great but not worth it at this point when they are just continuously charging my card for no reason.

Awful clinic with awful policies. Terrible doctors who cannot use the technology and terrible office policies regarding intake, appointments, and treatment options. This is seriously the worst clinic I have encountered before and they literally did not listen to me at any stage of my experience with them. You would think a mentral health clinic would actually care about providing good mental health care, however I can say there first and only concern is massive amounts of money and treatments. They will literally ban you if you do not do ALL of your treatment at this clinic, including dropping your current therapist to use one of theirs.

I find Lifestance difficult to make a contact with my Lifestance provider. I have found making communication to be complicated. I searched for a psychiatrist and only one was an older male, no-one else was available. I prefer someone else, There is no one else!

Nurse Case Manager Flanagan was condescending, impatient, and had no empathy. I suggest sensitivity training which may or may not help and or another line of work. She stressed me out and did not care about my issues.
