Kelli was truly amazing. It was a holiday weekend and she still texted me first thing the next morning. I thought I had head lice and was suppose to attend a wedding and she was so helpful. She sent me pictures and was so informative with helping put me at ease. She even gave me tips and tools that I could use because of my dry scalp. Thank you Kelli for all your help!

I am blown away with the excellent customer service I received at this great business. The owner, Kelli, is amazing and has a lot of integrity. Her aim is to authentically help people instead of just making a sale. I respect her business sense and I will always refer her business to anyone!

Kelli was absolutely amazing!! She was very kind and informative, she explained the whole process very thoroughly and was able to put my worry at ease. The facility is very clean and tidy, I will definitely be recommending her services! 10/10

Kelli was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t sure if I had lice or not and she was very informative before I had to come in and see her. She took her valuable time to text me and educate me on lice vs dry scalp and helped me tremendously. If we ever are in need of lice services in the future we will be sure to see her.

Had a wonderful experience. Learned so much about our ordeal. Kelli is a genuinely caring person. Her focus was on prevention, not upselling or trying to get repeat business. This goes a long way and is why she will get my repeat business. My wife and I are so relieved and excited to get our daughter back to school. And the expense and the knowledge that comes with that expense is nothing compared to the costs we’ve incurred so far in trying to do it ourselves. Kelli, you are the Best!!!!

Kelli has been a life saver! Before going to her, I had tried every thing you can imagine to get rid of the lice in my daughters hair and mine. After over a month of frustration, anxiety, and sleepless nights, I couldnt take it anymore. When we saw Kelli, she made us feel comfortable, she put my mind at ease. She was honest and easy to talk to. By the time we left, we were not only lice free, but educated, and worry free. Instead of her being my last stop, she should have been my first. I recommend her to anyone dealing with this 100%

Kelli is amazing! I was afraid when I realized my two kids and I had lice recently because when I was a kid I got lice and it was a process to get rid of. She did one treatment on us and the bugs are gone! She even checked me once again because I was paranoid and she found nothing! She has answers to all of my questions and had efficient recommendations. She knows what she is talking about and took care of me and my kids and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend visiting her if you have an infestation, she is knowledgeable, friendly and puts your mind at ease. I am so grateful!

Oh my goodness !!! Not only are her prices amazing and wont break your wallet but Kelly is also very pleasant and enjoyable to be around ! This was a hair night mare that turned into a very releiving and stress free dream . If there were 7 stars Id rate her 10 stars lol !
