2024-02-08 21:37:56This lovely place SAVED me! I have three daughters and had NO idea that they had lice. They are so kind and friendly and made the girls incredibly comfortable. The treatment was easy and the kids watched their iPads smiling the whole time! 5 stars!!!

2024-06-05 19:02:51So grateful for the amazing service we received from Jackie, Maleka, and Tom! They were able to get us an appointment for our whole family immediately and ultimately provided treatment for me and my daughter. They were kind, thorough, and took time to answer all of my questions. I’m so happy I made the decision to get professional help with their team (my home efforts failed) and I now have confidence that we are lice free! We look forward to our re-check in a few weeks.

2023-11-25 02:17:20They quite literally saved our Thanksgiving! I was traveling back to the Bay Area from San Diego to have Thanksgiving dinner with all our extended family. Of course, my daughter (6) ended up with lice on Wednesday night. I found Lice Clinics of America online and read up on their treatment. When I called they had already closed by about half hour. Jackie, the Manager, selflessly opened up for us on Thanksgiving day. Thank goodness she did, because my daughter had a full on infestation!! They checked me, my son, my niece, and sister who had all been exposed. My son (5) and I both had it.They were absolutely AMAZING with my kids. My daughter went from crying and hiding when she found out the night before to laughing every time she saw one land on her. Big plus is that they also have iPads pre-programmed with PBS Kids for them to watch during the treatment. Jackies husband who was doing the treatment brought out a bouquet of lollipops for the kids to pick from at the end.The treatment itself was great! Painless, and actually relieved some of the itching during it! Best part is they qualify for HSA/FSA.Top notch service all around! Jackie even called the next day to check on us and how we were doing.Cant recommend enough!

2024-03-19 22:11:49Jackie & Gilda are amazing! They are both very knowledgeable about Lice and its habits. This is the only place to come for Lice Treatment. One treatment and you are done. No hours & hours of combing everyday. I came several weeks ago. I had one treatment and have had no reinfections. My daughter went to another place and we had to keep combing every hair every night for two weeks. This is the only place we will come. The technology is solid.

2024-06-24 18:11:08Jackie and Tom at Lice Clincis san Bruno are SO dedicated, kind, and honest. They always answer the phone or retune the calls promptly, work hard to fit you in right away, and are so honest - we have come in for checks and they confirmed there was nothing there. And when there have been bugs, the treatment is so effective and they make it as easy and pleasant as possible.

2024-03-12 00:51:17We were traveling in San Fran from NYC and my daughter had an itchy head. We ended up at Lice Clinics of America in San Bruno. They showed us so much patience and care, carefully explaining how to treat and prevent lice in the future. My daughter has very curly hair and the team did not just check and move her along. They spent a long time checking and re checking, multiple people! They gave my daughter an iPad to keep her entertained. The whole experience made us both feel so less stressed!

2024-05-07 20:47:39This place is amazing! Staff was warm, knowledgeable, kind, and so gentle and sweet! The spot is immaculate so you feel safe and clean and extremely well taken care of. So professional!!! I seriously cannot recommend them highly enough, even just for a head check if you’re at all worried!

2024-03-09 18:10:33We had a fantastic experience with the clinic. Jackie and Tom are very meticulous in solving lice. Not only are they compassionate and thoughtful, they are responsive and accommodating. Lice can be scary but the treatment is thorough and they advise next steps. I could not recommend them more.

2024-03-01 02:43:19We made an appointment in the morning and were able to get in that same evening. When we arrived we were all taken back and checked, lice was found on two of the four of us that were brought in. Immediately the team started working with their heat treatment and killed all of the eggs, then combed the lice out and used oil to make sure everything was completely dead. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I cannot recommend this office and their services enough! I left without fear of any lice being on any of us!!

2024-01-27 02:58:36Jackie is very kind, Savannah was being super supportive and thorough. This is the first time I had fleas and I didn’t mean to. They use a special signature Airalle treatment which blows out hot air to kill the manifestation and the eggs as well. As a teacher, we are exposed to a lot of children who have lice and this lice clinic has superheroes as well. Use the preventive spray Peppermint Oil and Rosemary, it works for me and they use it on their own hair.
