Best tax preps in Sacramento. Ever since I starting coming here in 2019 these guys have been nothing but amazing. They have great office and with amazing staff and they really help me out with my taxes every year. I have my 5 family members coming and filing here now. Got me $50 for filing and also advance on my refund with 24 hours of walking out of here.

I moved from reno and somebody back their used my information to file my taxes and claim my refund. I was so lost and desperate that i didnt even know where to begin or what to do. My family member brought me here and best decison i made. These guys helped call the IRS and help me identity my Id and even got me my refund check. Thanks liberty you guys are the best. I went in a few weeks ago to file my 2022 taxes. Paras Chauhan was very informative and patient. I expressed my concerns about a slight change I had and they took the time to explain how they were filing my taxes for me. That was very helpful and informative. Amazing amazing place. I filed online with turbo but my refund never came in and also I got letters from state asking for documents. I was so stressed out since I needed the money to pay the rent. I called this office after reading the reviews and I tell you what I was not disappointed. These guys took over and handled everything. They realized my refund and I cant thank these guys enough. Highly recommend this location of liberty tax. All of the employees are really helpful and friendly. I personally work with the amazing tall gentleman named Parambir Singh. He has been taxes for me and my family for years now and we don’t trust anyone else but him. He is very professional and timely mannered and will also send you reminders for the due dates or update you what documents are missing and even text you to drive safe before your appointment with him. Very respectful and hard working and does an amazing job filing our taxes as well. I would highly recommend him, he’s also bilingual, which really helps with my parents getting their taxes done since they don’t speak English that well. Always go back to him every year! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I made an appointment online about a week in advance and received an automated confirmation via text- so far so good. The day of the scheduled date, an hour before the scheduled time, they tell us they are fully booked and unable to take us until 6 hours later- fine Im not doing anything anyways.That time rolls around, they text us to tell us they cant take us because their internet is down, lets reschedule for next week...fine.One week later, I show up for the scheduled appointment at the scheduled time, the doors are locked and they dont respond to my text.

Hidden fees Ive never in my life been charged $300 to file my taxes and for a person who lost his job and house due to covid I needed and was counting on the $300 from my state taxes if they would have told me up front I would have used turbo tax because they would have done it for me for free.
