2024-06-17 17:38:05LOVED my experience there, I was received for my appointment right on time, I only waited five minutes, the nurse was very kind and explained me everything through the process. Zero pain during the exam. The location is also very nice, neat and clean. And the lady at the front desk was super nice. 100% recommend!

2024-06-14 23:46:38The Staff at Liberty Pacific Advanced Imaging is great. I got an appointment for my mom on the same day and she was seen right on time. The Technician was kind, understanding, and helped my mom feel comfortable during the process. The front desk personnel handled the paperwork electronically so I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork. It all worked out perfectly. Thank you so much!

2024-06-25 20:09:07Let me say that my appointment today for a bone density scan was more than efficiently done by the attendant. She was more than efficient. I whats anticipating something very involved and it all turned out to be basically a non-event! She was WONDERFUL !!

2024-06-19 19:39:23The staff was great from the front all the way to the back office, they did not mind answering all my questions. This location was very clean. The parking lot is very tight. I would recommend you give yourself enough time to look for parking. Especially if you have someone that is disabled with you.

2024-05-09 21:14:46When I first walked in it seemed very busy and a little unorganized but everything went smoothly. I actually got in and out in a pretty good time. The CT tech I had was professional, kind, and friendly. He kept me informed of every step. I would return if I needed another scan.

From the moment I arrived, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion.The technician efficiently guided me through the process, ensuring my comfort and safety every step of the way. Their expertise in operating the MRI machine was evident, and they patiently addressed all my questions and concerns.What truly stood out was the technicians compassionate demeanor. Despite the potentially intimidating environment, they made me feel at ease throughout the procedure, easing any anxieties I had.Overall, my experience was nothing short of excellent, largely due to the remarkable lab technician. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of MRI services.

2024-02-08 20:15:50I had to wait a little bit longer because they had some technical glitches and so they could not do my testing until that was taken care of. Things happen that are out of our control sometimes and, that’s not the reason for the four stars because they were more than attentive while I was waiting. They offered me water and continuously checked on me to make sure I was doing OK. Offered me the restroom if I needed it and, where I could find it. They were doing everything to make my wait as pleasant as possible. They explained the situation to me so that I would understand why it was taking so long and, came out from time to time to update me, which I did appreciate because sometimes medical offices have you wait and they don’t tell you why and then you’re sitting there wondering what’s going on. So that was very helpful and it was really nice of them to do that. They definitely did not make me feel ignored!When they came to get me to do the testing, they were so pleasant and kind and explained everything to me and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Very caring and professional.While I was impressed with the service and how they handled me (the patient) and the situation, I wish they would answer their phones whenever you call. Prior to my appointment, I needed to get information for my insurance to make sure that they were billing as in network because this facility is not in my network, but they bill under another provider that is in my network. I had to make sure I had the correct tax ID number that they were going to use so I could confirm it with my insurance company.I could not get a hold of anybody on the phone in two days. The phone just rings nonstop no matter what time you call. I called Santa Clarita Imaging where I had just done a test with them and asked them if they had a way to get a hold of them but they told me that they have that same complaint from a lot of patients about this location. No one can seem to tell you why. It’s like if it’s some big secret. So, I had to make a trip down in person to talk to a physical person, and they answered my questions and put me at ease with the whole process, but I should not have had to go out of my way to just get a simple answer to my question. So, for that, I’m giving them 4 stars. Otherwise I would’ve given them five stars.In addition, they have to fix some of the lockers that they have for your personal belongings. My clothes got locked up and I could not unlock it and I had to get assistance to get the locker opened. The lady that help me was really nice and helpful. She realized that there was a problem with that locker because we tried locking it again and again we couldn’t open it, so she suggested I use one of the other lockers that are available. I went to another Locker after she left and couldn’t even lock my clothes in it because it wouldn’t lock. Then, I finally got one that did work and I tried locking and unlocking it one more time so I would not have an issue when I came back. This is just something they have to address in their company but it’s not a reason for my 4 star rating. Overall, I was pleased with their service in person.

2024-05-07 15:36:40I had to wait two weeks for the first available appointment for my ultrasounds, which I understand. The staff here waited till the day before my appointment to let me know they would have to cancel because of a technical issue on my referral. Why wait till the day before my appointment when you had two weeks to inform me? I called them multiple times and they did not answer. On the day of my appointment I called them 7 times to let them know I was unable to find the location and I just needed a little direction. No one answered at all. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby and there were two women working the front desk. If they were not busy and there were two people available by the phones, why did no one answer after 7 calls? Because I was lost and late they canceled the main appointment I was there for and quite frankly treated me rudely. They rushed my appointment and did not even walk me through my results or help me understand. I had to ask. This location is absolutely terrible and I hope they learn to like what they do for a living.

2024-05-03 19:42:16It was a fantastic experience, everyone was kind, friendly and professional. It was fast service, parking was good and easy. The waiting room was a good size and had great comfortable seating with some big chairs for larger people. Sammie did my mammogram, she was such a nice and accommodating woman, loved her!! It was a very pleasant overall experience!
