I am so grateful for this program! It has made my life a lot less stressful and the staff is very helpful and informative. They have gotten one of my cards dealt with and two more will be settled soon. The monthly payments are realistic and it has helped me to not pay an arm and leg each month JUST to maintain my old ccs with the extreme interest rates. If you are struggling with credit card debt, this is the place to call and get you actual relief.

Very quick and efficient to set up my programme And very quick and efficient to reply to queries.A little slow to negotiate settlements with a couple of my cards For one card, They didn’t reach a settlement until the Card filed a charge in the local court. However, after that happened, they were very speedy to resolve the issue.I was surprised to learn that a settlement could increase my monthly payment. I was under the impression my monthly payment was a set amount for the duration of the agreement with themBut I would recommend them as I think they are legitimate option

I reached out to Liberty Debt Relief in February of 2022. I was in a financial hole, and believed that only a miracle could save me from my amassing debt, and slow decline of my credit score. Reaching out to Liberty Debt Relief has been a saving grace. They provided me with realistic time frames on how long it would take to settle my debts, and have worked with my affordability to their services. They are terrific with communication. Phone calls, text messages and emails. They are diligent with informing clients of any and all updates to an account. I am in the process of having my final debt settled, and I could not have done it without their help! 5 Stars!!

Im giving Librty Debt Relief a 4 star based on my experience with them until this point because I started the program January 2023 and I received a summons for court one one of the accounts that they were handling on my behalf. I immediately contacted them and they said they would handle it. Its been a couple of weeks now and I havent heard back from them with any status of them matter. I did get a follow-up from Natalie Sears asking if I was satisfied with the program which I thought was considerate. Once last year I was struggling financially and called them and they let me skip a month which helped out greatly.

The beginning of my experience was definitely a rocky one. The initial gal that I talked to, was not clear about what would happen to the accounts that I was consolidating. The active accounts that you want to consolidate, are listed as a charge-off until the settlement is completed in its entirety. In turn, this still hurts your credit until everything for liberty is paid in full for each account. This was explained to me a little late after the fact but the manager that did was extremely helpful and honestly made up for the entire experience.

Everything has gone well for the most part. Liberty has been handling the negotiations on my behalf and doing what they claim to do. The somewhat difficult things to pay attention to is what you keep separate because those are still your liabilities. Liberty legal has done their job well when they have been needed. The most challenging part would honestly be the monthly payments, even though they are lower than the previous monthly totals it can still be difficult when other things in your life change such as a car repair or home repair. You cannot skip a payment like you could a credit card for a month or two because they use the money paid to them to support their negotiations. They did let me split it into two payments but they have set dates for payments to the debts where they must collect a day or two before to meet those obligations. Since I am paid weekly that can hurt when it aligns with car payments coming out in the same weeks check. In their defense, I have not tried to renegotiate how money is paid to Liberty to try making things easier on my week to week budgets. The end or the month and first of the next month are the toughest two weeks to manage for me personally. The 11th through 24th or so is easier on my budget.Hope this helps future borrowers. Overall Liberty has done as stated from the beginning and it is now simply a waiting game for its end.

The process is simple. The agreed upon amount auto deducts from my bank account on the day I designated. I receive constant communication to let me know how the settlement process is going. Everything I was told is happening. I’m not even a year in and my accounts with the highest balances have been settled. I thought the process was to good to be true. The thought of not making my minimum payments and allowing accounts to go past due was disturbing but the short term credit score decrease is worth the bigger picture. Trust the process and be patient.

When I was first contacted by Liberty, I was not informed that the way it works is by letting your debt go into collections. I was shocked to see that my credit score dropped over 200 points. The spokesperson should have informed me that they let you go into default and then buy your debt at a cheaper amount.After being furious about that and realizing that there is nothing I could do at that point, I can say that they kept me informed of every process and asked my approval on each step. They replied whenever I had a question. And they have a team specifically to appear for any court matters that may occur due to debt settlements.All in all, they have been taking care of the issues as agreed at the rate agreed upon.If you are already in default, this is definitely the way to go.

I get alerts every month about my credit ratings going on. Investing in your credit, consolidation, and doing credit repair with this company is one of the best ways to go. So far two of my accounts has been paid off. One is close to being paid off AE. So I’m excited. Very excited about this. I pay about $240.00 every month. That’s not bad for what I’m receiving. I was satisfied with the program and what it offered until they notified me that my payment was going to be increased or I needed to come up with additional funds to settle my last account. At that point it was to late for me to drop out of the program so I felt they misrepresented themselves. They knew what I owed from the beginning and when they figured my payment they should have worked within that payment amount. When thinking about doing this, just make sure the payments will remain the same and you wont get any surprises.

Liberty debt relief has cut my debt payment time down significantly. They took years, many years off of my original repayment. In the beginning it was nerve racking letting my debt pile up but I put my faith in the program and with their reassurance sure enough the settlement offers came in and things are looking good. My debt has been settled for lower than the original amount and the payoff time is significantly faster now. My only single not so much complaint but more so gripe would be the amount they collect for fees for the settlements they procured. But overall even with their fees my debt is paid off for a lower amount and again much much quicker then if I had just continued on making the minimum payments. Through the course of the program you have the ability to manage your debt, choose if you agree to the settlements and choose to remove any particular debt from their program and manage it on your own. Overall I’m satisfied with how it’s going and am less stressed knowing things are being takin care of and that I’ll be out of debt in just a few years instead of being stuck in a cycle of payments that never end.
