We bought our Tahoe from Liberty Chevrolet and our sales consultant, Dan, was just amazing. Dan did not pressure us into buying anything, he answered all of our questions, and made us feel so comfortable. Dan was knowledgeable and professional and just had such a calm energy that made us feel like we’ve know him for the longest time. Thank you Dan and the amazing staff at Liberty Chevrolet. My daughter purchased her very first car. Weve purchased two other cars with Rene and knewwe wanted him to help us with our daughters purchase. Giovanni helped us with financing. I went to Liberty Chevrolet about 4 weeks. I would like to thank Aaron, Tony and Ignacio for there help in getting my new truck. They were very helpful in guiding me thru the process. Answered my questions and concerns! After I took my truck home I noticed a few minor things that could of been better. And I want to say that Ive called them and they sure helped me in resolving the issues and are continuing to help with any concern i might have. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle, stop by Liberty Chevrolet and ask for them. It took me awhile to leave a review and I wasnt sure I was or wanted to leave one. But with the continue help that I have received from these guys is amazing. Nothing major wrong with my truck it runs perfect, just like water spots it had. Took it to Liberty and they did a major detail job on it. I loved how great of a job they did. My husband and I went looking for a new car. Was recommended to check out Selma Auto Mall by a few different people we know. We were greeted by Ahmed . Very nice and helpful. Great service from him and Giovanni who fought so hard to get us our vehicle. Lol. We noticed while signing papers that they offered window tinting. We had no idea. So we asked Giovanni about it and he said....and I quote call me Monday and Ill make it happen, leave us a great review and well get that handled for you. Well we called back on Monday and got the run around. Called back again on Tuesday and was told they couldnt do that for us Afterall. Just trying to get us to give a good review. Good thing I waited huh? Overall Ahmed was friendly (I guess they all are while trying to make a sale tho huh). Make sure anything extra youd like on your car you ask about it ahead of time. And get it in writing that itll actually be done.

It was good, came there to fix some problems with my car and they were only able to fix just the recall. The workers there are very respectful and professional but they just have a rule where they don’t work on older cars. So I just had to go to somewhere else to get everything else fixed.

The requested service was completed in a timely manner. You found that my vehicle is out of alignment, but indicated that repairs are not covered by the vehicles warranty. Ive been driving over 55 years and have never had a vehicle develop such a problem in less than 6000 miles! Maybe it was like that when I bought it.

Purchased a car from them. The deal fell through 3 weeks later because they claimed the bank revoked the loan. Car was returned and they have been giving us the run around about returning our down payment for 4 days now. They keep claiming the owner needs to sign and conveniently he hasnt been available to do so. Theyre all sneaky and have poor customer service. Lets not confuse the amazing customer service when theyre getting you to purchase and sign. But when it comes to actually making things right they drag more then just their feet. Of course Im not going to be pleasant anymore! Would never send anyone to them

I went in for a oil change and engine light on in my 2019 chevy traverse. I was informed my muffler was cracked at the welds and I was outside on extended warranty coverage. My service advisor for that day was Dan. Dan was the man that informed me of the bad news and let me know that there was a slim chance for coverage with one more resource. He called me the next day to inform that he was able to get it covered. Im a happy customer so far. If it was not covered I would of got rid of the vehicle. I greatly appreciate Dan and the whole chevy team. Personally the best place to buy a vehicle and have your regular maintenance performed! Lets go Liberty!!

I came here for a recall check, a service check up and tire rotations to service my 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. Everyone was super friendly and extremely patient. From the warm greeting from my service advisor Dave, chatting with David about coming back to finish my services, to the nice gentleman asking if I’d like coffee while waiting in line with my car, it’s worth the trip to getting your car needs met! I didn’t realize the recall was on the charger and needed to drive back to Fresno to grab it. They were still able to take me in and perform all the services. 10/10 would recommend!

Working with Art was proof that good sales people still exist. Very attentive, professional, and true to his word. He gave me confidence to purchase my vehicle (site unseen) 3,000 miles away. The car appears to be treated well and they updated maintenance to OEM specs.If you are considering purchasing from out of state, be mindful that the “back office” steps can add time to your paperwork process due to their volume of units sold. Employee are Good but this is My 8th Used Car Buying and these Guys didnt dealt the situation anyway close to appreciation.Push Marketing.Deceiving Information on Vehicle.Discounts on self-Inflated price.Specific:before rolling my car out I informed wiper not working properly, it took 15 to accept that it is not Wiping at all as they were considering that the arm is swinging so it is Good. 30 Minutes to change two wipers and then they didnt consider changing the rear wiper. Not worth another 30 minutes to ask them to change the rear one so I accepted my decision and will continue live with it.Not recommended but have only found a couple of good service in the town yet and definely liberty doesnt come any close to them.

A couple months ago I wrote a review on how I thanked Austin for helping me so much. However, I will never in my life again purchase a Chevy ! My car has broken down in the last 5 months three times and I keep missing work because their cars are not up to standard and that’s a basic standard! The first time I paid $300 the second time I was finance for $2500 to pay for the repairs now I have to take my car back again and there’s no telling how much is going to cost. They will not give me a loaner all they will give me is a bad attitude. The worst customer service ever as well as the worst car that was ever invented. My Catylic converter, turbo, purge valve went out and I still smell gas in my car, the battery has went out at least three times and the throttle body has gone out twice! But, they want me to have a great attitude when I call. Thank you Austin for hanging up on me through my stressful time! If you guys sold a better product your customers would be happier.

I was recommended to Liberty Chevrolet by a friend. I went out to the lot and found a truck I liked. I requested the final out the door price and was presented with a run down. Both manager and salesman were shady and would ignore my request for the out the door price and try to distract me from the inflated prices by forcing the monthly payments on me, all while claiming they were up front with their pricing. The following day, I reviewed the run down and found they had hidden added $10,000 in dealer markup to the MSRP. I looked at another dealership and found several trucks that were similar and in a color. Liberty Salesman called me again saying that I wouldnt find any other trucks and not without a dealer mark up. I ended up finding a nice truck and in the color I wanted from Hedricks Chevrolet. I even avoided paying any markup or any unwanted fees or add ons and even received a 30 year/300,000 mile powertrain warranty which is better than the one offered by Liberty.Avoid this dealership all costs. They are still trying to prey on their customers with dealer markups. The truck market is well on its way to what it was pre-covid and vehicle’s are widely available (given you actually look around). If you like hidden fee’s and paying more money for your next vehicle then Liberty is the place for you.

The better half and I decided we needed a new car, but we dont have time to go car shopping because of our work schedules and the kids school schedules. I was about the just give up on a getting one all together because by the time we get a chance to go and look all the good deals are gone. Anyways, long story short, we saw a car we were really interested in online. I click on it send my information to get a price, and I kid you not my phone was ringing within minutes. We fill out a credit application online, being that it was later in the evening we only got offers from a couple banks. So we decided to wait until the next morning to see what other offers were offered. Accepted an offer on my first break at work, and the car was delivered to me all the way in Madera by the time I came home for lunch. If thats not great customer service I dont know what is. If youre looking for a new Chevy, this is the place to buy! Rene Saldivar was great, and I highly recommend that you check them out. Never in a million years did I think Id buy my first brand new vehicle online, like who does that ??? Well we did and Im soooo glad we did. I absolutely love my new car.

Ive brought this new 2022 Chevrolet Colorado in numerous times already for something or another and honestly it is quite discouraging. The fact that I have been continuously inconvenienced in my life with the defective parts on this truck is not ok. I have already had my shifter replaced twice. The first time was covered free of charge due to a service bulletin and manufacturer warranty so when I take it back for the same issues and Im now being charged a deductible when it is CLEARLY a GM part issue is not acceptable.Also, my appointment was at 8 AM, I dropped my unit off at 7AM and when I called for an update at 1:30 PM, I was told that they havent even looked at it and they were waiting for the top mechanic. By the time I got the call that they found the issue, it was about 2:30PM and although they had the part in stock it still would not be done until the next day. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if it is still not going to be completed in a timely fashion. In addition to that, I was told by the service advisor that this issue was just posted about a month prior in regard to the shifter and they have fixed the issue. Blatant lie considering I was told about the service bulletin the first time they changed it January 3, 2023. I dont feel like you guys are being 100% honest and transparent. Not good for business.I then mentioned another issue with the vehicle to the service advisor about a pool of water coming down the driver side under the pedals. I assumed it was from breather tube or drain for the condensation from the A/C however from my experience, I thought something was off because it usually drains from the passenger side. So, when I asked what side it is supposed to be draining on, he tells me that in order for a mechanic to even look at it, itll be a $220 diagnostic fee. Just to look under the vehicle and say yes its normal or no its not. When I left I called my local Keller Chevrolet dealer in Hanford and spoke with the service department there, he confirmed with me over the phone that the A/C usually drains on the passenger side right above the transmission. That was over the phone. A simple question with a straight up answer. Sure, the advisor may have not known the answer, but it was a simple question he could have asked, but instead I felt the advisor told me about the diagnostic fee to deter me from getting any additional complaints addressed.All in all, I continue to be dissatisfied with the service from Liberty Chevrolet. And quite frankly, Chevrolet in general.

I was their to purchase a service agreement and not a soul to purchase from. I am so frustrated. I’m not going to stay in the easiest buyer to work with, but the fact that I felt like I was a burden on the sales associate, Art, when he was helping me really made buying a car difficult. I’m pretty straight forward with what I want but the man didn’t even try to talk to me. He used a mocking tone when we talked about my trade in value. Worst was the fact he tried to force me to sign a “talent waiver” that I was not comfortable signing. He kept saying it “had to be signed” and “everybody signs it” and it wasn’t until I said I wouldn’t buy the car that he let me pass on it. Outside of Art the dealership somehow put 2500 miles on the car in the 10 months they had it in the lot and didn’t even do a basic oil change before selling it. I was looking for a specific used car that is hard to find and the experience really knocked the wind out of me. Everyone else at the dealership was very nice, financing department was very efficient. I wish I would have had a better experience.

One thing I dread about vehicle shopping is feeling pressured and I didnt feel that at all! It is actually one of the reasons we have continued to return to purchase vehicles at the Selma Auto Mall. For me, Customer Service is paramount. For Liberty Chevrolet... I took my vehicle for a routine oil change on Tuesday morning. I dropped off the vehicle at 7 am and would have picked it up later that day, however, due to unforseen circumstances the dealer was not able to have my vehicle ready that day. There was a power outage in the area causing major inconvienences for the dealer and its customers. I was able to get in hold of someone at 2 pm on Tuesday and they explained that they shut down the service department for the day and I could expect a call on Wednesday for the status of my vehicle. The gentleman on the phone apologized and was very professional. I called on Wednesday to check the status of my vehicle and was told it was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving at the cashiers window I asked if there was any discounts or coupons they can apply for the inconvenience of not having my car delivered the previouse day, the cashier asked me to talk to Steve. I asked Steve if he could apply any discount or coupons and he checked with his boss and said since it was out of their control, there was nothing they could do. I was dissapointed and paid for the service. I understand that the poweroutage was out of the dealers control, however, they can control granting at least a 10% discount or even a complimentary oilchange for the next time I bring my vehicle in. I am a loyal customer and will continue to bring my vehicles in for service because of the convenience, however, after this, Im having doubts.

Came here with my son who is first time buyer there are no programs for young adults starting off. We had a down payment and trade in they insisted he needed a co signer even tho there was very high interest rate. Which not all young adults have co signer. There should be a program and some banks to help our young adults starting out. They did nothing to help not even trying to get him in a cheaper car. We ended up coming to Bakersfield Ford with Francisco who got my son into a vehicle. He was approved by two banks with liberty so be careful who you choose for a sales.person theyll either push the deal or not. Our was Arthur

I took my truck in because my transmission went out and it was covered by warranty. It took 5 months for me to get my truck back, everytime I called they said there was nothing they could do for me but wait. I got told that it was on its way and it turned out to be not true and that happened a few times. Finally I get my truck back and they leave me on empty, I still had to pay 100$, no trying to give me anything for how long it took. Oh they did give me a car detail and a free charger. The service manager was polite and nice when I called.

Horrible experience!! Went to liberty Chevrolet 2 weeks ago. To purchase a New truck that we seen online for a good price. We told them that we were already approved from a BANK many times. THEY went on and still checked my credit without my approval! I started getting Alerts of Hard inquiries on my credit report from 3 different bank companies and when i Brought it to their attention thats when they told me they didnt find my application from my bank in their system cudl. And their Excuse was, that they had to check my credit in their system. They did it without communicating the issue to me .. so furious!! They came back saying that I was approved by the bank that I wanted. I called my bank to ask them about my first approval and they had said that i had TWO applications approval on their system!! Not only that, they also add extra warranty on the contract without letting you know.Until we pointed it out thats when they tell you oh you dont have to purchase it. All the trucks are overpriced with extra add ons from the dealership. Too many Red flags! This dealership is shady and Liars!! Never again I will give my business to the Selma Auto Mall!!

LYING, DECEIVING, BAIT AND SWITCH. I had an appointment with Rene at 10:30 am. We spoke the night before about a lease and had specified what monthly amount the lease payment would be, how much down, etc. He showed me options of what cars qualify for this specific lease deal and the only thing I needed to figure out was what color vehicle I wanted. I get to the dealership on time for our appt to find out Rene is not there. Someone else helps me and goes over our previous text messages. He says none of the cars qualify for this lease and our agreed upon lease deal has now doubled in price/month. An ABSOLUTE complete waste of time, miles, gas, etc. The manager did nothing to take responsibility for the false information I was given by his salesman. It was a complete bait and switch. If you would like to waste your time then go here. If you would like to get stood up, ask for Rene.

Excellent service! Waiting time was shorter than expected. They provide flat screen TV for the customers like myself, but there is only 4 recliners available.. I was informed of my waiting time and what they were doing with my car. When it was done, technician came to me to let me know and what is my next step amd such. I couldnt believe how smooth the car was running, and the issues I had prior to getting the service was fixed. That made me so happy.. I have more issues that need fixing still.. Requested tire rotation in which it was not done. However it was marked on the receipt as it was. I requested to speak to a service technician and was told that tire rotation was done as the back tire was move to front and front to back. After he told me how it was done I told him and showed him that before I dropped of my truck I had marked the tire to make sure tire rotation was done. I wasnt happy with the whole experience. I feel like the sales team were not being as transparent as I would have expected. I do not like playing games and that is what it all seemed like. Just be honest and upfront about everything! It was frustrating and annoying how the deal was presented. Art was not bad, he was informative and nice. But Chris came off way too strong and pushy. If I wasnt in love with the car, we would have walked. I was happy with the finance team, both of them were great. And you cant beat the warranties that are offered. But I am not sure if I would go back to purchase another car. Maybe I would in the future if I deal with someone else from the sales team.

Not very organized the wait was longer than expected, my car wasnt ready to go when I traded in mine! They ended up checking my credit with absolutely no written or verbal consent after I already made it clear at least 6 times that I did not want it checked (bad previous experience with dealers). I had an appt at 1:00pm. When I made the appt, I notified the gentleman that I’d be dropping my car off early….around 12:30 since I’ll be on my lunch break. I was told that is fine. When I went to drop my car off, there wasn’t a service advisor to check me in. I went to the parts counter. The gentleman at the parts counter found a service advisor. The service advisor was a complete JERK! Told me in a sarcastic voice there is a drop box and that he’s on his lunch break. I replied that it was my first time getting my oil changed there, so I wasn’t aware of how things worked. He walked away very annoyed that he had to help a customer while on his lunch break. I explained to the cashier about what happened and that at Selma Honda, they aren’t closed during lunch break, so I was unaware that they’d be closed. I also was never told about the drop box. I also had oil handprints on the sides of my car. My car is brand new, so I keep it really clean. The person working on my car didn’t take care of my car and it is very upsetting. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Liberty Chevrolet for my future services. I will also not recommend your business to anyone rather tell them to go somewhere else.

They upsale the seal a jet to you claiming it’s the best. We took it in for it, when we picked it up we noticed 3 large scratches on the truck, we advised the sales manager right away and he said no problem just bring it in and we will take care of it. Brought the truck on & right away they said not we didn’t do that it’s from driving and a rock hitting it, which I find it hard to believe that a rock will hit at the places where it’s scratched. Would not recommend taking a car or truck to be services or repaired. Took my truck in to have stability track and traction control services. Also had rear truck door to be looked at as it would not open. The stability track and traction control was repaired however the rear door was broken by the technician. I was told they would check the door and advise me on what they found. When they came to me showing me what my cost would be the paperwork showed that they were charging me about 500 to 600 dollars to replace a broken latch on rear door. I asked what that was about since nobody came to tell me what they had found When checking the door. First they said that the technician broke the latch to get the door open. Then they came back and said that as they were taking the door apart that the latch just feel apart as they were working on the door. So I got 2 different stories. If they would have checked the door and came to me before breaking it I would have told them to just leave it as it was. So now I have a broken rear door that needs to have a new latch put on. I feel that Liberty should repair this at there own cost since they took it upon themselves to break the latch without checking with me first. I am a very unhappy customer who will never recommend there service to anyone. I feel that Liberty should be responsible and reach out to me to remedy the situation. My mother just recently purchased a brand new 2015 Chevy Silverado. As well as purchasing different warranties for her paint and engine etc. We made an appointment to get the vehicle serviced because she had left on a long trip for the holidays and we asked them if they can wash it and clean it on the inside and they told us we had to schedule an appointment for that type of service and they would not charge. So I believe like a week later we called and they told us for a basic clean it was going to be $40. Wow I purchased my vehicle at a different dealer with a 5 year warranty and every time I go to get it serviced I do not have to ask they just do it. I purchased my vehicle used and my mother purchased hers brand new! So much for getting your moneys worth right?

The most miserable experience purchasing a vehicle Ive ever had! Have purchased 21 vehicles in my life. Wouldnt go back there if they had the last truck on the planet for a dollar. Shopped my loan out to 14 places..got 11 hits on my credit. 6 hours later Didnt have a choice not to purchase because my credit was toast at that point and needed truck for my business the following day. And stuck with a 1000 a month payment. Save yourself some grief go Anywhere else!!

Bought a vehicle in January from this dealer and had nothing but problems. About two weeks ago my transmission on the vehicle went out and when I took it to the dealer to see if there was anything they would do for me since I was sold a terrible car, they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do to even help fix it. Its been nothing but issues and lies since I purchased from them and I definitely will never be going back to purchase any other vehicles and I also never recommend them to anybody I know.

Recently went in to take my Chevy Cruze to go get an oil change. I had made the appointment online as I had always done previously. When I took my car keep in my that I only took it for an “oil change” yet the mechanics went on further to diagnose my battery and service the other parts of my car. As I was driving home miraculously the “stability track light came on. Previous to this my car had NO ISSUES!!!!!! I’m very frustrated that my car is having issues and it cannot be turned on. My car is fairly new to be having these issues. I took my car to Michaels in Fresno and after the oil change nothing happened to my car. They should NEVER touch any parts of a car that the customer doesn’t request to be touched.Took my car again after having my car looked at again in January not even 3 weeks into it my car is having issues again of the oil leaking. I find it funny they respond back to other people on here but have not replied to the mess they have been putting me in. This place is only nice to you when you want to buy a car.

Terrible service, sold me a 2919 truck with a transmitían that is no good and do not want to replace the truck. I’ve taken the truck in to service three times first time technicians drive it, I’m assuming the felt the tug while driving because they felt they needed to reboot. Second time I took it in for the same problem that continued, technicians drive it and once again I’m assuming they felt the tug and found the solution went ahead and replaced the transition valve body. Third time in and the truck is still tugging while coming to a stop and now while accelerating as well. Technicians drive the truck and have no clue what I am talking about they do not feel the tug the truck is fine.

Take too much time.The sales guy didnt explain to me all my options.They sell to me options that I dont ask for it.A week later I have an answer from the owner I guessso I call back and I have a really unprofessional guy answer me the phone let me know that my deal was done and they can do nothing about it so I ended up with the $45,000 truck and not really happy about it .if you trying to buy a truck I recommend try different dealers so you can get the best deal.

Ok you asked...i am a first car buyer. I went in and I wanted to get the best deal possible.i fell in love with a 2016 Chevy Colorado.Asking price was 30k.The sales guy Eric helped get the process started. I traded in a 2008 tc scion and got 4k for it and agreed to put 2500 so all in all 6500. Well I agreed to monthly payments of 300 a month. A different guy came in shook my hand and was congratulations.i was so HAPPY. But then got into financial services to sign n they screwed me. I ended up putting 7500 in all n payments 475. I was livid. Since then iv had to take my truck in to replace Cadillac converter n I see the snake guy who screwed me over. Watch out ladies I even told Eric the guy who helped me that i didnt trust him. Ill get his name next visit. Beware hes a Hispanic man tall cheesy smile. Oh and he fades his hair!!! Stay far away from this guy. Hes a weasel in my opinion!!!

I went in there to get my daytime sensor on my dash fixed. the service guy had to clue on how much it was going to cost. he also said he had never encountered the problem.he wanted to charge be $300 dollars to fix it. i ended taking to Clovis and they took take care of fast and knew imeadetely on how to do it. i saved over $238 with them. i will never take my truck there ever!!!!!

Took vehicle in for service appt. waited two hours in a freezing waiting room with large screen TV tuned to CNN turned up very loud. I dealt with Arthur at Liberty Chevrolet, at 1st, he was typical salesman, but then he actually worked for me to help me get a deal on the car I wanted, numerous emails, texts, and we were able to finalize the deal.ALL ONLINE.when we arrived, again he was helpful, and made every effort to assist us,so for Arthur.. a big thumbs up!.but car was missing a key fob, ($100 later at local dealer)also rear tires had abnormal wear, for a car with 4000 miles.I suspect at some point, someone had switched the rear tires,again $300 later at tire store, and all is good,SO. currently Im waiting for title paper work to arrive in my state, so I can title the car in my name. additionally .. sales tax was collected in calif, and before I can title the car, my state MUST receive the sales tax, or I WILL HAVE TO PAY IT AGAIN!SO, in general .. Arthur, THANK YOU.dealer......... still waiting before I make a comment.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Husband and I drove with our 3 year old daughter 3+ hours to get a car that was promised to us (also I am 6 months pregnant). We get there to be told there was a small hiccup that is what the sales MANAGER had the nerve to tell us....that the car that was promised to us was sold to someone else. Sellers have no intention of helping out, they look in a bad mood not caring to sell and looked at me in an angry way, I was going to see the inventory on Colorados and had to look them from the outside. Also, they were way overpriced when I saw them at another Chevy dealer, it seems they selling you the (warranty offer ) to you instead of giving it like they advertise, Toyota down the block treated me even better, they made me feel welcome and made everything possible for me to consider making business with them so when Im ready to buy I definitely go to Toyota instead of this clowns.PS: LOOK FOR ANOTHER CAREER

Please noticed that is no physically price tag in the majority of the vehicles or on the website, the crook I mean the sales man came out and I asked the price of a used car he went inside to take fresh air and after a few min later comes back to tell me a higher number to a old ugly car/lots of miles ... Dont ever ever take a car to this service department I took my vehicle to them because it had a tranny problem. The service guy at first told me the vehicle dint have nothing that it needs to stay one more day I said okay the next day I call in still dint have nothing till like around 3 :30 he calls me back saying it was the torque converter. I was like okay is it still cover under factory warranty he said let me check he calls me back to tell me that is not because I need the service records from the original owner I was like that doesnt make no sence at all he said go back to the dealer where u bought it and tell them to fix okay I agreed but if is still has warranty why again he said u need the service records. So I went to pick up my vehicle instead. And I told him that what u were saying is wrong and he said Im not going to argued over this. Find I dint want to pay them at first but u know what I told my wife pay him before we get in putasos. The service advisor told me u better watch what your saying I was like do u even know what putasos mean he said yea your going to kick my ass. I was like thats not what it means but okay. This guy lie to gm putting on the service paper the tranny oil was dirty and it was missing 2 quarts of oil that I used violence against them not once did I do that I think I have right to explain myself and that I neglected the vehicle. bottom line if you guys dint want to work on the vehicle in the first place u should of said something not lie about everything that vehicle dint have. But this place had other customer behind me also complaining to them one customer was saying why are u guys taking so long to put a motor in. is being three months another one was like u guys did a oil change and its leaking oil from the filter. is this that kind of service technicians u guys hired that dont know what they are doing. Everyone on here complaining has a Spanish name that does tell u something about this place. Not only did u guys also scratch my glove compartment and dont want to take responsibility for it. I want a refund this was bad service i took my vehicle for a second inspection and they found it was a faulty torque converter they dint find the oil dirty or that it was missing 2 quarts it was cover under the factory warranty and it was fix we will never purchased a vehicle again from chevy bad costomer service nothing but little kids working that dont know what they are doing we have purchased like six vehicle from u guys but not no more Will take our business to clovis instead

I brought a vehicle in for a prepurchase inspection, and the car was given a clean bill of health. However, there were numerous issues with the vehicle that required fixes such as exhaust leaks, a broken oil pressure sensor ($500), charred wires that were sitting on top of the exhaust manifold, and a nearly broken starter ($600). The first three items should have been identified during the inspection at a minimum.

People were friendly, but results were not good. I had recently taken the vehicle in to my local dealer (Ellensburg, WA) to diagnose a “check engine” light. After having my vehicle for several days, I was charged $1800. Driving to California ( on vacation), the “Check Engine” light again appeared. Taking my vehicle to Liberty Chevrolet, I was told that Windy Chevrolet in Ellensburg had not diagnosed properly. I declined to have Liberty try their hand at repairs. I was charged $300.Upon my return to Ellensburg, Windy Chevrolet charged me another $120 to replace the part that Liberty diagnosed.
