Called at 7am In the morning spoke to Pete. I got a quote nobody could beat. Where everybody else was 60$ to $100 more. They were sociable polite and I even got a front windshield with a tint which is even better and it only took an hour and half this place is A+ my dodge nitro never looked so good!!!!

This is my second time at this shop. Hands down the best place to repair your windshield chips. Peter is an extremely polite person with a very warm personality. You would get first-class service here. The repairs are beyond expectation. He stands behind his work and expresses that as if he is promising to his closest friend.This is a place you do not want to be in, specially if you are a car guy like me, but if you have to, then Liberty Auto Glass is the only place you want to take your car for glass repair.

This place is beyond amazing!! PETE & LINDA are the best. Super kind and helpful and the prices are amazing. I hope I dont need another windshield replacement but if I do I would ONLY come back here. I got quoted at a couple different places and because I have a sensor windshield every quote I got was 500+!! Talked to Pete and got a quote for $350 and immediately scheduled my appt. I got there at 9am and they had me out by 1045am. Their services and customer service was EXACTLY what I was hoping for and I got it. Thank you guys again so much, you will be referred to everyone I know!

Was suggested to come here from a neighbor after getting my window smashed in by a rock and was extremely satisfied with the fix.Scheduled the same day with Pete and was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. The woman in the front was super helpful and sweet and the guys did a good job on my window replacement. It’s not a perfect match but it’s good enough and does the job.

BEST SERVICE EVER!! These people are the absolute best! I’m 23 years old coming from the east coast completely new to the area only to be turned down by Safelite. Everyone there is amazing, specifically Royal. He replaced my windshield and to go above and beyond helped me reinstall my dashcam! I called Liberty after my passenger window was broken to facilitate theft. They were the first place I called because the reviews were great. My experience on the phone with Pete was so positive, I did not call any other company. They found the glass needed to repair my car within 15 minutes, despite the fact that the car can be difficult to locate parts for, as it is older and not many were produced. I dropped the car off late in the afternoon and they told me it would be ready the next day. It was ready before closing that same day. The work was outstanding, the customer service was unparalleled, the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend and would use this repair shop in a heartbeat. I got windshield cracked when driving on highway. And i didnt buy protection package from dealer for this new car. My deductible on my insurance is too high so they didnt pay for it. Progressive insurance sent me to Safelite Autoglass to get it replaced but they dont have any available until next week while the windshield cracked bigger and faster. I search online and found this shop near my workplace, i called them first and the lady at front desk who answered the phone was so nice and friendly, she told me bring the car in to get a quote. I brought in, and guys work here are so friendly and helpful, Peter comes and check my car then give me the price thats so good, save me $400 from Safelite and he could order the glass and get it done next day, my car needs calibration as well. I dropped off my car in the morning and its done in around 2 hours. I recommend this shop to anybody wants to get your auto glass and windshield done. I appreciate you guys for saving me money and time.

Someone broke into my car. The experience is jarring. I called my insurance company and they were going to recommend me a place that could fix it in one week! I called Liberty glass, not only was their prices less expensive than my insurance company’s recommendation, they were able to fix the same day and I received excellent customer service. They are very attentive to the phone lines. I wouldn’t want my auto glass broken again, but if this happens, I will go back to this place because of their friendly service.

Someone broke into my Mercedes sprinter van, I called and got a quote over the phone. They replaced the window in about an hour and cleaned up all of the broken glass. Its New Years weekend! Even the glass supplier is closed. One of the auto glass specialists I called said good luck trying to get it done today. I called Liberty and the sweet gal on the phone said we close early today, but I can get you in in 20 minutes. Isaid Im on my way. I get to the shop and the team is waiting for me in the bay. Liberty Glass did a great job on my truck windshield and I couldn’t be happier with every aspect of their service. Linda in the front office had a quote for me within hours of making a request (even though I made it after hours). They had the windshield size in stock and were able to offer me options and compare the price difference between original and aftermarket glass. The technician, Peter who worked on my truck was polite and courteous when I dropped it off at the shop. I had previously made an appointment with a mobile service but canceled because of scheduling conflicts, and I’m glad I did. Peter found some damage from a water leak and contacted me to report it. He sent me some pictures of the damage and then told me how he was going to fix it. I doubt a mobile tech would have been able or willing to do that!! Even with that additional repair, the windshield was replaced quickly and the price they quoted me didn’t change. I highly recommend Liberty Auto glass for their awesome customer service and great pricing.

We have never had windshield chips or cracks, but have spent time in AZ recently and were the lucky recipients of two rocks kicked up on AZ freeways. The resulting chips/stars were smaller than an inch and were fixed quickly by Liberty. They were upfront about pricing and said that one of the repairs might not work well due to the thin windshield glass (thanks, Tesla).The repairs look better than we expected! The employees at Liberty were friendly and very helpful.There were two people ahead of us when we arrived and the woman at the front desk took time to welcome us and say she would help us soon. Our rental was broken into while on vacation in San Diego. We were so bummed to have this happen to us. We called a lot of places to see how we could get the car fixed in time and for a fair price. Upon calling Liberty Auto Glass, we were pleasantly greeted over the phone and were able to acquire a price and time to repair the vehicle: Everything from there moved so quickly between dropping the car off on a short notice and getting a call to come retrieve it, that it left us in bewildered to the fact. In a world after Covid, one’s expectations have diminish in the service we now receive everywhere we go. The staff at Liberty auto glass were so efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. This place is fully deserving of its glowing reviews. Not only did they quote me the lowest rate in the rather helpful Yelp quote request feature, they immediately accommodated me when I called and drove in on short notice, and finished installing my new windshield within an hour. Furthermore, I had last replaced my windshield in TJ where the place had done a hack glue job of my trims, and I thought Id have to order new trims to replace them. But thankfully the Liberty folks managed to carefully peel off and restore them in working order, and even replaced the top broken trim free of charge. Had my windshield replaced same day and was very pleased with the work and the time it took. Originally went in the am and was told they had to order a different windshield since my model Subaru was a different design. They honored the original qoute and I came back a couple hours later and I was able to wait in the lobby while it was being worked on. Would recommend to anyone looking for a windshield replacement. Quick and easy! Had to replace my whole rear windsheild due to a mad man bashing it in with a baton! I called around too, and they were the cheapest and most professional. No appointment needed, just called ahead of time and let them know what kind of vehicle I had and went in the next day. Keep in mind though they are not a mobile service, so they can not come to you.

I got my car broken into on a Tuesday afternoon. I’m a construction worker and luckily my tools weren’t stolen but I couldn’t stay. A rock hit my windshield a few weeks ago and made a nasty crack that instantly grew to a size beyond repair. I have a new Kia so I had called the dealership for a quote and since they dont replace windshields, they directed me to All Star. I was on the phone with them for a good 10 minuets giving them information on my car. The estimate they gave me was just under $500. I was horrified. I started calling around again to repair shops and took my car to 3 different places basically begging them to repair the crack but it was too big. There is no way $500 was in my budget so I kept calling around and finally found Liberty Auto Glass. I called and spoke with Pete who gave me an estimate that was HALF of what All Star was going to charge. He also said he would come to my location and could be there the next day. I was in total disbelief and told him I would call him back. I was sure something was wrong with the info and he must be mistaken. I even told him that the other company was twice as much and I thought he has something wrong. I called him later that day and asked him if he changed his mind on the price yet. He politely laughed at me and told me he was confident in his price which was exactly $249. He was able to come to my office in Mission Valley the next day. He showed up on time with his lovely assistant and everything needed and had the job complete in less than 30 minuets. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, fast and did good work! I was so impressed and so happy that I found them. I cant thank you guys enough. You made it a pleasant and easy experience. 24 hours after my child got her license, she backed into a storage overhang in a carport and shattered the back glass of our car. Less than 24 hours after that happened, we have our car back and it looks like nothing ever happened to it.Our experience with Liberty Auto Glass was amazing and I feel fortunate we reached out to them. There were many options to choose from that were closer to where we live but this place was absolutely worth the drive. The staff got back to me quickly when we first called, they gave me a great price, they got the work done quickly and they cleaned out all of the broken glass from inside the vehicle. We had a basket in the cargo area that had glass and they had even cleaned this out.My daughter felt horrible after it happened. When she went with me to drop the car off, the staff there reassured her things like this can and do happen, even to experienced drivers. I walked out to my car and had a tree branch shattered my entire window- I got on the phone with insurance/safelite and they were not able to fix it for over a week. in which my car was almost not drivable. I use my car for work and looked up the first place to get repair. The lady in the office was so amazing and helped walk me through the steps to get authorization from my insurance to get repaired at her location and got me in within 2 hours that SAME day. Pete and the crew at Liberty are the best around. I had a cracked windshield and a problem with my side window not rolling up/down properly. I told Pete it was a bad motor in my side window so he special ordered the part. I left my car overnight and got a call the next morning. They replaced the windshield and told me it wasnt a side window motor, but just the switches that were bad. Super easy to fix and much cheaper. They didnt charge me for the part they had to order and explained how to change the switches myself because its so easy. Pete even took the time to clean the contacts on the master switch in an effort to get it to respond a little better. Windshield work was perfect and about half the price of the big name windshield repair comany. Save yourself time and just go here. Thank you Pete and everyone at Liberty!

Look no further, go with LAG. Originally from North county SD I was passing through this side of town, found this place via yelp The woman at the front desk was super courteous, responsive 💯. She took me in last minute 1630 and I was even 10 minutes late. I had been driving around for weeks with my windshield screaming probable cause sweatin it every mile dreading daylight. My windshield got hit hard on the freeway going N15, and there was a big 15 star crack on window. So I quickly searched a windshield repair, and I called Liberty Auto. They gave me a competitive quote, saw me the next day and it was finished in 1 hour.They were courteous, allowed to stay inside when it was 90 degrees outside and offered me something to drink. The technicians were respectful of my Escape and gave me the dos and donts after installing the windshield.Id go back there.

I have nothing but good things to say about Liberty Auto Glass. Their prices are competitive, they are conveniently located, and they were super quick. I got a quote from them in a matter of minutes, and was able to pick a time and day to get my windshield replaced. My windshield was pitted from sand and had a crack and I must say it’s so nice to have a fresh windshield. The service was great and they finished everything within 30 minutes!! These guys are amazing. They helped us dealing with questions we had with our insurance. They ordered the glass immediately and replaced it right away. They did such a careful job, that we didnt need Honda to recalibrate all the sensors in the windshield. Saved us a lot of money and hassle. Highly recommend Liberty Glass!!!

My husband drives an older car, 2000 Honda Civic. We called them at 10:30 am asking if they could replace the passenger side window after someone smashed it the night before. They didnt have the glass in stock right then, but placed an order and had it rushed over so we could get it replaced ASAP. We had a new window and drove away by 2pm. Nice employees that were professional but not stuffy. And it was much more affordable than other places quoted us.A week later the window fell off the track. I called and asked them what to do. They had me bring the car back and put the window back on its track FOR FREE.They are now a contact in my phone so I can refer anyone who ever needs their services.

While driving on the freeway a truck threw a rock and it took a gash out of the windshield! Then with the temperatures fluctuating so much, I was concerned it was going to spider out. I really didnt want to have to replace the entire windshield so I called and they were able to take us same day for a repair! Couldnt recommend enough - just do come here for your needs!!! Not only was the work and service top notch, but Pete saved the family vacation! Our laminated passenger window was broken out on the 4th of July while vacationing in San Diego, and he not only picked up the phone call on the 4th, but offered to meet me up at the shop to drop it off, lock it up, and start working on it the next morning. This was SO appreciated two fold: I didnt want to park it on the street at an airbnb overnight with no window, and we were traveling to Disneyland the next day and REALLY didnt want to drive with a bag the whole way! Not only was I so impressed that Pete answered the phone on a holiday, but he stood by his word and everything he explained was exactly how it happened. The gameplan was that the window would get to his shop around 11am, and he would have it done by noon. Sounds very best case but its exactly what happened! I even got a 20 minute heads up that it was about to be done! So we only lost a couple hours on our vacation agenda and still made it to Disneyland the same day the window was replaced 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Pete and the team absolutely killed it, from the call and meet up on the holiday, to slamming out the work the very next day and getting us on our way - super impressive and I couldnt be happier!

This shop is top notch. Someone knowledgeable answered my initial phone call, expertly guided me with useful information and immediately texted me directions to their shop. When I arrived at the at shop, I was immediatley taken care of. Even though I did not have a specific appointment it felt as though they were expecting me which to me is sign of great communication amongst the office. The shop looks clean and professional. The cost estimate given over the phone was accurate as was the wait time. The shop manager even went above and beyond by helping me clean up a scuff mark on my car something she absolutely did not have to do but she helped me out. The new windsheild looks great. I would highly recommend them.
