We bought a new car from Lexus of Woodland Hills. I contacted Mr. Jay Navard, Fleet and Internet Sales Manager, and he found the exact car that I have been searching at 5 other Lexus dealerships. He is straight forward with selling price and offered a competitive price. While waiting for the car to arrive,Jay kept me updated on whereabouts and best estimated date of arrival. Indeed, after 10 days, I received a call from him to pick up our longed waited Lexus TX 550h plus(dream car). Upon arrival, he greeted us and took us to the car, which is well prepared and super clean. We drove home on new car. We appreciate great hospitality of Lexus of Woodland Hills and want to send a big THANK YOU to Jay for a hassle-free car purchasing experience and for his outstanding customer service!

About a year ago I came to Lexus of Woodland Hills for the first time and I’ve been advised by Hector since.He provided me with a priority list of recommendations for repairs to be made in order to have a reliable and excellent running car again.Every time I picked up my car I could feel the difference in the performance compared to before. A week ago was the last part of the repairs finished which is the biggest difference yet.Driving is truly an amazing experience now. The whole car preforms effortless and sound! LOVE, LOVE IT!!Hector has a broad knowledge of my precious 91 Lexus LS 400 which is extremely valuable to me and I greatly appreciate that!! I can always count on him and the technician without fail! Also, he provides excellent customer service!!In a nutshell: he is THE BEST!!Thank you very much for your advice and all your help!!Of course I am recommending Lexus of Woodland Hills to anyone not just family and friends!

Darius is an awesome salesperson and makes good on his promises. I appreciate the fact he answered all my questions kindly and professionally as well as followed through on letting me know when the car was available. Ive been to a lot of Lexus dealerships in the area recently and my experiences have been unpleasant; sales are either too pushy or seem like theyre doing me a favor to sell me a car. Id rather do the extra drive to do business with people who respect their customers.

Hector, the service advisor, the technician and the manager take PROMPT & EXCELLENT CARE of my precious 91 Lexus LS 400!! I had a great experience at Woodland Hills Lexus when buying my new car. Trent was my sales consultant and was beyond helpful. When he couldnt find an NX 350 hybrid with the color and features I wanted, he steered me to the NX 450 plug-in hybrid which was basically the same price after the rebates the dealership was providing. I couldnt be happier. Trent provided on-going follow-up after my purchase and I met with him again to review certain features of the car and answer several questions I had.

A month ago I had a great car buying experience at Lexus of Woodland Hills up until my car was serviced for due bill. Technically due bill had one item but before leaving the dealership the day of my purchase detail messed up my paint on my hood. I made an appointment to return and get the two items fixed. When my car was returned after working on the due bill there was certain things on my car that werent there before. My grill was covered in thick layers of dust that I tried to clean off. In addition my car was driven over 60 miles which I asked for an explanation for the miles and really got no explanation.Sales build such a HIGH standard for customer service but it was evident that after making the sale my other concerns after purchase didn’t matter. I made contact with sales manager Gus Briones who initially made contact with me through text messages but Gus never took the time to acknowledge my calls or texts. I spoke to another sales manager Brian Nguyen and he was helpful at first but when I pointed out the other things that weren’t there on my car when I dropped it off he dismissed it like it was no big deal like I need to settle for what they can do for me.I didn’t go in blazing guns but I did make a 30k plus cash purchase and wanted the things that weren’t on my car when I dropped it off fixed. It mattered to me. Plus, I’m 3 hours away and had to take time off from work.I dealt with Sergio in service in which with all sincerity he seems pretty genuine and tries to make it right and I am content he doesn’t work on my car nor tries to sabotage customers vehicles in any way but detail and the body shop they take it to does Joe blow work.I got my car back with a full tank of gas and it was detailed but the grill still had hard dust on it and damage now from trying to remove it. I did point it out to Sergio and other things. He offered to take it back to detail but it shouldn’t had been on there since that was the whole point of taking it back and getting it done right. There’s no way I trust detail and the body shop with my car at Lexus of Woodland Hills anymore.All I want is to enjoy my car HOW I INITIALLY PURCHASED IT with one item on due bill which was getting the rims re-done ONLY. I will be going to corporate and filing a complaint to California bureau of automotive and to other resources needed to make this right.* IN REGARD TO YOUR REPLY FROM 4/19/2024(ALSO ATTACHED PICS OF OVERSPRAY STILL ON AREAS)WOW. I’m in disbelief after reading your reply. Now I’m getting the guilt trip for damages your service department caused on my vehicle and having to go above and beyond to repair AND had THREE ATTEMPTS to make it right and I still have overspray in areas I pointed out. Not to mention the lies and dismissing “your best efforts”. Look at the videos! I sure as heck can’t make this stuff up. You expect me to be okay with your attempts to make it right but damages are still there. I would LOVE for you to be in my shoes and settle for what can be done. What are you all smoking??? Geez! I still can’t comprehend how incompetent your Joe blow crew is and how it’s allowed. This is why I avoided going to a corner dealership. We spoke to Nikolay Oparin twice. The first time he showed more interest and helped us with test drives of RX and TX models. A few personal remarks about my family relations were not appropriate, but were ok overall. The second time he seemed particularly irritated so as to say so, youll test drive and not buy again?. This was insulting. In fact, I repeated myself when I said that we do not want to test drive, but to see the particular VIN model I emailed him about earlier. Apparently, this VIN was not on the lot. Nikolay admitted that when he replied Yes to my inquiry about this car being in their inventory, he did not bother to check the inventory for the VIN. So, we wasted 2 hours driving to Woodland Hills. So, we asked to look for a similar RX and he pulled a TX model for us to view. A miscommunication again. In the meantime, Nikolay was sighing and rolling eyes as if we were the nuisance. We decided to cut the meeting short. Thanked him for his precious time and left. We do not recommend this place and Nikolay as the salesman.

They did a good job on how we wanted to proceed with S Class purchase. We drive maseraties so our standards are higher but they tried so hard to make everything work for both parties. Generally we are happy with our purchase. David was a good sale person. They even came to our house to sign the papers which we expected nothing less! Thank you. Wasted me and my partners time. Twice.1) Went there for test drives and they locked the keys in the safe and couldnt get them out, waited around before we finally left.2) Scheduled for an appointment the next few days for a test ride instead3) Arrived at the appointment time and was sat for so long that they closed.4) After the fact we waited till they were closed, I was told that my license isnt eligible for a test drive because it is not from the US. I never had this issue with any other dealerships Ive visited here.Never going to this location again.

I recently came in for my maintenance service appointment. Maria helped me and she was friendly, efficient, and professional. I appreciated her help and patience in answering my questions and clearing up some confusion I had about my car. The service itself was projected to take 1-2 hours, but it only ended up taking 45 minutes. I was super pleased with that. I sat at one of the high chairs inside and another employee passing by (wish I got his name) was kind enough to offer me a bunch of refreshments while I waited. I’ve only been with Lexus for 4 years, but I can confirm that this kind of care and attention has been consistent overtime. This extends to their salesmen as well who do their best to fight for what you want - I’ve only had positive experiences (special shoutout to Nikola). Lexus WH has always done an excellent job at taking care of me whenever I’m in and I’m grateful. I can’t recommend them enough.

Got an oil change here a little over a year ago. Things would seem normal until I actually had to drive my car a couple days later to LA. When I got to my shop, unloaded my car, and started it back up I noticed it was running awfully. They hadn’t tightened the oil bolt all the way down and my oil leaked all over my garage floor. This is something I’d expect from a Walmart service center. Now I’m giving them two stars since they did replace my spark plugs for free and give me another oil change after making sure my car was okay in ‘their eyes’. I have since sold this car to be safe, and the only reason I’m posting this a year later is due to Alexis calling me every month telling me to come get another service.

I did a ton of research before finding my car- months worth, keeping my eye on prices and models I was interested in. I’ve bought and sold many cars, mostly privately, but there was a newer Lexus I wanted on the lot listed for a very competitive price. I’m normally very skeptical of dealerships but this place defied my expectations in the best ways.I worked with Kami primarily and only have great things to say about her, she’s awesome, but everyone I spoke with and dealt with made the transaction easy. My trade-in price was very fair, even though I was intending to sell it myself they made it not worth the hassle.When we were looking at the lightly used car I ended up buying, Kami pointed out some curb rash I didn’t even see initially and told me they’d take care of that, but their wheel repair person had left for the day. I bought the car and didn’t get that in writing, despite being a lawyer who should know better, but Kami came through and the dealership was more than happy to honor their word even a month later. I’d definitely recommend someone looking for a Lexus consider shopping here because the people are great.

Service was done Sep 1st 2022, i only wrote this review now because they kept calling me to come back.My car was bought here and the previous owner had been taking the car here all 10 years before I bought it. So I decided to continue and I came here for a couple of years for my cars regular service. It was always more expensive than other services but I felt it was worth it. I felt the service associate Peter Marino, really cared and truly made sure my car was in good shape, calling out all immediate repairs needed and those that could wait for now and keep an eye on.My last visit Peter, who had been taking care of me all the previous times had been promoted so I got a new service associate (I think his name was Ly) and with the new person they riped me off $240 and did nothing! They supposedly did the 110,000 mile service and the report came back supposedly all good. My car is not new, there were known problems like suspension leaking, trunk supports weak... All things that had been noted and kept an eye on from my first visit, including pictures . This last visit they obviously did nothing. I didnt get the report until I asked for it and In the report everything magically was all good and when I asked the mechanic admitted they didnt even remove the tires. I mean really, this guy was too lazy to even look at their own service history? And they wanted to charge me an extra $400 to just look into the noise complaint that I had reported.So in the end I got riped off $240 for a simple oil change cause they obviously didnt do any of the other things listed in the service.So really know who you are working with at this service. There was at least one really good service associate and one really bad one.By the way, ended up going to a different mechanic - diagnostic of the noise problem free of charge.So in short never wasting my money again going to this Lexus dealership.

SCAM AND FRAUD ALERT. STAY AWAY.I came to this dealership to lease a vehicle, and I was given a definite price through text messages from a sales person there. When I went to sign the lease, they refused to confirm the pay-off amount in writing in case I want to purchase the vehicle, and claimed this is not an option. I refused to pick up the vehicle after consulting a friend who is a lawyer. I called informed the salesperson that I WILL NOT CONTINUE THE PURCHASE, AND THEY SHOULD CANCEL THE DEAL.I went to another Lexus dealership who was clear, honest and trustworthy. They gave me the pay-off amount written, and made the whole process easy and smooth, so they earned my business.The weird thing is that Woodland Hills Lexus claimed that I picked up the vehicle from them which is a clear fraud and scam. I called Lexus Financials to report such dishonest and fraud activity by this dealership. Lexus Financials were shocked to hear such incident, and its now under investigation. Im sure Woodland Hills are acting the same dishonest way with other customers. Stay away from that dealership for your safety.

Beware of these guys. I got ripped off badly here and wish I had brought my lawyer. The car had a nasty scribble next to the gas tank and other scratches and Jason assured me it wasn’t there when they inspected the vehicle but could not produce a photo of that part of the car. Kathy K, the finance lady, added thousands in finance fees that I did not agree to with the salesperson and had me sign electronically for the purchase before I could see the fees. Then she pushed relentlessly to sell me the extended warranty. These guys are the reason for the pejorative term “used car sales guy”.

Fantastic service! I spent hours calling many dealerships trying to get decent quotes over the phone and Lexus of Woodland Hills beat everyones prices by a long shot instantly! Ash was very helpful and helped me set up a deal over the phone. He even drove an hour away to pull the exact spec I wanted from a different dealer! The following day I had noticed a small blemish on the roof, when I brought it back the general manager, Patrick immediately took care of it. He sent the car directly to detail and told me that he will make sure the roof is perfect no matter what it takes. I took the car for oil change service on April 18 2024 to Lexus of Woodland hills. Before I get in the tire sign was not on. Once I got the car back the tire sign was on so I though that its because that they just put air in the tires to adjust tire pressure and if I drive for a while the sign would go off. This usually happens especially in LA when there is a vast temperature difference at night vs. day and by driving a little the tire sign can go away. After some days the tire sign didnt go away so I stopped by at a mechanic shop to check the tire pressures but they were in the right range. I started looking into the display setting and noticed that I can not even see the tire pressure numbers so I took the car to Lexus and I was told that there is charge for inspection of tire sensors and fixing the sensors can cost around $1000. I spoke to Luis the Director and mentioned how the issue happened at Lexus as once I got my car the tire pressure was on but the dealership refuses to accept responsibility and fix the problem even though the issue happened at their facility while was my car was being serviced. I spoke with couple of ither people and they mentioned how they had a similar experience as if once they get their car back from the service, right away something gets broken and they need to go back as if it is being done intentionally by the dealership on your car to make you go back and spend more money on fixing issues that they actually created.

David Higgins is the best salesperson I have worked with in a long time and this revision to my review in no way reflects on him, it was a management failure.Ive changed my review from an initial 5 star to a 1 star due to management decision to not honor contractual obligations to fix an item on the car. I left messages for Sean Fortier the General Manager, whom I never spoke to since he didnt return my calls. Instead of resolving the issue after having my car for several weeks addressing other items which were not done correctly, the offer to return the car and unwind the whole deal was offered by Gus (General Sales Manager). Upon consideration of how I was being treated as a new customer to this dealership, I took Gus up on the offer and gave the car back, cancelling the whole deal. I will never buy another car from Lexus WH and if I hadnt driven 60 miles to get the car, I would have many friends to share my disappointment and encourage them not to buy there.If you read this and still opt to visit or purchase from LWH, please ask for David Higgins, as for that you wont be sorry!

I bought a used Honda here at Lexus of Woodland Hills. Thinking it’s a Lexus dealer for sure the car would be straight with no issues other then noted. They assured me that the car was CARFAX free of any issues. Once I got the car home 2 1/2 hours away and noticed during daylight hours that the rims were seriously damaged and attempted to cover up with spray paint. They did send someone out to repair the rims and I will admit they are better then before. However I also pointed out the damage to the front bumper with overspray, missing bolts and all. Clearly this vehicle had front end damage and was painted to cover it up. The masking tape was still on the bumper. This should have been on the CARFAX report but better yet there is NO way their mechanics did their multipoint inspection and didn’t notice this. The clear give away is under the hood and under the front end where the black plastic is hanging low. Didn’t notice that at the dealers the night I purchased the vehicle. I specifically asked it it was a clean vehicle. He said well the CARFAX is clear so of course it is. Haven’t heard anything back on that issue.As a response to Lexus comment. I did not talk to or hear from any of your managers about The bumper being painted or repaired.***Update 2-27-2021***Still haven’t heard from anyone at Lexus. I haven’t heard from or talked to any manager named Thomas Sanchez or anyone else. I guess it looks good to put a response full of lies to make it seem as the consumer is the problem.

Today, I arrived at the Lexus Woodland Hills for a scheduled interior and exterior details. I also decided to purchase a set of mats (4) so that either a technician or my favorite service advisor Mr. Ly would install it for me because he is very knowledgeable with an in-depth Lexus car hands-on experience.I took a few photos, one particular photo with a dirty door handle prior to the details so that I could compare the before and after the details.I am extremely pleased to see the huge difference when I came to pick up my car. See the photo of my car that looks like a new (inside and outside). From now on, I will not go anywhere, but this Lexus dealer for the details and services because the price of $144.95 for the interior and exterior details is very good, while the quality of the details is far more better than many places I went in the past. When I drove to home, the fragrance inside of my car is very pleasant.In short, the $144.95 for the the interior and exterior details is a big bargain.If you have a quick service, you can wait at the lobby or a rest area ( see a few photos), and enjoy some cookies and drink, for instance, a variety of coffee latte, cappuccinos, chocolate drink, hot coffee, and some etc., while watching TV.

I started looking for a 22 NX 350h at the beginning of February. I reached out to all the Lexus dealerships in LA and its vicinity and my experience was...less than ideal. All of the dealerships turned me away saying they wont have the specific model Im looking for in stock for 6-9 months, some asked for my credit application without any idea about their incoming inventory and one even accusing me of causing tire damage during a test drive.... I was able to get a test drive with the non-hybrid model within a few hours from when I reached out to them through the phone AND they delivered it to my home. 2 days later I was able to sign my papers and put down a deposit - and my car was with me 10 days later! It was a headache the whole week back and fourth avoiding me no response...i told them I didnt trust their body shop to get this repaired then they said get an estimate where I wanted I did that then they didnt want to pay they offered half of the repair costs I said no way why should I pay for the damage they caused then they had said they wanted to see the car when it was repaired I said it was fine but they didnt want to pay...I had to involve my insurance company to get my car repaired was a headache Id never trust my car at this dealership again...at all the other dealerships I been to they always take pictures of the vehicle when I drop it off very dissapointed.

So it was time for Hubby to get a new car and his immediate go-to car was the 2022 Lexus NX 350 AWD F-Sport Car. Typically, hes attracted to sedans but he wanted to open up his horizons and get a SUV. He was very specific on the type of details he wanted; for example, it needed to be white, black interior, etc.. After calling multiple Lexus dealerships and actually checking out a couple in person, he was not finding what he wanted. While leaving the Van Nuys dealership, I had mentioned to him about the one in Woodland Hills. Since he was already in the valley, he drove over. He was able to find the car that he wanted!!! It literally has EVERYTHING he wanted. My experience with Lexus of Woodland Hills was phenomenal! Granted, Im not a difficult customer to please, nor am I the pickiest, but I knew what I wanted and did thorough research. Given current conditions on car availability, I was concerned about getting something Id like and the price point. But Nikolay and the staff at Lexus of Woodland Hills made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I met with him to test drive a Lexus ES 300h. Nikolay was not pushy, and was honest with me about what would be available or what was coming from the assembly plant in Kentucky. Even when I told him that I needed to contact a specific lender, he did not try to dissuade me or force me into a sale that same day. Although the test drive vehicle was sold later that night, Nikolay told me of the next similar vehicle that would come through, one with an interior I wanted the most - Palomino. He worked to get me the car at MSRP (dealer was looking to sell $3k over MSRP because interior color is popular). I told him if he could sell it to me at MSRP, I would come there after work and put a down payment. Nikolay said it would take about a month for the car to be delivered, and he was right! I reached out to him a couple of times to get updates about the cars progress, to which Nikolay provided the best info available since the factory doesnt give details or exact dates to the dealers. Between Nikolays gentle approach and honesty from start to finish, and a very smooth, comfortable process in finance with Donna, getting my new car was an enjoyable experience.To add to this, I found out after my initial test drive visit that one of my colleagues got their new Lexus NX450h earlier in 2022 at Lexus of Woodland Hills through Nikolay as well, and she had a great experience. This just solidified my trust in him and the dealership. There are three other Lexus dealerships that are closer to me, but I am glad I chose Lexus of Woodland Hills for my new car. #soldbyNikolay

The minute I walked in I was greeted by Adela and she held my hand every step of the way. She was caring and genuine and made me feel very comfortable. Terrible. Brought my car in for a recall. They addressed that, but also did a full inspection oh the car and suggested $1600 of work .. most of service was not needed at all. I declined the work. After getting my car home, I realize that they did not reach the flap under my car (or didnt notice it during their inspection ??). I went back to ask them to get the flap attached and they have me a run around .. would not do it. They tried to tell me I had driven 3000 miles .. but it had only been less than 100 since seeing my regular mechanic before I went to then. Lies? Errors recording milage? Made a deal over the phone in 1 hour. Then everything with south after that. They fed ex the contract and added extra services on it that we did not agree to. Said no big deal we will take them off and send a new contract. It took 5 days for them to send it. We got the contract Friday night sent it and the 43k check on Monday. Very disappointed with my customer service experience at Lexus of Woodland Hills. I worked with Patrick McGown, who was a poor representative for this dealership. He was incredibly rude, tried to use high pressure sales tactics, and ultimately killed the sale because of his poor behavior. I was prepared to buy the car on Friday. I live out of town, in San Diego, and could not be there until the end of the week. I am in the military, so unfortunately my schedule is not as flexible as Id like, the absolute soonest I could be there to buy the car would be Friday. I told Patrick I would be there Friday to buy the car. He was very rude in response, and told me that it was the end of the month and I needed to be there today if I wanted to get the car for the advertised price, because he needed to meet sales numbers. He kept saying presence is your power. Be here today and Ill get you a deal. I informed him that I couldnt be there until Friday. I live in San Diego and am in the Navy, I cant drive up two hours to the LA area on a whim to buy a car. Patrick didnt seem to understand that and kept telling me I needed to be there that day. Ultimately, his behavior killed this sale, and will prevent me from buying a car from this dealership in the future. The customer service I received from Woodland Hills Lexus was very poor and disappointing from a seemingly reputable dealership. I would recommend that you work with a dealership that doesnt use such high pressure sales tactics and has a higher standard of customer service from its sales reps.

I can’t say enough good things about Lexus of Woodland Hills!!!! This was the third dealership that I went to looking for a specific car, and the other two were horrible. I drove two hours to get there, and everyone there was so nice and helpful. My salesman Nicolay was so patient with me, showing me the car features, etc., and let me take my time making this big decision. The finance guy, Shayan, was awesome too! He was straight forward and pleasant. So, YES, I would recommend this dealership. Ten stars!!!!
