Today I purchased a Mini Countryman S ~ JCW matte black with all the bells and whistles. I would like to thank Ben for his exceptional service. From the point of contact via telephone through us meeting in person, Ben was super informative, knowledgeable, honest, attentive, & genuinely cared! I reached out the dealership yesterday and Ben provided me a FaceTime test drive and went over the entire car while being patient an answering my 55,000 questions Laugh Out Loud. I appreciate his professionalism and him providing me with a superb deal. If you want a good car buying experience please ask for BEN:) Thank you Ben for going above and beyond for me with my new cute MINI SUV.

I am really Happy with the purchase made from Texas for Lexus es300h blue. From the starting sales person Johnny was very helpful and kept me posted on each and every updates.Also the sales manager Christian was very helpful in helping to finalize a deal.Last but not the least Brandon was very helpful in helping me with all the documents needed with out of state purchase.Reducing one star because car was not thoroughly inspected and detailed which sales manager was helpful enough to offer me a reimbursement so I can get it detailed locally.Will add one more star once I receive the reimbursement check for detailing.

I just bought a Toyota CHR from William Morris who is hands down the kindest car salesperson I have met in my journey of a new car.He did not push me, walked me through every step of surrendering my Nissan that I was emotionally attached to, helped me clear out this carand made sure I was ready to part with it....He also helped me find the right vehicle for ME not someone elseHe is also following up with me making sure my finances are taken care of that there are no surprises within his control.Highly highly recommend William Morris to anyone getting a new/ used car

Extremely poor experience purchasing a new RX350h with Lexus of Marin, encountering issues every step of the way. Non communicative, error prone, and unprofessional. Would not recommend this dealership experience for purchasing any vehicle, much less a Lexus.First, I was passed amongst three different sales people and a finance person before even putting down a deposit.Second, was told delivery on 6/6. On 6/7, was told it had landed, and a driver was being arranged to pick it up. Car actually arrived on 6/21. During the process, Lexus of Marin did not update me on its status, and emails inquiring about the ETA were ignored. Had to call multiple times, and was consistently brushed off until requesting to speak to a manager.Third, upon purchase of the vehicle, they tried to fenagle an extra $1K by saying their quoted price was ON TOP of the deposit. Had to show them the detailed breakdown of the quote to show that that was not the case.Fourth, they had not refunded my deposit over a week later despite saying they would w/in 3-5 days. Had to, once again, catch it myself and call in. They blamed their software being down for not being able to issue a refund, but somehow magically cashed my purchase check no problem.Fifth, it turned out they gave me the wrong license plate so they had to overnight me a new temporary license plate.Sixth, upon not receiving the license plate three days later, I called, and it turned out that they forgot to mail it. It was just sitting on their desk apparently.Seventh, over a week later, they discovered they had made an error with the DMV paperwork and needed me to resign the form. Manager claimed it was a typo with the date, but the date was exactly the same on the new paperwork as the old one. When I asked to speak with whoever requested the new paperwork, the manager attempted to pressure me saying itd delay me getting my title. Well its already been delayed by their error.Overall, terrible experience, and the furthest thing from a luxury experience as you could get.

William Morris did a great job handling the sale from initial contact through driving off the lot. William demonstrated exceptional communication on the status of our order throughout the process. I was looking for a TX500h and they had one in the color I wanted with a June delivery buy they were able to get one sooner. I only had to wait 2 weeks. There was no hassle and no pushing dealer add ons that I didn’t need. Process went quick and smooth and we are happy with the new car.

Keith (service advisor) and the team at Lexus of Marin are just awesome! Keith went above and beyond to make sure I had just the right level of service I needed for my car. He listened to my needs, kept me informed and provided knowledgeable answers to my questions. And, most important, did not push or try to upsell unnecessary services. Marin Lexus went above and beyond to help me to replace my windshield which was cracked by a rock. They have done all my service for over 10 years and always perform well. I would not settle for the fast windshield replacement companies that advertise due to their after-market product and poor reviews. The windshield was backordered for several months, and they had delivery issues. When delays got into the 4th month and the crack got worse, the general manager stepped in to solve the problem and located my windshield in Southern California. He sent a driver to pick it up and within a week my windshield was replaced as good as new. Thank you Marin Lexus!
