Such a great experience buying our new car. We found the car online and called the dealership. Zach Rogers assisted us with everything we needed to know. We loved the deal they were offering and drove two hours same day. Arrived and was greeted by Zach, he walked us through A-Z with the new 2024 IS350. Signed all the paperwork, handed over the check and we were out.

Most people would agree that buying/leasing a car is not a fun event and would rank the same (for me)as going for a dental root canal! But working w this Lexus dealership was easier than I expected. We were met by Victor (sorry, I dont know his last name), and he was a good salesman trying his best to sell. He didnt need to do too much persuasion as my heart was already set on the NX350H in fiery red. The whole process was friendly, but it took longer than expected; we were there for 5 hours(?). Other than that, Im hoping future maintenance appointments will be smooth and painless. New baby picture attached! Im expecting to drive this car for the next 10 years, God willing!

STAY AWAY FROM LEXUS OF GLENDALE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, LIED TOO AND IGNORED WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEMHands down worst car buying experience ever !Certified pre owned purchase, picked out the car spoke with salesman. Filled out credit app and was approved for car loan before I took my uncle from south Orange County to Glendale to buy this gx. 4/23The next day ( 4/24 ) before leaving I ask the salesman if I need to bring any paperwork and I’m told no he’s got a great credit score ( 787 ) this should be a breeze. We had negotiated the additional warranty cost, and ironed out all the detailsPrior to arrival . Upon pulling up To Lexus of Glendale the GX we were there to buy is filthy. Stained interior, stained headliner, excessive interior wear, rusted door panels, and an all round filthy interior. Thankfully they have another almost identical gx in stock for the same price and mileage ! Seems great right nowThat is when the problems really began. every challenge the finance office came up with was met with the documents they requested and every time they needed more. After 4 hours waiting for them to get the loan approved and make incorrect changes to my information to make it easier for them they finally get us over to finance. The incorrect information ( my current address ) remains incorrect because it was easier for them to due it wrong and there answer was just to call next week and get it changed with Lexus. Even when we ask them to change it they don’t. We had agreed upon a 3 year warranty on top of the certified pre owned coverage and a price of $2400 ( they tried charging me $3875 for this warranty at first ) when we get thru the paperwork they tried sticking us with a 2 year warranty at the same price. Stealership slimy tactic #436. We get that corrected and after 6.5 hours we finally get out to leave in a car that we are promised to have a full tank of gas and of coarse it doesn’t, so we have to wait for the salesman to get his bosses credit card and then fill up the car so 6 hours and 50 minutes later we leave Lexus of Glendale. While we were in the finance office there was a corporate representative for Toyota financial there shadowing the finance guys and neither him or the finance Guy could Care less that I had such a bad experience. Clearly this is standard operating procedure for this stealershipDriving the car back to Arizona 3 days later ( less than 500 miles later ) and the maintenance needed light comes on. Everyone at lexus of Glendale told us that Lexus care isn’t eligible in Arizona on this car ( another reason why them not correcting his address was a problem but they didn’t seem to care ) so as im heading home to Arizona. Now this car i just bought needs service so i comes back to California and take it to Lexus of Westminster only to find out it needed a 30,000 mile service, all filters were dirty and in need of replacement, oil was filthy and not changed recently as told to us by Lexus of Glendale, key battery was bad. Dirty brake fluid etcWhat a lovely reason to come drive 300+ miles back to Orange County. When I first noticed the maintenance light I called Lexus of Glendale ( they told me to bring it back in, I informed them I live in Arizona and that was the end of that, they didn’t care at allI call in on 5/5 to go over this and they tell me the manager that was there won’t be able to help me til Wednesday ( apparently he has a very casual schedule) so I have to wait for the guy who took hours to figure out how to get a loan approved on a certified car with a 787 Fico = challenging I knowI call back today to let them know what Lexus of Westminster told me and they proceeded to accuse Lexus of Westminster of taking advantage of me and they wanted me to have the tech from that dealership to call them ( talk about a strange request )As of today 5/23 neither Lexus or Glendale or any of its people care to make this right

I had a very good experience at Lexus of Glendale. As I was at another dealership and was disappointed by their inventory, I noticed more cars at Glendale and noted interest online. Denice Avila began contacting me and I met her immediately for a short meeting. I got wonderful vibes and felt very comfortable with her. I was hesitant over the next few days and she worked with me and was patient with me to get me into the car of my dreams. I am so grateful for her not giving up on wanting my business. I didn’t get in there til essentially closing time and we were also there quite late (11 pm) to make the sale. her attitude was delightful the whole time and I am appreciative to everyone for staying late to assist me. She has also followed up after my purchase over the next couple days to make sure everything wad going alright and to make sure I was contacted by finance when I needed them. On a separate note, lovely dealership with a great chai latte to top it off

At each level people were very polite, respectful, reasonable to bargain with. I never felt pressured, although we kept going back and forth with our negotiations. The team just wanted to help me out with the right choice and my full satisfaction with my decision. Adam S., Sam M., and Greg in finance are truly remarkable people to work with.

I am happy with my car but not satisfied at all with the dealership and the service!When I decided to get the car, verbally we agreed on a final payment amount (including taxes and fees) of x amount. I waited more than 2 hours for them to bring the car in, and after that another 2+ hours for the paperwork to be done. This was a total waste of my time. At the very last step, they told me that final monthly payment was X plus $38! So NOT what was promised!Also, after everything was done, they told me that service will contact me to bring the car in for the final layer of paint coat! This was a surprise for me and a huge turn off! I complained but since I had done with everything and just wanted to take the car and be done, I didn’t cancel the deal.If this was disclosed in advance, I wouldn’t have proceeded with the offer.I see no reason to take a new car to the dealership so that they can finish the work!The dealership called me to make the service appointment and then told me that I need to leave the car (they would provide a rental car) and then go back the next day to get it back! Total inconvenience and disrespect of customers time!When I called the service department and asked to clarify what is the reason for the service, they said it is probably for the RECALL issue! I was NOT aware of the recall but then I googled and figured out that, this specific model of Lexus was recalled for an airbag issue! They never even disclosed that to me!Then the service agent said, it’s OK. You don’t need to bring the car! This is even more concerning for me regarding both safety and quality of the car that I have got!I canceled my service appointment and asked to talk to a supervisor since I had concerned regarding transparency of the dealership. Still waiting for the dealership to call.Not happy with customer service AT ALL!They just want to sell the car!

This is my first experience leasing a Lexus, and overall, its been a positive journey. During the leasing process, the lease agent informed me that my lease would include two free routine services. As a newcomer to Lexus, I assumed these would cover oil changes at 10k and 20k miles.However, while driving to work my odometer hit the 5k miles, and my car displayed a maintenance required alert. Impressively, less than five minutes later, I received a call from the Lexus of Glendale service department to schedule my maintenance. Everything was seamless, and I appreciated the proactive approach. This level of service made a strong impression and is a major reason for my 4-star rating.Now, lets address the one missing star. Upon arriving at the service department, I learned that the 5k service, which includes a tire rotation and fluid level check, counts as one of the free services promised during the lease. This felt somewhat deceiving because I could have gone to American Tires on the corner of Los Feliz and Glendale Ave in Glendale, where they rotate tires for free.While I am highly satisfied with the overall service experience and the convenience offered, this unexpected detail about the free services was a letdown. Transparency in what the free services cover would have ensured a perfect 5-star rating.

I had an unexpectedly fantastic experience at Lexus of Glendale yesterday. I didnt plan on leaving with a car, but thanks to Ivan Pastushenkos stellar customer service, I drove off in my dream car. Ivans professionalism, knowledge, and patience made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The dealerships atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. I highly recommend Lexus of Glendale to anyone in search of exceptional service and a top-notch car-buying experience.

We are really happy that we walked into the door of this dealership today. Shirley, who helped us, is not only very knowledgeable of the cars she is selling but also very informative, friendly, and jolly. She made the whole experience very enjoyable. We didn’t have a good experience at a different dealership the other day with the person being impatient, and giving us wrong information that is important to our decision making. If anyone ever wants a Lexus, we recommend talking to Shirley at Lexus Glendale.

Lexus of Glendale carried enough inventory with reasonable prices.Sales rep, Hellen, was so nice and well follow up.Service department was professionally followed up.However the dealer’s loaner car was lower level than my car.If the equivalent or higher level of car was provided, I could have experienced and might have considered for the future purchase.But, overall good.
