2024-03-27 20:15:54First time staying here at this small hotel. It has been great very, convenient to all locations we need to go. Rooms were very comfy and bright. Manager allowed me to use Business room and responded very quickly in reserving it. Staff all around are very nice from Front Desk to housekeeping. They may not serve breakfast but there around the clock juice and coffee bar is awesome. Parking in there garage was easy no issues. 10.00 for parking is one of cheapest rates I have seen when staying in L.A. In all my family and I would definitely come back and if you play tennis dont forget your racquet it is across street from hotel.

2024-06-11 17:37:04Hotel is convenient if visiting North Hollywood. Rooms are above average. They are clean and adequately sized. Patio is nice. Workout room below average. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Bring your eye shades! Rooms are very bright in the morning. If you like a dark room you are out of luck as the shutters do not block out light. Also bring your ear plugs. I heard doors slamming all night. Would return for the convenience.

2024-04-21 21:10:25Rooms were clean and pretty. Service was good. We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is the parking. We paid to park in the parking lot and at check in we had a spot but after going out that night and getting back at 1am there was no spot so I had to park on the street. Which was a bummer after already paying for parking. Then we had to pay the meter as well. But I totally recommend this hotel especially if you dont have a car with you.

2024-05-20 22:57:21The Lexen hotel was a nice overnight stay! The rooms were very clean and nothing came up when checking for bugs in the beds. The only unfortunate thing is that the rooms would get musty throughout the day. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful. The hotel sits just behind a main street where you can walk to many restaurants and shops.

2024-05-23 01:06:25I have stayed twice at the Lexen. I have family in the area so this has become my go to hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The outside deck is so relaxing and the staff accommodating. My last stay I unfortunately left some things and they were so gracious to mail them to my home upon request. Thank you Anzor.

2024-03-08 18:17:45We stayed here for 7 nights and couldnt be happier. The Front Desk Staff were lovely. Isaac and Colleen were Amazing. Thank you for providing such wonderful Customer Service.The location is great as well .. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Universal Studios. We took an Uber and it was cheaper than parking.The parking Lot at the Hotel is fine - I was worried based on other reviews but we never had an issue to park. (Its $10 a day).The room was very big and spacious - and the Hotel always smelt lovely.The only issue I had was that it was very noisy at night. Starting at 6 am, you can hear Garbage Trucks, and a lot of noise outside.If we ever go back to LA, we will definitely stay here again.5 Stars for sure!!!!!

2024-02-22 14:55:59Great boutique hotel in North Hollywood, conveniently close to Universal Studios. By far one of the friendliest front desks that Ive had the opportunity to interact with. Provided great suggestions on places to go on a rainy day, helped us store luggage and provided a late checkout. Will stay here if we are in LA again.Rooms were spacious, more than enough for a family of four. We were pleasantly surprised with the space. The balcony was spacious, but due to weather we werent able to use it.As some have mentioned, there is no breakfast, but a 5 minute walk away there are plenty of restaurants. Grocery stores if needed, are close by as well. They do offer a juice and coffee bar for access 24/7.

2024-03-12 04:40:57We had a GREAT stay here. The location was in a perfect spot for everything we needed/wanted to do. We checked in very late after a long flight and the guy at the front desk was amazing. He was very friendly, SUPER helpful, and he was such a welcoming presence each time we got back and saw him sitting there. The room was beautiful, the patio was super fun. Couldnt ask for a better stay. Did I mention the bed was really comfy? And the towels?? SO soft! I could go on and on. Definitely check this place out.

2024-03-31 16:41:02This was such a lovely hotel! The bed was so comfortable, the details in the room were stylish and unique, I loved the smell of the toiletries (lime verbena?), a makeup light in the bathroom provided too! Very kind staff, very clean. All around such an amazing stay. Thank you!!

2024-02-02 05:08:21Good one night stay for work trip. Easy access to lots of restaurants nearby. The area is safe and walkable. Its the city so you will hear a bit of noise but nothing bothersome just turn on a sound machine. Rooms were nicely decorated and beds comfortable. Cool push button shower! Would recommend.
