Phillip is very professional and an honest man of God. My air wasn’t getting cold at all and he charged it for us free of charge. We are so grateful. We are in line to have an all new system put. Sanlerio from Lewis Air did an outstanding job of repairing my A/C. It was late afternoon on Saturday, hottest day of the year so far, when it quit working. I placed an emergency after hours service call. He arrived timely, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our evening and weekend. The warranty gives peace of mind. Great work, I recommend Lewis Air.

Five star experience all the way. When my AC went out, I went through the process of getting three bids and I went with Lewis Air because of the experience with the sales person Paolo, which was great, as well as the options that they gave me to consider and the value compared to others. On the install day, the team was great, Tyler and John were professional and got the job done much quicker than I thought and we’re very comprehensive in their work. I highly recommend. Blake at Lewis Air was referred to me by a buddy of mine and he saved my life. My AC unit went out right after the heat wave we had over the weekend. I called another HVAC company who came to my house to diagnose my problem and told me I’d need to replace my entire system for $11K.I then called Blake who came to my house the next morning and fixed my system. He found the problem being caused by a burnt out wire in my circuit board. He solved my problem for $500 instead of $11K!! I have cooling again and am really grateful Blake could help. He’s a super skilled, nice, and honest guy which are things that are tough to find these days. Don’t hesitate to call Lewis Air this summer when you need help with your AC.

Charlie was awesome and such a great help!! We just moved to a new rental, and the air ducts hadn’t been cleaned in several years. However upon inspection he confirmed that they were actually in good shape. I really appreciate honesty and this company definitely has integrity and is trustworthy. Charlie recommended an air purifier which we will definitely have him install soon. He was ever so kind to install a filter on one of the vents that didn’t have one! Thank you Charlie!!

Joel came by and quickly diagnosed my AC issue as a bad motherboard. Few days later, with a new motherboard in hand, Joel successfully installed and had my AC up and going normally. He was smart, professional, and an all around great technician to work with. Didnt even have to ask him to wear shoe covers when he came into the house. He cares about the home of the client. From the initial consultation with Philip to the installation by Hans, Jose, and Tanner everything was top notch. I was offered multiple options to replace my 36 year old heating & a/c unit. Each option was thoroughly explained and I never had the feeling of being sold more than I needed.I chose my install date & the guys showed up right on schedule. Hans walked up with a big smile & intoduced himself. They were all so professional yet very personable. They finished the job in about 5 hours and left my garage & side yard completely clean. After 2 other HVAC Companies told me they couldnt fix my furnaces banging and whopping sounds....Lewis Air came to the rescue. They made the necessary repairs and my furnace is whisper quiet now. I had an excellent experience with my air conditioning and furnace installation. The crew from Lewis Air were well equipped and knowledgeable to take on the job. Everything was installed in one and a half days. The men were good at communicating with me about my preferences, and I appreciated that. The head installer, Niko, did a great job of helping me learn to navigate my new Lennox S40 thermostat. Niko, Tyler, Casey, Drew, and Matt were courteous and respectful. They also did a good job of cleaning up.The owner of the company, Philip, was helpful explaining to me all that needed to be done, and did not push me into making a quick decision. Stew was amazing! He took his time to assess if there were any issues with our HVAC system, after we realized the issues had nothing to do with the HVAC system he went above and beyond and explained what could be the cause of our moisture problems. He also made sure everything was up to date and if things needed a tune up helped us with affordable quotes. I would 100% recommend Lewis Air and ask them to send you Stew! Overall my experience has been very positive with Lewis Air. They installed a new unit for us last year that was a 5-star experience (see prior review). We recently had our first service call - the heater stopped working. They got a technician out within a couple of days and got it working (all good). However, I was a bit disappointed to be charged to fix something related to the install, which is still under warranty. Admittedly the fix falls within a grey area of what should be covered, but was a bit surprised to be charged.

From appt to service they are great! A firm is only as good as Technician who appears at your house, and my Technician Paolo served as a great representative for Lewis Air. He arrived timely and took special care and consideration in explaining things in non-technical terminology for ease of explanation, was thorough and took his time to ensure all matters were completed. I wasn’t sure what to expect because my last HVAC tech moved out of state so I had to select a new company and I loved that technician. It started with Clara booking the appointment. She was friendly and professional. Many times it’s the first point of contact for me that is important. Jeffrey Reffett was the technician that came to my home. He was great! He did a thorough inspection of my AC and furnace and explained everything to me. He went above and beyond in what I hired him to do. Jeffrey was friendly, professional and polite. Weve had pretty bad, inefficient HVAC for years. Finally decided to do some about it as our old system was on its last legs and called Lewis Air because theyve done minor repairs on our system before and always offered very fair and reasonable pricing for their services. Tanner and John just got done installing a brand new slimline compressor in a better location than the previous 16 year old unit, a slimmer blower unit in our garage to replace the old one that had started to die, as well as a new dedicated duct run to our master bedroom so it can finally be heated and cooled more than 2°F without it needing to run for four hours.Not only did they remove and haul away the old units, for the blower they patched up the top of the wooden box it sits upon (and which is how air reaches it from the intake vent) so its still capable of generating enough suction at the intake to properly move air through the house, but they also removed and hauled away the concrete slabs the old compressor had been installed on!None of this was easy to do, at least not for a regular person, but they did it all in under a day and were very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. They made sure to explain how the entire system works and what sort of regular maintenance I should be doing to keep it running as long as possible, issues to look out for in the future that would require a phone call to the experts, and they even handle registering the equipment for warranties so its one less thing on my plate. Oh, and they cleaned up everything when they were done!All in all a very good experience, fantastic value, and honestly the only thing I would have done differently is call them about five years ago to do it so I wouldnt have suffered through the last few summers with the craziest electrical bills of my life and insufficient A/C!

We did a complete redesign on our house hvac system, relocated AH to the attic and added zone controls for upstairs and downstairs . They let me pick the equipment that I specify requested, and were fantastic with communication. The install lead that they had on this job, Matthew W. was awesome along with his two helpers. Knowing that replacing my 30 year old AC & Furnace was going to be expensive, I had 5 different HVAC contractors provide bids. Philip from Lewis Air was the only one who suggested moving my condenser to the side of the house and off the roof. Everyone else wanted to do a swap and replace and use all the old lines, electrical etc. Lewis Air came in with the best pricing and they were doing the most work and, in my opinion, they were doing it the way it should be done. Everyone else seemed to want to do it the quickest and easiest way. When the crew showed up to do the work, Niko, Brandon, and Jose introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and asked me about my preferences on the installation to ensure we were all on the same page. It was evident that all 3 guys were experienced tradesmen that knew what they were doing. Not like Ive experienced in the past where one guy knows what they are doing and directing laborers to do most of the work. Overall, the whole experience was great, and I would highly recommend Lewis Air.

We just had Lewis Air replace our old Carries HVAC System with a new state-of-the-art Lennox system and relocate the AC which adds to the complexity of the project. in short, I could not be happier to have selected Lewis Air for this job. Philip (one of the owners sons) came to our house to give us a bid for the new system (Lewis Air was the fifth contractor that we spoke with for this project). I was so impressed with Philip that I signed up with him on the spot.I never sign contracts without giving it a lot of thought and discussing with friends. However, I was so confident in them that I did not have to think twice before signing.The crew (Brandon, Matt, and Niko) were just amazing and pleasant to work with! They were so meticulous and extremely knowledgeable. I am a neat freak and perfectionist, yet could not find a single step that they missed or didnt do to my satisfaction. These guys are the real deal.As for the prices, they are not the lowest and they are not the highest. They are extremely fair. for the same job they did, Costco wanted $7k more.I highly recommend you contact Lewis Air for any AC work, you will be happy that you did!I also need to replace my water heater in a couple of years. I had a new HVAC installed by another company about 10 months ago. It had been having issues and my original installer was unsuccessful in fixing the issues we were having. I called Lewis Air and they sent out their technician Charlie to take a look at it and see what he could do. Charlie was very friendly, and spent a great deal of time talking to us in order to get a solid understanding to the issues we were having so he could address them as best as possible. He found several install errors and successfully fixed our HVAC system. Overall Lewis Air was extremely professional from beginning to end. I really wish I did more research and knew about them prior to buying my new HVAC as I would have much preferred them to do it. Going forward they will be my go to company for all my HVAC service needs. I will be sure to recommend them to all our neighbors, friends and family.

Lewis Air service takes care of our 10 A/C units. When one went out they replaced it at a much better price than I could find anywhere else. Today we had 10 WiFi thermostats installed. When I first called Lewis He was out of sheer desperation to other air-conditioning. Companies had told me that my only choice was to rip out my ceiling and buy a brand-new system. These guys took the time and the effort to find a viable solution for me and my family, for that, I would always be grateful. This is the only call you need to make when you need A/C service. We got three quotes for our 20-year-old system, and Lewis was the best. Not only for the price, but for the options. One guy wanted to replace all of our ducts, one guy wanted to relocate an air return, and Lewis Air told us that extra work was not necessary. They guarantee their work, have been in business for decades, and are right up the street from my house, so I knew they were being honest about what needed to be done.They were responsive with a quote, scheduled quickly (it was not hot yet, so they may be busier in summer), and their guys were efficient and courteous during the installation. They helped us through the city permit process as well, and when the city changed their requirements, Lewis Air came back out promptly and fixed the minor items to meet the new requirements.Plus, our A/C unit is more efficient, quieter, and (yes) prettier than the monstrosity that was on our backyard before. Save yourself time and money by calling Lewis Air before you call anyone else.

My husband and I decided to fully replace our home’s heating and air system after our 27 year old unit died this summer. We also replaced our equally as old water heater as we knew it was the next to go. I got sought bids from about 6 companies, and chose Lewis Air from that selection. I did a lot of research as I wanted to know about heat pumps versus furnaces, increasing air flow in a room that is hard to cool and what kind of unit would be compatible with the energy estimates we made when getting solar. Simply put, Lewis Air Services is the best! I spent a great deal of time researching a solution for my faulty furnace and a/c, and decided to go with Trane’s heat pump system.That’s where I found Lewis - right on the Trane website listed as the authorized dealer for Trane in my area. That’s important, because other HVAC companies can sell you Trane, but not the best models, not their best rebates, and not their best prices! In fact after rebates, Lewis Air installed Trane’s top of the line heat pump and air handler for less than another company was going to install a mid level unit, and a poorly matched air handler - because nobody knows the product line like the authorized dealer - Lewis. Further, I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company. They were eager to accommodate my difficult scheduling needs, arrived on time, completed the work on time, and when I expressed concerns with some of the old ducting we had, they came right back a day later to tighten up old connections and insulation. I had the system tested for leaks afterwards, and we passed above the highest threshold - for new construction HVAC systems. When I say they do good work, I can prove it! Huge thanks to local business Lewis Air! Philip Lewis. We added a new AC Unit, furnace etc a few years back with a competitor of theirs unfortunately. Something had always been off with huge temperature differences throughout the house from room to room. Lewis Air found the issue, prior company installed without strapping down main upstairs duct that transmits to others so it fell and twisted restricting air flow. They also left a stack of the straps they were supposed to use just lying in the attic. Lewis Air Spencer Danner strapped it up, realigned the ducts and we feel a noticeable difference in air flow to the neglected rooms instantly. I have had two great experiences with Lewis Air. The first was last year when we had a steam humidifier installed. They provided the most competitive quote and were also the most responsive and comprehensive in explaining options.The second was when the transducer on our heater went bad. Our home is new construction, so we were surprised when the heater stopped working a year after moving in. Was having intermittent problem with furnace short cycling, first tech Jeff announce he did not have time to diagnose, installed new thermostat, and left. This did not correct problem, the next day, they sent Jeff out again, again he said he did not have time to diagnose, he installed new gas valve, said that was problem, that did not correct my problem. Called back, Steven was sent out. He said flame was too high made adjustment, inspected entire furnace, told me everything was good. He didn’t check anything on the unit and told me to call an electrician and then said “you owe me $148.00 cash, check or charge”. I said you didn’t do anything and he said “cash, check or charge”. I am not one to write reviews often unless I really feel strongly about my experiences. I need to give a huge shout-out to Blake Lewis for coming out to fix our AC unit SAME DAY. I had been recommended Lewis Air by a neighbor a few days prior and man did they deliver. From phone call to the end of repair only took three hours. He also recommended that I prophylactically replace a component that at the time was functioning correctly but soon would dye out which would necessitate another visit. Blake said that because he was already there and it was an easy fix, he would only charge me for parts and cut out any service fee. My Lennox HVAC unit is covered by my home warranty company and I tried multiple times in getting a repair date of the unit.It was getting colder for the holidays, therefore I called Lewis Air (a local company) and spoke with their very emphatic and professional call center for an appointment. First let me start off by stating that Lewis Air was a second opinion because a previous company basically misinformed me and had told me that I had a leak, didn’t investigate where this leak was and also told me that the coolant in needed they couldn’t get and that it was banned from the US which was not true!! They had said that I needed both a new AC unit as well as a new HVAC unit!!Turns out, Spencer from Lewis Air made a house call, diagnosing where the leak was, fixed the simple leak and replaced some of the coolant that I needed in order for my AC to cool again. Spencer was very professional, patient and very kind and he said after listening to me about what another company told me about my AC and said, I’m sorry I don’t like to hear stories like that but be reassured I will tell you where the leak is, I will fix the leak and you should have your AC working great today!! Based on another company’s inspection, we thought a full HVAC replacement was needed. Spencer, a knowledgable and friendly technician from Lewis, did essentially the same inspection, replaced the capacitor, cleaned the unit’s grill work, and we were up and cooling again. It’s a fifteen year old system and we know we’ll have to replace it sooner rather than later but we feel like we’ve gotten some breathing room thanks to a low key, straightforward professional. During the recent heatwave, my AC was not functioning, so I turned to Lewis Air on the recommendation of my extended family owned AC company (not local!). They did a great job of scheduling me (with an actual human!!), showing up on time, diagnosing and fixing the problem...all with me out of town. They communicated regularly and, although not the cheapest, provided a fair price for excellent service. Although I hope not to need them again soon, I will definitely call again if the need arises.

Repairs were just finished today, so I cant give a long term review. However, we have dealt with this company before and were satisfied with the service.This time around, we needed to replace our blower motor and fan. The company had to order the parts. We believe the company could have done a better job of keeping us informed as to when they would be able to come to our house to replace the faulty components. It seemed like they only responded when we inquired about the status of things. Once we inquired, they were prompt. But I dont know how long it would have taken if we hadnt kept asking. As it was, we were asked if they could come by in the morning to install the new parts. We said yes, but we received no confirmation or schedule from the company. They did come the next morning, but we didnt know for sure if they were coming or not.Having said all that, we think the company did a competent job. I would recommend them, but I think they could do a better job at customer relations.

Great service at a reasonable price. No upselling any unwanted services. My technician was Spencer and he was one of the most honest and ethical service techs I have ever had at my house. I am very picky when it comes to having companies send their reps or techs out to maintenance or repair an appliance or other service units in the home. I actually met him a week earlier after he finished another job and talked about having my system maintenanced. I told him what I had and what the issues were and he was upfront and let me know what was most likely causing the noise and let me know he could repair it and it would not be that expensive. Well, I scheduled an appt with Lewis Air and requested Spencer. When he arrived, he told me everything he was doing and only made recommendations and never pressured me at all on anything else. My system is 15 years old and this is the first time I have had it serviced and was concerned that I would be charged a huge price. Surprisingly the fix was rather small and he told me my system was working fine and just have it serviced every year and it should last another 10 years or so. Some other HVAC companies out there, without seeing my system, immediately told me I would have to replace certain parts and I probably would end up needing a new system. But, by doing a little research and talking to an honest tech made me feel comfortable having my system serviced. I want to say thank you for performing great service and having honest and ethical technicians like Spencer working for you.

Was absolutely amazed at the professionalism of the AC technician yesterday. After he arrived onsite, we explained that unit was cooling but after a little bit of it running it would begin to leak out. The technician realized the drain was clogged and removed debris from the end of the drain by cutting the pipe and reinstalling. He then poured water down the drain to make sure it was draining as it should. I was very worried about an expensive repair and possibly being taken advantage of, however, nothing could have been further from the truth. The repair was done just for the price of the service call. Lewis Air has a customer for LIFE!!

Quote was half the price of other companies with better Trane products. Theyre an RSM company, which i like to support. They recommend the best products for your home rather than the most expensive. The installers accidentally knocked out one of my can lights and fixed it quickly and nicely without even saying anything. They keep everything clean during install. Installers were super nice.
