Jimmy and the team did a great job getting our whole office setup in a few days on the cheap. Now when we have questions or need help with our network or IT issues their team is able to get to us a solution within 10-15min usually

Since we joined Level Up MSP’s ongoing support client base, I can tell you that I sleep a lot better at night. Before Level Up, our IT ran in a reactive mode characterized by costly downtime and expensive repairs. Jimmy’s program has put us in a proactive mode that finds and fixes potential problems before they can impact our business. And that’s where we want to be! Their response time is great and we normally get a call shortly after we submit a support ticket. I truly believe that Jimmy Tran and team are doing right by us and I trust their direction. I would not hesitate to recommend Level Up MSP to any other business.

Jimmy and his team at Level Up MSP are exceptional! They go above and beyond.We have been with Level Up from the beginning. They handle an array of areas for us, from IT Support, to all of our server and remote desktop needs, to email and making sure everything is backed up.When issues do arise, which is inevitable in any business, where Level Up stands out from the rest is their response time. A quick email to their helpdesk and they respond momentarily, somehow theyre always available! I would highly recommend Level Up if youre looking for anything IT support related.

We have been working with Level Up MSP for over 10 years now and we have been very happy with the service. As a small business, we rely entirely on Level Up MSP for our IT needs since we do not have a dedicated IT department. In 2012 Jimmy Tran of LevelUp MSP took over the maintenance of my computers, including protecting my data with the latest security measures and backing it up in case of any hardware malfunctions. Over the years, they consistently install necessary updates, monitor computer processing, and essentially keep me running without any issues.Living in another state now has not been a problem as Jimmy and his staff are always there remotely to support me and answer all my questions as they handle all problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.When it is time to update my equipment, they are there to help and advise on the best requirements for my business. They also provided support for a local technician when the need arose.I rely on Jimmy and his staff to provide me with the best alternatives and recommendations as he stays on top of the technology so I don’t have to worry about it. One cannot find a better, more conscientious tech support than Jimmy Tran and all his excellent tech helpers at LevelUp MSP.In my Real Estate profession, client confidentiality and audit controls are critical, so I would not trust my computer care to anyone else.

Ive been working with Level Up for 8 years now. Its by far the best IT company that weve ever dealt with. Ive had multiple business locations that each needed 15-20 computers with a server and remote access. Theyve set up and maintained our networks for years. They make sure that the computers never go down, and theyre available right way if we have any issues or needs. I recommend them.

Hire them-you will be glad you did! I have been using Jimmy and his Team since 2017. He understands service and will be thorough in understanding your needs. They wired the office and custom tailored IT to my needs as a small business. I sleep at night knowing they are watching over my IT system, always staying current on the latest tech, installing updates, checking in with me periodically for appropriate new solutions in the ever changing IT industry--so I may focus on my company and not IT matters. They will have my system up and running in hours if calamity were to hit. My staff appreciates their click here button for support questions, no matter how large or small; typically receiving a response in moments, or within the hour from their kind patient knowledgeable team. Outsourcing IT is a game changer!!!

Jimmy Tran and his staff have begun taking us through a terribly difficult transition, where passwords were missing, instructions were spotty, and the person who set up our system was unavailable for comment or consultation. We have 2 offices and two homes that are connected and intertwined and all of our staff work partially remote as well. I am sure they are groaning at what they took on, but they have been nothing but knowledgeable, friendly, and cordial in our interactions, and have really resolved most everything in this short month or two. I commend Level Up to anyone who has an IT system - before problems arise. Let them deliver you a good, simple workable solution, so you can do what you do best the simplest way. Level up has truly changed our business and we consider them an extension of our practice. We recently did a full office remodel and they handled everything. They worked closely with our architect, contractor and Henry Schein to ensure everything was taken care of.We cannot recommend Level Up enough! I have been working with Level Up MSP in my dental office since January 2020. Jimmy and the team helped me create, set up, and maintain a secure network in my medium sized dental office with around 15 work stations, a VOIP phone system, and various dental and non-dental specific hardware. They provide exceptional, unquestioning 24/7 customer service and have helped me make my way through complicated software conversions, hardware integration, and day to day network and computer problems. They give logical and clear answers to my questions, and are willing to think outside the box to solve seemingly impossible problems. I had a very positive experience with Level Up MSP. I called with a printer issue and even though they arent focused on printer repair customers, he walked me through some basic procedures I can do myself. If that doesnt work he reviewed the cost of repair vs replace financial scenario. He was very helpful and spent some time with me rather than just brush me off.
