Jimmy and the team did a great job getting our whole office setup in a few days on the cheap. Now when we have questions or need help with our network or IT issues their team is able to get to us a solution within 10-15min usually

Since we joined Level Up MSP’s ongoing support client base, I can tell you that I sleep a lot better at night. Before Level Up, our IT ran in a reactive mode characterized by costly downtime and expensive repairs. Jimmy’s program has put us in a proactive mode that finds and fixes potential problems before they can impact our business. And that’s where we want to be! Their response time is great and we normally get a call shortly after we submit a support ticket. I truly believe that Jimmy Tran and team are doing right by us and I trust their direction. I would not hesitate to recommend Level Up MSP to any other business.

Jimmy and his team at Level Up MSP are exceptional! They go above and beyond.We have been with Level Up from the beginning. They handle an array of areas for us, from IT Support, to all of our server and remote desktop needs, to email and making sure everything is backed up.When issues do arise, which is inevitable in any business, where Level Up stands out from the rest is their response time. A quick email to their helpdesk and they respond momentarily, somehow theyre always available! I would highly recommend Level Up if youre looking for anything IT support related.

We have been working with Level Up MSP for over 10 years now and we have been very happy with the service. As a small business, we rely entirely on Level Up MSP for our IT needs since we do not have a dedicated IT department. In 2012 Jimmy Tran of LevelUp MSP took over the maintenance of my computers, including protecting my data with the latest security measures and backing it up in case of any hardware malfunctions. Over the years, they consistently install necessary updates, monitor computer processing, and essentially keep me running without any issues.Living in another state now has not been a problem as Jimmy and his staff are always there remotely to support me and answer all my questions as they handle all problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.When it is time to update my equipment, they are there to help and advise on the best requirements for my business. They also provided support for a local technician when the need arose.I rely on Jimmy and his staff to provide me with the best alternatives and recommendations as he stays on top of the technology so I don’t have to worry about it. One cannot find a better, more conscientious tech support than Jimmy Tran and all his excellent tech helpers at LevelUp MSP.In my Real Estate profession, client confidentiality and audit controls are critical, so I would not trust my computer care to anyone else.

Ive been working with Level Up for 8 years now. Its by far the best IT company that weve ever dealt with. Ive had multiple business locations that each needed 15-20 computers with a server and remote access. Theyve set up and maintained our networks for years. They make sure that the computers never go down, and theyre available right way if we have any issues or needs. I recommend them.
