Alberto and Leticia are the best. They assisted my wife and I locate and purchase the perfect house for our family. We couldn’t be more excited and grateful for our new home. Every step of the way Alberto and Leticia had great communication and transparency with us, while keeping us updated on new available homes. Their schedule is flexible to meet clients needs and their knowledge/expertise of the housing market is evident. I have worked with other realtors in the past, but none compared to Alberto and Leticia. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Our real estate agents Leticia & Alberto Sotomayor helped us buy our vacation home in La Quinta and they were wonderful. My husband and I were very specific on what we wanted for our family to create lasting memories in our home. We saw multiple houses and we had our heart set on a home that was perfect for our family. The only problem was that we couldn’t get the right price for the home so we originally walked away from it because we couldn’t agree with the sellers on the price. Our hearts were crushed and we didn’t think we would find another home like that one we fell in love with. What we didn’t know is that Leticia and Alberto were working hard behind the scenes to get the house that we couldn’t agree with the sellers on the price. We received a call from Leticia and Alberto saying “we have great news. The house you wanted is yours and we will be opening escrow tomorrow”. My husband and I couldn’t believe it. They made it happen and now we are enjoying our new home with our family. Leticia and Alberto’s years of experience shined throughout the buying process and we highly recommend using them for all of your real estate needs whether of you are buying or selling : )

My family has been fortunate to work with Leticia & Associates about four years ago to purchase our first home moving from an apartment. Leticia and Alberto are amazing. When we were ready to sell our house they came and did a walk through with us. They let us know what would appeal to buyers and how to showcase the best features of our home. We had an offer after our first open house. Not only did they help us sell our home, they helped us find our new home in the neighborhood we wanted.

Leticia and Alberto are top notch at what they do. We contacted them to sell a property. From the first meeting with both of them, we felt at ease and sensed they were truly honest people that enjoyed what they did. During the first open house (only one was needed), we received over 7 offers, well over the asking price, and I know for a fact, this was to due to Leticia and Albertos experience in pricing the property accurately, not with some exaggerate, over the top asking price, as some realtors tend to do. During the selling process, both returned our calls and text in a timely manner, and the entire selling process with seamless. You can not go wrong seeking their service for your real estate needs. I had an absolutely wonderful experience selling a house with Leticia and her team. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I needed to sell my parents house in the great Los Angeles area, and I didnt have time to travel between these two places. Therefore, I wanted to find a reliable agent who could take care of pretty much everything for me without needing me to be there.Leticia came highly recommended. I only met with her and Alberto face to face once at the beginning. During that 1 hour meeting, they were warm and kind and left me with a strong impression of professionalism, so I chose them to represent me, which turned out to be an absolutely great decision. My parents’ house needed an extensive list of repairs, and there were two buyers who backed out due to these issues. Leticia and her team were patient and responsive and always kept me close in the loop during the entire process. They helped me find repairmen and contractors, and also helped me negotiate good prices. Eventually, they helped me remotely sell the house at a good price (higher than I had originally expected). I felt so fortunate to have chosen Leticia and Associates and would like to recommend them to everyone.

I cannot speak more highly of this team! We first worked with Leticia and her team 10 years ago when we purchased our first home. New build, so it was not a complicated process but they were there as a great support. Fast forward 10 years, we decided to sell that home and look for a bigger home. In this crazy market, we knew selling and buying was going to difficult or at least, take a while. Leticia and her team are pros. We sold our home in 4 days, significantly over asking price. Easy in this market right? Well when it came to find out new home, not only did we get our very first offer accepted, I found out later that the sellers realtor in part choose our offer because he though Alberto would be easy to work with through the process. Who you choose as a realtor matters people!! Choose the pros, spare yourself the heartache! You would think they were done after closing papers were signed, sealed and delivered. They went above and beyond to help the seller move her things out and help with the clean up process! Who does that?! I will always recommend this team! Don’t hesitate in picking this team of Pros!

Leticia and her team provided us with excellent service and support. She definitely went the extra mile for us to ensure that we got everything we were looking for. I was nervous about the process as a first time buyer but Leticia and her team really work hard for us so we didnt have to, she walked us through the entire process and made the entire experience a success. We recently closed on our first home purchase, and we had engaged Leticia and Team for the process. We were very picky during the search, but Leticia and her team were very patient with us and also were always available to take us see any property we wanted to see. When we decided on the house we wanted, Leticia and Alberto stepped in during the negotiation, and we got our offer accepted in no time even though we offered much less below asking price. The whole process went smooth till closing and the whole Leticia team was prompt and knowledgeable and professional. They even got us a generous credit from the seller towards our closing costs. When we finally moved into the new house, Alberto even gave us a call to check on how we were settling in. The whole team is very friendly and easy to work with, and we will definitely be recommending our friends and people we know, to try Leticia and team, whether they are buying or selling.
